Ewok, I can't tell you anything about that girl posing her boobs for you  :lol:  Haha ... But about the Vibes you are getting in your feet and the things you see when you go to sleep, relax, they will go away.
I'm trying to OBE since May 8 and about two months ago I started feeling the same you do right now except for the boobs stuff  :lol: It simply went away after two weeks of "calming down" my practise. Now it's not happening anymore.
So I suggest you first: don't get mad when those things happen. Trust that they will go away.
The Vibes in your feet ? Simply place your focus of attention in other places of your body. That worked also for me.

Second: if these things keep going, stop your practices for a while.

Third: enjoy the thing about the Boobs !!! You are not getting crazy, my friend.

Thanks a lot guys for your advices and support :) Now I'm back on track. The solution ? Reading this post and practice, patience, practice, patience and practice, patience. Magically after trying and trying, I've started to "feel" the deep sensations of Focus10 (?). Never mind, I really don't know if I'm reaching Focus10 or not but the feeling of being on the right track is back with me. I can relax very fast, and after 10/15 minutes I start feeling the sensations associated with Focus10. I don't think I'm at Focus10 because everybody say that "When you are in Focus10, you will know it..."  I don't feel "I know it", but I don't care  :P.
Thanks A LOT to you guys, for your support and advices and for anyone here with the same problem, I can say that if you practice without going crazy if you don't see results, you will finally see'em. I was in the same place for three weeks, but fortunately I kept going, and with a little patience, and a lot of help from these guys, I finally took off.

Tvos, did u test out what you say in your last post ?

Tuper, to me it seems more like a sleep paralysis. The strange thing is when you say: "...I turned my head right, then in an instant i was looking forward again..."
What do you mean with "in an instant" ? Did u do that move or it was like "automatic" ?

Stevo, thanks a lot for your response. I think you are right about I'm expecting too much ... I mean, I'm really wanna experience a Focus10 and I seem to be saying to myself: "Focus10 ASAP" ... Sure, that's not the way to achieve it, but it's stronger than me  :roll: ... anyway, I'm trying to calm down and relax in order to enjoy the process. Thanks a lot!
About the Goal oriented, I agree with TVOS. If I don't even set a goal or an intent, how in the world I will experience an OBE ? I had two spontaneous OBEs in the last 3 months. The first one was incredible: I was washing my hands before going to bed, and suddenly I've looked to myself in the mirror and said: "Today I'll project". That night I've tried to project -as always- without success. But while sleeping, I woke up because of the heavy vibes and boooom!! projected...
Bottom line: goals are useful. Trust me :)

TVOS, thank you for the links and your advice. I won't stop. It's just that sometimes I feel so frustrated, I'm putting between moderate to a lot of effort in order to achieve it, but sometimes I think: "...OK, at least gimme another Spontaneous one... it was so nice and so short !!"

Thanks, tryingOBE. The problem I'm having is that I feel I'm going backwards  :cry:  When I do the Wave I exercise, I simply fall asleep !! Then, I wake up at the end of the tape.
Also, when I try to do the "Noticing Exercise" I simply can't concentrate in one damn thought ... No control at all, and I fall asleep. It's a feel like I'm losing my chances to project and I fall asleep.
Anyway, I had two spontaneous projections a few months ago, so I know there's "something" out there... But I can't reproduce that.
I'll keep trying ...

Thanks Time and knightlight :). I was needing exactly that: a little support on this :)
A few days ago I decided to quit smoking. When that happens, during the first week of "abstinence" I wake up over 5 times per night. So I thought: "Great, now I have at least 5 more chances each day to practice AP"... still nothing :) It's so frustrating sometimes.
But I'll take you advice and keep walking.

I still can't fu__ing believe I'm trying and trying and things seems to go backwards ... a month ago I was almost "reaching" Focus10 but now I can't feel anything close to it. It seems that I listen to WaveI without a single success. Did this happen to you ? Don't you feel sometimes that you are wasting your precious time ? Don't you think sometimes you are going crazy ?
Man !! Why am I involved on all these ? I still can't believe.

Leoman: I had almost the same experience about two months ago. I was sleeping and woke up coz the vibrations ... I reminded myself to stay calm ... but it was exactly as you said: earthquake :) Anyway, I remained calm and after two or three seconds of those heavy vibrations, I heard a "Booom" and start floating at high speed in a total black space. It was like being shoot by a cannon. After that, I thought "I wanna see!" and I found myself in the coast (300 miles from my home). I could recognize the place and it was so f**king real that today I still know it wasn't a dream.
Anyway, I think yours was an OBE and not a dream.
Just one thing: don't get trapped or think that those strong vibrations are needed in order to get out of the body. Remember that you don't even need vibrations. So if you start practicing and you can't reach that level of vibes, don't worry, it really doesn't matter.

Stookie, mactombs and Major, thanks a lot for your responses :) I'll continue doing the same routine then but more and more relaxed.
I have a few more questions then :) But they are shorter to reply.

a) After achieving a solid Focus10, do you still have days where you can't reach it ? Those days where you are stressed or mad or whatever...

b) How many minutes (approx, obviously) does it take to rich Focus10 once you have a solid one ?

Thanks, Stookie :) Nope, I'm not 100% sure that I was in Focus10, but I could clearly feel the falling sensation, and a lot of times I just can't know where my hands are located. I mean, if I don't remember where they were before I start, I could barely "feel" where they are but can't really know.
Those are a few "pointers" that Major Tom explains in his Focus10 post.

Amigos, I've been reading the Pointers of the Wave I that Frank posted. Then the Focus 10 article by Major Tom and after that, all the Phasing stuff from the FAQ.
My problem is that "I don't know what to do" when I'm (or I think I'm) at Focus10. Frank says "do the noticing exercise" and that's OK, but, do I have to achieve Focus10 first ? I mean, imagine that I'm at Focus10. Then, what do I have to expect ? How do I "join" that state with the noticing exercise that Frank posted ?
This is what I'm doing right now six days a week:
14:00 ----> Listen to Wave I - Intro to Focus 10.
01:00 ----> When lying on bed in order to sleep, I do the "Noticing Exercise" without trying to achieve Focus10 or something special. I just lay down facing upwards and notice ... notice ... and notice ... I hope one day I will start noticing something :)

Can you give me any other hint ? I mean, Am I on the correct path ?
