Maitreya came in
then Lord Lanto
we heard we must move away from the politics and gossip
of the circles and churches near our neighborhood
try to connect and expand with circles away from here
where the path can be accepted
as it was in Balcatta
not too close to home
we were taken to the cavern beneath the river
saw the sea of Galilee connects
to the River of Life
to the River of Styx
came up in Om Shall ah
saw Tara a female Buddha sitting in a huge diamond
floating on the water
where the rivers cross and merge
in her hand two golden threads
one to land of Shamballah -Shangri La -Living light
one to Land of Om Shallah- Nirvana -sacred  sound
she send us between these realms down a stream
it appeared to end
saw a rocket and Goddard
and a bear then mother Russia and then Canada as a Stag
then a map saw that the waters bend in both directions around this peninsula and so if we followed the tributary to the right we went around another peninsula and came back on other side
so the sea of Galilee divides the two realms and where the sea appears to end there are two tributaries of the river on either side
if sailing to the point at the water gate we are sailing due west and then we turn to our right it is southerly around the bend and back again
we come to the western most part
it is always night hear
there above us is the starry realm
what appears to be a floating island
of crystal spear like towers
called the crown of shalla
we are taken up a pink vortex spinning rapidly into the centre of the island and we see a gorgeous angel of light
Astriel again the angel of stars
like a snow queen she is blue and ice and crystal even her face and hair  
wearing an outfit like Glenda the Good Witch of the North
from Wizard of Oz film
we walk with her through the crystals which represent the physical body
where we see foggy unclear crystals we can heal a part of ourselves
and from here learn to balance to go further
and to help heal the world by healing its crystals the same way .
she is joined by Michael , Nathaniel and Gabriel
Gabriel comes as the living word
his body symbolically as the bible
he presents Solomon to us
who puts a key on my left arm our 3rd key of Solomon
Jodi sees the sun come up and merge with the moon
in their marriage a vortex opens
a tunnel appears
and the merge is in centre
to travel to space and time
not like the ley lines
the opposite the ley lines of the grid are blue white magnetic colours
but electric hot
these are electric pink orange gold
but magnetic outside and cold
a balance
we saw Jodi turn into a Golden Lion headed female sphinx with her own face unmoving in the traditional sphinx pose laying halfway sitting up on front paws .
We meet again tonight
for now we will map this out and record the journal

no it lacks rhyme , metre or alliteration
and as such is not poetry

i am quite serious in my discourse i assure you

But whenever such communications are realized, we get no new knowledge out of them which humanity can use for its evolution.

What does one expect ? Is not spiritual enlightenment , technology, music ,art and literature useful ? What would you have instead ?? ...lottery numbers ? What do you really expect ?

How do you suppose we will evolve if not spiritually or technologically ? Spirit communication aids both of these . Or did you mean comically or economically ?

As for physics and Maths ...do you suppose these have not been divinely inspired ? Math mimics nature . The human energy body develops along the lines of Fibonacci as do many patterns of nature . God is the greatest mathematician and notable minds like Sir Isaac Newton studied his great work in the spiritual alchemy of the human body .

I am a junior in high school, and ever since late October of 2004, I have had nothing but the obsessional thought of death, of myself and all I love. I have been very unhappy, switching medications, seeing therapists, and even am on a program to treat my condition.

It is good that you are seeking medical help and counseling . Please don't give up . Life is only beginning for you and it would be a tragedy to throw it all away .

As an agnostic, I have trouble finding faith and believing in something without objectionable searching and reasoning, which is also a reason why I'm interested in Astral projection and OBE.

Consciousness does exist after death of the physical body and the suicide realm is not a picnic . I have spoken to spirit who committed suicide.It seems that their hell has not become better but worsened  by their act . It is easier to resolve issues with the body and to communicate with the body than it is  without it . I have met those that escape it  or rather leave it but the anxiety, depression and isolation that one feels before the act would seem to deepen when one is surrounded by the unfamiliar spirits that have done the same act .

This is especially troubling for me, considering the fact that finding out what happens after death, and finding out if I am more than my body, is the predominant reason why I have began my research and got this book.

Familiar surroundings and people are a great comfort which we miss more when we pass over . It is much more comfortable to associate with the loved ones that are in spirit than to be isolated with others that are depressed still . The feelings are still there in consciousness so that the realm they exist in becomes contagious with depression . So very hard to lift from then . Please don't consider it a way out . Please do continue to seek and to get help .

