Basically, "normal" is whatever, in the wide spectrum of possibilities that can happen to you, happens to you.

That's a pretty big bucket.
Quote from: kurtykurt42 on August 04, 2009, 12:11:11Pick a random number between 1 and 6,000,000,000...
In any event if something DOES happen, what percentage of people will live and what percentage will die?
Quote from: kurtykurt42 on August 03, 2009, 23:49:50Another theory to that is that you've gotta die before you can ascend too.
I'm interested to see what percentage of people will ascend to the 4th density. My guess is 50%, which means about 3.38 billion will remain here and have to face earthquakes, volcanoes, pole shifts, solar flares and whatever else might happen.

There seem to be quite a few distinguished scientists who beg to differ.

It's just that I go jogging around my neighborhood block and if I do interval sprints I would look quite daft haha...that stuff is better for the track.
Quote from: kurtykurt42 on July 30, 2009, 23:07:19Well, that's actually part of the speculation of why some of us chose to be born during this particular time-frame.
If something big does happen we should consider ourselves lucky for it to happen in our lifetime.
Quote from: Gbob on July 30, 2009, 09:42:47Actually, it sounds funny... but you could have a sleep deficit BECAUSE you sleep 10 hours a day.
I know meditation is supposed to relax you, even though it does it makes me unbelievably tired that I have to go to sleep for around 2 hours straight afterwards. I have definitely not got a sleep deficit as I sleep around 10 hours and I meditate about 2 hours after I wake up. It makes me so relaxed that I just want to fall asleep...is this normal? I feel that meditating is sort of hindering me.
When I meditate, I try to clear all of my conscious thoughts, purely focused on my breathing, sometimes counting, sometimes doing the 'balloon breathing' technique. Also I always do a mental falling technique to get into a trance state.
I meditate for around 20 minutes, once a day/every two days now.

fishing?
but how much of yourself are you actually devoting to each task. when I first asked the question I was thinking more of just thinking things. for a simple example, doing multiple math problems at once or reading a book and comprehending it at the same time you are thinking of somethings else, not stuff like walking, talking and chewing gum at the same time.
