I respect Adrian's decision. I am sure he has done what he thinks is best for all of us. It is better to just drop it then to take the issue to court and waste resources that would be better used on the site and forums. These forums are not about slandering others, reguardless of how true it might be. So lets get back to sharing, learning, and having fun.

I almost always try projectiong laying down on my back. Why? That is what is most comfortable to me. I think ideally I would perfer reclining in a comfortable recliner/chair but I do not have any such furniture that fits me good enough for this. So I lay down in bed.

What are your problems? I suggest you read and practice Robert Bruce's NEW Energy System if you have not. It is a safe way to develop your energy body (chi, ki) by keeping everything balanced. If you concentrate too much on a certain area and do not develop others you can become unbalanced and may experience pain such as headaches.

How is quoting from a work that many of us believe and have stated facts for our belief to be altered and thus not absolute truth suppose to hold any weight with us?

Astrology is more complex than that. Plus environment effects a person, not just the stars. Astrology is only one part of the influence on a person.

Anne Rice's books are pretty good. The first few of her vampire books are worth reading, but after awhile they become a little repetitive. The movie "Interview With The Vampire" is worth renting, or buying. Though it is a little different than the book, it still follows it pretty well and keeps the Anne Rice feel. Do not bother with renting "Queen Of The Damned". It is not much like the book and even if you have not read the book the movie sucks. Anne had no say in its making and it is very clear. It is a goth movie, not an Anne Rice movie.

Saying Anne Rice is Horror is a joke. I might give you Romantic Horror but she is not Horror. You clearly need to read some good Horror if you think she is. I strongly suggest reading Brian Lumley's Necroscope Series. His books are a great read and he is a Horror writer. The Necroscope Series (13 books) are my favorite books. They have people with psychic/metaphysical powers, a guy that talks to the dead (and they will even raise from their graves to help him), vampires, attempts at world domination, spy games, love stories, and more.

Have you done anything to this ear lately, such as getting it pierced? In Astral Dynamics Robert Bruce talks about similar experiences of other people. The thing they all seemed to have in common was piercings or wearing some kind of jewelry.

To me it sounds like you were getting some strong surges of energy. It is rather common, or so I think. Try not to give it a physical response next time if possible. Do more energy work to develop your energy body to better handle this.

Maybe this dream was to show you a path you need to go on. Seek spiritual development or fight your evil but you cannot do both. That you need to put aside your struggles in order to advance on your spiritual path of development.

Nice post. Very true that change starts at home. A lot of people complain but few do anything to change it.

Governments rise and fall. The USA will too. Either it will go the way of the Roman empire and die out or of other great empires like Britian and just loose it power until it no longer has such a big upper hand. I think it all really depends on how foreign affairs are treated. Right now we don't have a lot of other nations that really care much for us and I cannot blame them. The USA really has treated some nations like crap in their deceitful dealings. Our government needs to give other nations more respect for it will not always be able to bully everyone around, especially if the world should ever unite against it.

Yes it is possible, though I have not done it. From what I have read it is usually done on the astral instead of the real time zone.

Let us use reason. Man has been given free will, so he can do as he wishes. There was never a complete book in the beginning. The Bible we have today is a collection of writings by men inspired by God, it did not just fall out of the sky from the divine. These writings were done by many people over the course of centuries. Some were written many years after the fact. These writings have passed through many political hands in the course of the centuries as they have been brought together. Now using reason, how many would trust a politician? How many think that politicians do not lie and cheat to secure their power? Look at most of the politicians today, honesty take a look. Things have not changed that much in the political field. Since man has free will he has the free will to change whatever he wishes. So based on reason does it not seem likely that a politician would given the chance change documents to aid his power, especially if he did not believe in these documents? Use your own reasoning and make your decision.

If you want the proof, you might have to do a search. I know that there are several posts about this where people have given proof about changes in the Bible. Or maybe they will post it in here again.