It is never hopeless even in the suicide realm of the afterlife on the lower planes. One method of getting out is to help others .I have spoken to those who have left by communicating with the live ones and asking forgiveness for the pain that they gave them by this act and by helping the ones around them to find the light and hope that is there by connecting with the Godhead . There are angels and guides that minister to those in this realm but can we hear them there when we ignored them here .

Think , you are obviously intelligent by your discourse here . Be rational .Why exchange one set of troubles for a worse set ?  Find the joy love light and laughter instead . Find out what makes you happiest and if it does no harm then do it .

Have you made a list of what you want to do when you are independent and no longer going to school ? What truly interests you ? ....travel , music ,people ,study Find it out .Set your goals and then hitch your wagon to a star and set about it .

Let no one have control of your happiness but you . No one has a corner on suffering we all percieve it . it is only how we react to it that is different so if you cannot change the situations in front of you change your reaction to them .

Above all love yourself and know you are worthy . Consider that you may be affected by chemical inbalance or spiritual negative attachments if your anxiety does not seem rooted to your environment , situation or relationships . If you suspect this do something about the whole self not just the mind .

Things I've learnt from OBEs is that physical body perception is a belief system which soon fades in the OBE state if awarness is not kept on the act of having a body.

I agree , If  one has no need of the body in a particular OBE than it is the consciousness that leaves without a projection of the energy body . We can exit as pure thought or small as light and should learn to do this .

When the body is forgotten I have no body, I am but a point of awareness. On many occasions I have morphed into the form of other animals or beings.

In order to morph into an animal form there are 2 methods that I am aware of 1) is to ask a live animal's permission or pardon while you share the vehicle for the experience a method that is explained in hermetic materials much like in the animation Sword in the Stone . 2) the other is a manifestation of an animal form from the essence of our own energy body . We change our shape and can with time and practice appear to others in this form spiritually .But it is the energy body used a tool to do this .

Are energy bodies an innate part of consciousness?

I would say that they are . I have witnessed them even on the unaware . I feel there is a natural unfolding and development of the human energy body . I believe that it is in its understanding that we learn to strengthen it and use is marvelously . It is more than a belief system . One could be paralyzed completely unable to move a limb and on life support to operate the lungs and in a coma so deep as to be unaware of the physical body but it would still be there . So it is with the energy body . So many humans are completely unaware that they have this marvelous tool or toy for study or amusement but they exist . We can learn to see them to use them to morph them to project them . To modify them to be electric or magnetic in nature .  Until we learn to bring less of it with us in projection we cannot travel to higher dimensions . So it  may be  left behind entirely as we bi locate consciousness .

I guess I am am coming to the conclusion that the energy body is a belief and nothing 'absolute' or more.

As it can be sensed it is it tangible . In astral sex it can be felt . In readings it can be seen . In voice projection it can be heard . It can be felt seen and heard without the constraints of the physical body . It does not require a passport or permission to travel across the world . It does not have all the constraints of the physical nor all of its majesty either . It is much harder to employ an astral hug to comfort someone far away . The bond is both dual and strengthened when the recipient and the projector are in mutual accord .

the amount of useful knowledge that any spirit has ever communicated is almost nil..... even the so called 'higher beings' just go round and round in circles with meaningless gibberish.So far I never came across any kind of 'intelligent communication'. So I may be wrong here. By such communication I mean any information which helped in some kind of achievements or revealing any truths.Moreover they never try to disclose the mechanisms by which they communicate and sound very vague when asked.The whole situation puts spirit communications in the category of pseudosciences such as astrology, where there is a lot of heat but no light.

spirit and angels have inspired music inventions literature films and art
they have prevented tragedies and casualties
they have uplifted and encouraged
they have moved our hearts to romance
to courage to virtue to compassion
they have motivated us

spirit communication is open to all but it is not easy for all
it takes time practice and patience
when we are too suspicious we remain closed off
when we are too accepting we are open to confusion and deception
so how to go ?

it is easier to speak to a grandmother in spirit than to an angel
an archangel is harder to see or hear

how much meaningful communication can come from our deceased rellies
when they never learned to speak to spirit as humans they don't speak well to live humans when they become spirit it takes time to

mahatma and archangels have useful information to impart
but how many have learned to hear or see them or even tried

it is easier for spirits to  reach us in dreams but how many live ones recall their dreams ?

and how many live ones are  spiritually aware
I would guess it to be a small percentage
i feel it would be less than 1 percent of humanity

what is the purpose of this life ?
we are spirit in a human form learning or attempting to learn
to evolve the universal mind and shift our consciousness forward and upward

