Is it possible to have someone i know over the internet help me fight negs? I have no friends that try to astral project or even know about it, so i was wondering if it was possible for people from over the internet to help fight off negs. I dont have a neg problem, but incase i do, it would be nice to know about.

When u finish an obe, are you sussposed to remember it as a dream which are sometimes barely rememberable or are you susposed to remember it as if it just happend, such as if you are to come home from work or school?

I was trying to obe but i think i may have gotten out 3 times in 1 try but got sucked right back in. For a moment, everything went completely silent, everything got darker, a whole lot darker,  i saw some faint images but my mind was completely wondering, then when my intent to obe came back i awoke from this state, i was also very tired, was this a normal place for an obe to take place or no? Is it also possible to stay out all night long if u go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 630am and be out the whole time?

Since the other 5 levels of existence such as astral and that Akousta and the buddha and what ever the rest are, maybe the Physical plane came to be by beings of the other planes of existance creating a physical plane so they can expeirience life and death, or maybe they needed a place for a second chance for them to redeem them selves. So higher beings created a gigantic build up of matter from their own existences and put it into the physical like a  huge psiball and it exploded shooting matter and anti matter through the universe, the matter had higher numbers so it defeated the anti matter and then stars and planets were created from the matter and then the physical was created with liveable places. I just thought of this a couple of minutes ago so i wasnt able to think of it for hours like i do sometimes when i come up with ideas and try to perfect them, so this might be a bit screwed up or hard to understand, tell me what you all thing about it.

I relized something, now when i have obes, im getting called or something thats waking me up. If im tired for a week, or im exhausted one morning, i wake up twice. This morning, i remember seeing my body, but yet again i only woke up with the memory, but i think i was controlling myself. I remember getting up, like a pushup, and looking at the time, it said 6:30am. I hit the button to set the alarm and it still said 6:30 so i thought something was wierd, then i hear in the Background "Jonathan, JONATHAN!" My grandma was yelling at me to wake up and at the second i flew down and woke up.
Was this an obe or a false awakening?

Last night, it was either a dream or an obe, i remember getting out of bed to get another fan, i only have one, but in my dream i had a bigger and green fan, then when i went back to lay down, i remember i saw my body. I didnt think much about it because i think it was one of those unconsiouce obes that i some how remembered. I had no control over it, and i wasnt even aware at the time i did it, i just remember waking up with that memory.

Sometimes at night just as im going to bed, or in the day when im relaxed, i see wierd visions. They seem smooth like and slow. But ive been seeing them every once in awhile since i was little. Today for example, i saw a warrior like person, he had on armor, and was missing arms. he was pulling someone with his mouth and then it went to a close up and he was screaming angrily. I usauly only see them when im very relaxed, or when im going to bed, they r pretty rare, but since i went to a site that said something about visions, i was wondering if they were my mind or me. Anyone plz tell me.

BAck a while ago, when i had time in the day to astral project, i would try it, after about 30 min- 45 min, or maybe 20, my whole body would go numb. It had this wierd feeling, i still felt my body, but it had this sort of feelless numb like feeling. Also, once i think it was when i felt my body like that, i had the vibrations and i felt as if i just flew through my bed, the sudden shock woke me back up. I always just fall asleep when i try, so i stopped trying in the day, but at night im scared because i know some things are there, and i heard light wards off negs and i wont be able to turn on a light so im screwed if i get out and see some negs who want to hurt me.

Last night i thought 3 times until i fell asleep, I would like to meet my spirit guide with the purest of heart and best intentions for me. When i fell asleep, i dreamt that dinosaurs came in through a time warp, they were causing some destruction, but then 3 monkey like things that were kinda fat, and stood upright ran by, but the last one stayed with me. It started to talk to me, i dont remember much of what it said, but i knew i felt comfortable and safer around it. Was this anything or just a dream?