Allanon, your Bible states that the laws of God are written on the hearts of all men. God and his laws are within us, all of us. So by meditating and looking within, which is encouraged and practiced here, one will find truth. Your Bible says so. One does not have to read anything to know the truth, for it is within all of us. We only have to look.
Seek and you shall find. This is also in your Bible. It is said that if you look for God you shall find him. That is what astral projection is about, seeking truth. So how is it wrong to leave our bodies and go to the realms of spirit seeking truth? Is God not in the all the realms? If so why would he let someone seeking truth not find him but instead find demons?

I thought as much, but I felt I should post that just in case. Maybe it will help others. Plus I was not exactly sure because about everyone I know that wants to loose weight just goes on some crazy diet for a few months just to get the weight off then goes back to doing what they did before and it comes right back. What they don't seem to want to do is make the needed change that will make them healthy and in shape, which is the important part and will take care of the excess fat.

It sounds like you have a good program going. Definately keep up the energy work. Like I said, I do not know if it will directly help you burn fat but it will help with your overall health and development which will take care of it.

To sumarize what I wrote:

Quick weight loss is not the way to go. It has been proven time and again that the quickies never work. You have to make a healthy lifestyle change, something you can live with, and stick with it. Change your diet to something healthy, don't starve yourself, and get lots of exercise. Loosing weight is overrated. You should be trying to get in shape and be healthy. In doing so you will loose the weight and have better health, which will in turn help you keep the weight off and be happier.

I do not know for sure but I do not think that energy will burn off excess fat. I do think you hit on something though because energy work can aid in muscle development. Not by itself but with muscle buidling exercises along with energy work. Having a healthy physical and energy body will aid each other. With stronger muscles you will have a higher motabolism, which will burn the calories faster and fat if you have the right daily diet.

So basicly develop your energy body using Robert's NEW Energy System downloadable from the site (if you do not do any energy work already), develop your physical body by doing exercises and developing your muscles, and move towards eating a healthy diet. This will do you the most good in the long run.

There are no astral police. You do not loose any abilities from "misusing" such talents. But there are natural laws. If you are being sneaking, devious, mean, etc you will cultivate these things within you. Just like if you try being loving, helpful, etc you will cultivate these things within you and they will develop making you a more loving, helpful person. You reap what you sow. There is no reason why you should use such talents to locate someone if you are able. You can judge for yourself if your intent for doing so is worth while or not, but do not fear loosing talents because of using them.

Those who do not learn the lessons from history's mistakes are doomed to repeat them. Unfortunately humans are slow learners.

I do believe that you are correct. Our beliefs shape what we see on all planes, even the physical. The difference between the astral and physical is that on the physical your thoughts do not manifest as directly as on the astral, but the effects are the same. This is why it is important to remain calm and rational at all times, reguardless of what plane you are on. You should question and explore what you see and experience to find the truth behind it.

This could be energy you are feeling. Do you do any energy work? Developing your energy body may help with this problem. Sometimes you just feel weird energy sensations that can feel like you are being grabbed, poked, etc. It could also be that you are becoming slightly aware of your physical body and that you are feeling pressure on your neck that is on your physical body. Try to make yourself as comfortable as possible and focus more on the astral environment. Unless this is something that is really preventing you from doing things just ignore it.

If you are new to projecting I suggest not worrying about going any where inparticular yet. Just learn how the astral environment works, get use to it, and develop your skills where ever you find yourself. As you learn you should learn to go where you want, but I am not an expert in this so take it however you wish. Going to the akashic records takes a lot of skill from what I have read. Then even more skill to understand what you experience. You may not be ready to go there yet, so keep practicing and learning and do not get frustrated because an experience does not go as you wish. Go with whatever happens and enjoy the experience.

Well I have read this several times and I still do not know exactly what you mean. lol  Taking a guess I would say that your body was asleep but your mind was still conscious or you had a false awakening.

Which part of America are you moving to? Unless you are moving to a small out of the way town internet access should not be a problem. If you got a computer and a phone line you can get dail-up access cheap. Most (if not all) public libraries have internet access as well. So you should still be able to come visit the site if you wish.

It is never too early to have an AP. It can happen reguardless if you know about it or try to do it. You have probably had Astral Experiences before, you just do not remember them.