Spirit does teach us the way to enlightenment
that is something

muses inspire us make us hear the music
see the plan
have the dream
make the technological advancement

i  feel you need to prove it to yourself by sitting in meditation
and making a connection with your own guide

mine gives me heads up signs

my son's life was saved when he heard an angel tell him to stay at a mate's house and not go out to the cinemas he heard this message repeated but ignored it and was hit by a car at 80 kph
then he heard the angel say you are not meant to die today
you will escape death
but not the pain
next time
listen

my life has radically changed due to spirit communication
i could not begin to persuade you with my own experiences
who am i
why should you trust me
you should not
you should find out for yourself
go straight to the source

my words will mean nought to you otherwise
we must all see and hear for ourselves

a Lady  here as we blew out candle
so death begins as the candle is blown out
a calling card to spirit

I hear Sa lah key ta
no confirmation on the name

Two arms crossed
and handcuffed
scrolls  illuminated texts of ancients
will free us from shackles
ignorance restricts us
knowledge frees us
One side of flame is life
one side death
Turn the hand over and it becomes a skeleton
She holds a hand of a skeleton a dead arm drops
She lifts her other hand and the dead arm rises again
And it writes a message to the live one
So we must write a message in this life to our next one to recall

She gives us a silver heart inside ours
Do not make it heavy like lead
but mercurial everchanging
light and swift to learn
Keep up the speed
the momentum of lessons
as we wind upwards through the hourglass
We will eradicate karma leave nothing undone
try to pass cleanly into next life

Begin anew now
Bring nothing from past
Move away from those relationships of conflict
Observe do not take part
reflect but do not take in their struggles
That is their path
not yours
Love all
never take your heart back again
When the journey ends in conflict
Say thank you for the lessons of that teacher

so left is water past slow indigo
and right is fire future fast amber orange
and above is air slow higher realms cyan
below is earth fast lower realms land red

we leave the upper room go to aztec room of sun God
find a green tunnel down deep to the base of Pele volcano
then a green tunnel to the north
we find ourselves come out at Aztec temple climb up
see the rainbow rooster plumed
God of America fertility and agriculture
Kokopelli- a coloured serpent God

We see the cliffs below is the Sea of Galilee in Shamballah
we must go down no steps so we fly as spirit

we find an Egyptian boat
and cross to the other side a new realm on the border
we travel through the book of life
and are reminded to bring our students and peers here

And we see four cones spinning on each other in four directions all crossing in centre
We had 6 souls now we have 12 we are stamped by Godhead and multiplied like butterfly wings

we must use eyes of storm to see here
the eye of infinity
helps us stretch imagination inspire uplift in times of hope
the eye of eternity
helps us find refuge sanctuary the realm of heaven known as nirvana

stories exist about those who
escaped the body and souls together
from opression and suffering places of pain , slavery
legends of  peoples of Mesa Verde who were being slaughtered
and cannibalised and their bodies disappeared
and slaves who told stories of being taken up like crows
and escaping disappearing en masse
the peoples that vanished over time in groups  
were reputed to have come here
to sanctuary

this is the place of rest and solace
away from the trials and tribulations

it is connected to shamballah by this bridge over Galilee from the aztec mountain to its shores near the crystal cave
the crystal caverns of Shamballah under the mountain of Shekinah connect to the crystal caves directly here
we see a tall spiral crystal and take a meditation within this one

the top of the cone is  diamond crystalline
I see this is a place of sanctuary and connected upwards
towards the stars to the temples of wisdom

We must go now up to the temple of Solomon
Bill sees a key on the altar we see the black curly haired
King Solomon in white robes
He rips the pyramid off a five over six pointed star
on the table and we go inside

There is a ceremony for men
Bill sees a gray circular platform
a throne in the centre
And one for women I see a moist musty black soil circle
We do the male ceremony first we sit one at a time
and the light comes down from top of cone through the head
to the feet and shoots out like a quickening

We do the female ceremony now standing holding hands in a circle
The energy seeps up from the ground into us and out of eyes ears and mouth and crown gushing like water
Now we see the rain come down and wash through us
and the volcano come up through the throne
we sit again one at a time
then Jesus blesses us and places his hands on our third eye
White Eagle places a diamond on our ring finger of right hand
says proud of us
Sanctified