This is almost every night now, when im lyeing in bed trying to sleep, i hear the voices, but last night it happened kinda wierdly, as if something was actualy there. I heard someone say "Come out", im not afraid of the voices any more so i just try to communicate, so i thought, i dont know how what should i do? The voice actualy responded for my first time, the same voice said "Create floating feelings, we'll do the rest".  I did, but then, like every night, i hear cracking al over the room and i get scared and wake up. The vibrations came much more frequent and i felt my hairs on my arms popping for some reason. Btw, 2 nights ago i think i had another connection, i heard another voice, and i thought, who are you? Then i heard something repeat about 5 times "Grehntal." As i was trying to talk to it, i heard the same voice i heard last night yell out, "Dont listen to him!" then i stopped. Was this my mind falling asleep or somethign?

Last night i had a dream that i was in the bathroom taking a shower, i looked to the side, and a shadow monster thing apeared, it was about half my hight and it had a sword. It was black, it looked sorta like a stick figure but thicker, and it had points, my dad gave me a pocket knife and a small ax and i killed it though. I was just wondering if that was a shadow man. After that though i had a strange dream that i was in a boxing match and some guy said, im going to destroy you now since i have transformed, then i ran away and transformed, then i woke up.

Sometimes, at night, i have a fear, that someones around me, and im usualy home alone, but some nights i sence as if someones with me. Something not human, but a spirit. Its usauly a feeling of extreme fear. And a while ago, a wierd smell like sh*t would come out of no where, but it left. And at night only things when im in my room things happen. Such as something will knock over, or something will fall, and i mjust laying down in bed watching tv. But now, every once in a while a smell like roses or a good smell will appear. One night ive seen an orb fly into my room, maybe thats connected? Another night, something fell over when i was sleeping. But that all stopped, but this one thought stays in my head, back when everything was happeneing, when i was 7 or 8, i woke up to see 3 black ghosts just starring at me. Also, some nights i get a feeling of security, as if nothings around or something good is there. Nothing this month has happened yet, but at night when im in bed trying to sleep, im afraid of opening my eyes with out the blankets over my head, because when i do, i see flashes all over my room, and i see orbs sometimes to. Anyone have an explanation?

My friend says he has had this dream for 3 days, it was about him riding down a road at night, going realy fast on his bike, he didnt know what road it was, at the end of the road there was a big black shadow guy looking like gorro from mortal combat only with 2 arms instead of 4. The black shadow guy twisted his hand once and pointed at him, then he flew into my friend and woke him up. The next 2 nights he twisted his hand once more and then flew into him. so on the second it was 2 times and the third was 3. any one know?

Well i never told u all about my missing time expierience did I? It was scary, it was just like on tlc. Me and my friends went to somewhat of a wooded area, it was about 6:45pm when we got there. I just laid down on the dirt because my friends were just crushing ice. I heard footsteps walking away from me. I jumped up and ran over to my friends. It was winter on Dec. 29 so it was dark. We checked the time and it was 8:17. I laid down for about 5 minutes, i was just looking up thinking,"those 3 stars look like an alien space ship", but that was just a triangular shape made from stars. It was weird when we got there at 6:45, to find out it was 8:17 about 5 min later.Was this missing time or was it  just me? Time couldnt have flew by that fast for me because i was just laying down doing nothing.

I can usualy almost always remember my dreams, but very rarely i hear this music, the last time i heard one of these songs had to be about a year ago and i think i can remember 2 or 3 times altogether. This music was like no other, it brought out emotion. I know i never heard it before and alittle after i woke up, i forgot most of the song but I remember a few parts of it.

i used to feel as though i had no energy, maybe you havent been getting enough sleep? A week and a half after school ended and i got my 9 hour a night sleep my energy came back and i feel alot more energized. I thought i lost it for good, but then right after i started to get more rest i got it back.

I dont want to do anything dangerous, i just wanted to see if i could get a picture of a ghost or spirit or hear spirits using a tape recorder.
