Hi can anyone recommend to me a good self healing manual?

If you look at his feedback, you'll see that the item is ripped off from another source, not something the seller has created at all.

Hi I'd like some advice about something
A couple of times recently I've woken from very vivid dreams (so vivid they seemed real) that I could see someone in my bedroom - nobody I recognised though.  It was quite scary!  Could this be some kind of entity pulling me from my body?  Or what is the likely explanation?
By the way, I've been taking vitamin B6 for the past while, that may explain the vivid dream, but I can't understand the rest of it.

if you stopped time and did a year's worth of stuff for example would you grow a year older physically?

ps if you could stop time to work out you would have no excuse for being out of shape
#106
This is just a stupid idea I've been thinking about,
What would happen if you stopped time (like Hiro from Heroes can stop time) then did some pushups or some other exercise, would you get really strong and fit?

Did you make any money betting on your predictions?

Incidentally I think it'd be brilliant winning the lottery I don't care what anyone says  :-D

I've experienced a great increase in dream vividness and recall since I started taking vitamin B6 a couple of weeks ago, I'd recommend it.

Hi
I know there have probably been many similar topics posted before but I wanted to raise this...
Do you think it is actually possible to predict lottery numbers etc by psychic means.  Often psychic courses are advertised with this claim, that you could win the lottery/casino etc, but when you investigate people never seem to have much luck with these techniques.  And, there also seems to be so many near-misses, like entering the right numbers on the wrong draw or wrong day, that it often seems like a big cosmic joke.
I knew a guy that was a Physics PhD and he said it had been proven that the act of attempting to (for example) RV the lottery results is that the act would change the results, like the butterfly effect or something.
It just crossed my mind, that if you were successful in this you probably wouldn't want to broadcast it all over the forums...?

Welcome to Book Reviews! / The End of Suffering

'The End of Suffering' by Russell Targ & JJ Hurtak, PhD
This is a book coauthored by noted Remote Viewing expert Russell Targ, it is based on the philosophy of Indian philosopher Nagarjuna.  It is basically about non-dualism with bits of the usual popular science thrown in, and a bit about how remote viewing and non-dualism are related.  I really enjoyed this book and found it very readable.  It's one of the books I think I'll read a few times.  I've been finding it really liberating and mind-bending to try and think in non-dualist terms - which is concepts such as there is no good/bad, true/untrue, we are all one etc.  Well worth a read in my opinion.

Does anyone know if other religions are as suspicious of the Masons, or is it mainly a Christian thing?
Also, does anyone know from experience if the Masons teach members esoteric stuff such as Qabalah or is it  for meeting people and making contacts mainly?

Hi I've been thinking about this thread.  I'd've thought Astral Projection is normally a solitary pursuit, no?  Maybe that's why there is a lack of AP/OBE groups.  I've recently moved house and would like to contact people with interests in spirituality AP etc and had been considering the possibilities for example a pagan/magick group, etc.  One possibility I have been considering is the idea of getting to know people through attending a spiritulist church do you think that would be a good idea?

Hey have any of you seen this site - http://www.divinefeminine.netfirms.com/
I am slightly curious to join, but I'm not sure if it could be any good, or a load of balls, or even dangerous or a scam.  Also, not sure if I couldn't learn more just from reading the right books.  It may seem ludicrous on the face of it, an online secret society, but many organisations do mail order courses etc.
Has anyone got any experience with this organisation?
What d'you think of it?
Thanks from

Welcome to News and Media! / Tribe on BBC2
September 05, 2007, 06:00:01
Have the UK based members been watching Tribe on BBC2 on Tuesday nights?
It's a documentary series about this guy who goes to stay with all these indigenous tribes that have hardly been touched by civilization.  It's  a really fascinating program.  I think they're about halfway through the series.

Those posts should be deleted I'm sure the person will profit whenever someone naively clicks their link

That's a good idea actually to look two feet into the darkness.  But I still  have the problem of prolonging my experiences and making them more lucid.

One of my most vivid experiences was an OBE where I visited my childhood home.

Hi haven't seen this posted here so I thought I'd provide a link to Derren Brown's recent stunt where he fooled a woman into thinking she'd had a car crash & NDE.

It was very cleverly done.

Hi I've been trying to learn astral projection for a while now.  I must confess I am overwhelmed by the amount of techniques that are promoted, especially online.  I think I basically can leave my body to a limited extent, but very much want to develop this.  So, I would like to ask-
What methods tend to yield the best potential for extened astral travel, the traditional occult methods such as the 'body of light' technique or the methods offered by modern day metaphysicians such as Robert Bruce or William Buhlman.
I particuarly would like to ask if Robert Bruce's methods would be beneficial for me considering I already have the basic exit in place and considering the amount of work involved in his methods of training.

Hi I was wondering if anyone could explain to me the concept of the 'dark matrix' that I have seen bandied about especially by the remote viewing/influencing gurus (Tim Rifat, Gerald O'Donell, etc).  Is there any truth in this idea, and can we transcend this dark matrix through AP?

Will Storr vs. The Supernatural

This is a book I thoroughly enjoyed recently.  It is an account written by an investigative journalist called Will Storr who investigates the paranormal and ghost scene in the UK and US.  What makes it more interesting is that Storr is a lapsed Catholic who starts out fairly sceptical about anything religious or paranormal but has experiences that change his mind and make him question his faith.  It is mainly based in the UK and features interviews with druids, demonologists, the Vatican's chief exorcist, and others as well as a visit to a recording of UK paranormal show 'Most Haunted'.  Overall I enjoyed this book much more than I expected to it provided a unique insight to the paranormal.