We have a star
we are shown to follow always
there for us eternally
We see a triangle side of a pyramid
Part of our ashram must now be connected
to Eternity through Nirvana

Hindu Gods there when we began
Ganeesha Vishnu Shiva
Shiva showed us to pull negativity out
blow it away
do not destroy the vessel God created
remove the impure thoughts as water
blow them away as locusts like filth
it looked like his face was a monster blowing out flies like the image on The Green Mile  film

Then Thoth was there
he showed us to protect our hand before we put it into the fire
It is right to rush into flames
to rescue the innocents
but not until one is girded safely
or else we perish too
we are not impervious to the flames of Akasha

Then we saw Mohammed in a merkaba
shaped like a crescent moon beneath him all golden
he flew through the stars
we saw him fly to the stars themselves higher and higher
and reach a plateau
and climb out of the merkaba
and fly upon a white horse
We can fly so high on a merkaba
than we need to learn to enter the vortex
and now we must fly another way not yet revealed in faith it will be

Then we saw a Jewish male  
the one who performs the circumcision
the gist We must cut away too a spiritual circumcision

Then our head upon a chopping block
All of us made new
the old self must die to bring forth the new self
we see it bleeding away to the ground

Golden dragon climbing out of jodi drinking at the pond
Then out of Bill a green dragon who crawled into the water and submerged

Then out of lynda two dragons red and blue swimming
Then an angel a majestic female all ice blue water deva

We saw a purple pillar of light and went down to the base of a volcano
Saw 4 tubes the smoke coming out of them
deflated no air no fire no earth only water

Saw dragons fog mist coming out of eyes ears nose water gushing
out of mouth no fire

Had to make ourselves water
Float to top to leave the cone
And to put the volcano out
We had to become as water
As the merkaba became all magnetic or all electric now our energy body must be all water

So we breathed in water prana only
filtered out the others
only water
we saw wall of water run down the volcano
We brought it into all chakras
saw running water forced up the nadis until it spins out
and makes a fountain of water out of the crown
It felt relaxing and cool no muscles no bones fluid
We began to drown in the water no air at all either
we are washed away no earth only water
we rise to the top spin out as a fountain into the upper upside down cone
Now we are in the upper cone what to do next ?

We see flames rising up the walls
We pull flames up the body
we feel dry hot
like in a sauna and then feel burning in nerves pressure
We have to rise like the flames up to the top
engulfed as a flame rising
licking the walls
the exit is close
up we go and out there is nothing at first
Only smoke in colours only darkness then we see white lines all going in one direction only one direction to infinity
The 6th dimension

We travel through the centre
it is the  present
we stop suddenly
at a yurka
a Mongolian in a  leather hat -helmet
says the warrior must go first
and Tom behind ladies in middle
baboon style
oh well gender inequity in space
but part of the path
the balance here as well
the strength of each
the reasons for 2 genders apparent

But off we go following Bill
he takes us to NYC !
WHY ??
we are on the empire state building
we don't know why
then in a harbor and out to sea
So we think what will happen if we let go
fall back into the cone and come up as air

Well it is easy bubbles all around bubble up
And we find we do not go forward at all we go up and up
Until a huge angel says we may not pass further
And we float down again to the cone

So we try earth
That makes us go down fast as a tree or sand or mud lol
We go down until we meet mother earth on lower plane and stop

Now where does water take  us ?
backwards to the past
fire forward fast
water back slow
Air up slow  
earth down fast

it is time to explore the 15 dimensions we have glimpsed

as we enter the centre of the hourglass and begin again

The kundalini of the throne of God is now fully open
the prism is open but we must fill it with light
the nadis are open the snake crown emerges
the snakes must leave the garden
and now it must grow the flowers of life in us

first we make the nadis full of colours
these rise like snakes and clean out the tubes
so that the kundalini can fully replace the old energy
we can manifest a new self
and now we can breathe  prana into each nadi
and grow a garden of flowers of life to bloom above the crown
instead of a garden of snake heads lol
so the snakes must be taken from the coloured grass
and the grass must be taken from the garden as weeds
and the prana must become the nourishment of the new plants
which are enriched by the fertile soil of the immolated tree of life
which has been consumed and burnt in the fire and now a new one rises
like the phoenix through this
And go from the 6th dimension of eternity
Up to the mathematical 12th dimension
and further into the spiritual 12th dimension
to see the other side of the cone
and past the Deva king's chamber

