yes there the exact same thing, in fact the word astral projection has been used for some time, it was mainly by those such as mystics and what not, the term out of body experience was termed by parapsychologist, Charles Tart in the 60's.

I am reviving this thread of mine, because of some updates on these certain experiences, it seems for me any way, that the physical doesn't effect the projected double as i thought, I had a long experience, came back to my body and found out that my right hand was numb from pins and needles, yet while I was out of body, i had no perception or any thing close to that of pins of needles in my projected double, similar thing happened this morning, i must of laid there in my body, with vibrations going on for a good few minutes, just absorbing it all, and i noticed in the left corner of my physical head, in the back, i could feel this throbbing of a vein, it was very noticeable, almost irritating, as soon as i lifted out, the feeling vanished totally, went on a small adventure, came back, reintegrated and the throbbing of the vein was still there.

Thanks micheal and kodemaster for that, I had a look at the forums, but its a needle in a haystack approach, im not sure how I would go about finding a catholic priest whom like photography.

Id like to share an experience I had 2 or so days ago:

around last night i had this dream in which i was staring at the sky, and these purple blue circular round things with triangles appeared, than this dramatic music played and i found my self being drawn up to them, a thought than came to mind, get away there UFOs! excrement! better head down, at this point i realize whats going, as soon as that, i fell onto my rooms floor in the other room, i fell as if i was a few grams heavy, i got up went through the wall with rather much resistance, after making my way out, this is where it gets interesting.

I wasn't out side my home, i didn't even know where home was now, i come up to this man and woman, they appeared to be 50, they seemed dirty, they where mixing what appeared concrete on the ground, the woman wore a blue dress that was dirty, i touched her skin, it had a greasy, wet feeling to it, she just looked at me and sort of growled, i tried to pass through them but couldn't, judging by where i was, i must of been in some sort of odd non physical afterlife/belief area.

I moved away from the couple mixing concrete a bit and met this priest, like a catholic one, he wore a black shirt complete with that white collar thing they wear. I went up to him and talked to him and he said he visits the website www.photography.com i smiled or some thing to that effect, and commented 'you like taking photos eh?' and made a camera motion with my hand, i than went serious, as i really wanted to know my location! and asked him 'where am i?!' and before he opened his mouth, he transmitted the thought into my mind, "this is a healing site, we are working on a site called www.angelwarriors.com" my coherence faded, and soon i awoke.


its interested to note, that both sites to indeed exist, the angel warriors site is being reserved by some one, could it be that they are working on it?

Thanks for the answers guys, well I had my 3rd meditation and well I havent seen entities..yet, though im feeling a slight presure on my forehead, it says to do it 4 times than relax, is that it? just four chants of that per day? or more?

Cool! ive experienced this gold swirls my self only twice, they are breathtaking, so far ive seen them when I was in the bathroom and in my bedroom, my vision was filled with em.

hmm I personly dont trust them, many moons ago, one of 'them' made legal threats towards astral pulse, I have even heard they delete threads which question or run contrary to there teachings.

A question if I may, getting the sound in your forehead area as it instructs, I'm finding this a tad challenging, any one have any workarounds for this?

cool man, i did it the thhh for about 3 minutes, i found it was very stimulating, the back of my 3rd eye slightly tingled a bit.

the spirit practically gives it life-force, it animates the body, the chakras and pathways allow life force energy to be transferred, its the spirit that takes control over the body, how can it be animated if there is no driver?

the spirit gives it life, ever heard of chakras? and energy centres? with humans, the spirit gives the life to the body on first breath.

yes every one has a soul, with out the spirit, the body would be dead, all things on earth, stones, rocks, plants, every thing has its own spirt, no spirit, no life.
