Rather than focus on moving one leg forward, then the other, switch to autopilot and just walk to the other side of the room without thinking about it. It is so much easier.

Last night I had AP (i think), and I was moving very easily, like in LD...

I can hardly move in Astral (RTZ), but I very easily separated...

This morning I had lucid dream, and at some point I found my self in bed with vibrations. I got excited and I decided to calm my self. When I did that I just raised from the bed. I saw my body lying there, but my sight was dim-like (like it was dawn, but it was 7am, I think) ... I remember that I was moving hardly. Than alarm uttered...

So is this AP or just a dream of having it? I read somewhere, when you project to RTZ you are moving hardly. Was this experience in RTZ? If not, why I was moving so hard?

Additional Info: I just spoke with Veronica, (the channel), about this question and she would add that she is still conscious of how the Elohim are moving her body and can feel and hear what is going on from that standpoint, but that her other usual "psychic" perceptions are nonexistent during the channeling.

Same thing happened to me a month ago. I was dreaming that I have AP. I was at the street flying (but it was like I was swiming thru air) and "knowing" that I'm having an astral projection. Later in that dream I flew into one building (willingly) and then I woke up. Very nice dream..

Can you tell me is BrainWave Generator\Neuro-Programmer reliable? I mean can I project astrally with that?
Few nights ago I used some plug-in in BWGen & after 10 mins I felt sharp pain at top of my head. Last night I listened to "Boxed Nirvana I" and after 20 mins vibes came instantly, but they lasted only for a couple of seconds.

I dont think what happens to an enlightened being after they die can be understood by an unenlightened person. We use concepts we are familiar with to try to describe these things and compare them with something, but enlightenment does away with all such concepts.

Maybe only enlightened persons can understand what happens after death. Unfortunately death is one big mystery to everyone  

This is very interesting topic. I'm interested why is curse present? And when we escape this "curse" and escape reincarnation process, what happens next? We can go "heaven\hell\Valhalla\Nav..." or maybe astral and other higher planes?