But we had chosen up
We find out we should have chosen down first and then back up
as the base is below the throne
as we saw the treasure foreshadowed

is the floor of the kings chamber

It is crystal we unhinge it and blow it off to open as before

We had to go and sit alone for a meditation within a meditation

Maggies says on the ocean all around
she sat in darkness of the sea

Here came a light from the light house
and when the light is there
we can move and grow with  the light
to leave the dark
sea of creation
and  come closer to God
and make ourselves one with the land and the light
and so we still dwell upon the seashore of fate

Debbie saw an oasis in the desert as she left the great pyramid of the Divine plane of the Devas suddenly a wall sprang up to connect to the next pyramid there was only way
And that was along the top of the wall which formed the one path now

Jodi saw a spiral of colours all colours and the spinning that comes as we enter the centre between the two cones spiraling up tighter and deosil
then to unravel out and upwards still widdershins

I see the unraveling the unzipping the unbraiding has begun
I see the hand of God pull the flowers out and pull us away into another vase  

See the end of the local universe will peek  into another universe
See the spiral back up like a heart all around like a fountain
Up and out and back to centre of the two cones
The wheel of life is wider at the base of the cone where we entered
But as we traveled we speed up the path and lessons
the unbraiding is like seeding
We spread the message as we continue to grow

We must go down below the mirror and unhook each one
of the snakes from the grass
and ride it up colouring it in

So how many to make 128
1+2+3+4+5+6=21 x 4 =84 + 7 more around the last row of each the perimeter is another 28
or 1+2+3+4+5+6+7 =28 x 4 = 112 now add 4 squared as is the throne =16 + 112=128
(3 squared and a border line too so they appeared )This is how many initiations there existed between the beginning of this path to this point in the centre

As children we travel in this until such a time about 16 to 23 years old when the guides say " no more free rides you don't need me to hold your hand anymore when you cross the street . It took me years of fear to get past this i am very ashamed to admit . Then i tried but it was not at all satisfying . I felt dejected and incapable . I discovered that group energy advances and exacerbates the effect we might have indiviually and that we can go much further and faster and higher together.

I was listening to one of Robert's  older online interviews and a caller was asking about astral travel and spirit guides. Anyway, he had mentioned that he never encountered a spirit guide in all of his work and that spirit guides was more for "new age" type beliefs(or something like that). My question is, does that mean that he  doesn't believe they exist?

Well go right to the source and ask him . lol
In conversation with Robert, many years ago, he related a  meeting with spirit masters as he projected  high above the clouds and saw them all around him sitting upon single clouds . He said he went to this  realm where a number appeared and they asked him several questions .

So I think you have him out of perspective . He always maintained that he would rather go straight to the source and see for himself and to trust his higher self instead and not have to trust spirit guides and that he was not in the habit of consorting with his own . But ask him on the questions line . It has been a number of years since i spoke to him on this theme . Perhaps he has changed his viewpoint since then . But I think he  would acknowledge that they exist as he had met the highest ones  .He is without a doubt an expert metaphysicist at a world class level and he is an adept most proficient at energy body development .

I'm just curious because so many reputable metaphysicians have spoke of spirit guides and being in contact with them.  Anyway, I'm thinking that perhaps what he meant is that they just aren't needed for astral projection?, .. Now I know that some metaphysicians use Angels/spirit guides interchangeably. I guess another possibility is that Spirit Guides wouldn't present themselves for the type of work he does??I'm a huge fan of Robert's hard work, but was just a little bit shocked with his comments regarding spirit guides. Any other thoughts on this?

Went to the violent partner of my adopted daughter's  home spiritually the home was infested with demons without wings they were lounging like ladies on a piano like lions on a rock they were hairless and smooth long headed with tails there were golden nets over them which allowed me to see them everywhere they were like quicksilver in colour I spoke to  Sveta in the higher self . The partner had one on his head one on each shoulder and one on his back when I told him he laughed and pointed to me saying now they are on you you have broken a rule you have cast them on me and I was back in my own bed being feasted on by these 4 demons . I called on Jesus and Gabriel he said why did you go there ?
God spoke thru Jesus and said Daughter why did you go there the place is full of inequity and I have sanctified you . I said I went to rescue my daughter out of love yes he said but that is not a complete truth  you have gone there in anger too . I tell you now you are not to return there . Even if you were to stay there from dawn to dusk casting them out they would come back just as soon as they left for they are called there invited there you daughter draws more of them to her even now . She is deluded she feels she is master to them and that they are her pets but they control her and they will consume her . I will not suffer her long to live like this .
