Hopefully, I've been working on this tirelessly enough to come a long way, fast. so you may hear some advice after a question is posed.

I have experienced all this and find that the socalled examining  masters are parts of the self. Aspects of the lower nature seem to be brought to the attention of your higher consciousness for purposes of reconciliation. Other attending presenses may be noticed, too.

No, Comokisadore is correct. Spiritually, your thoughts get really loud as you bring up energy through your head. Your ideas of a person as you go like a fountain will control their outcome.

It is my belief that the markers of aging might just be coincidental, not built in. You are referring to telomerase, a chain of sugar which gets shorter with every replication until you reach about 48 divisions? If you can fix magnetic media or sharpen razorblades telekinetically, I don't see why this couldn't be helped.

But I would like to see some before and after photos. If Chiu's like every other "special" person I've ever seen, just five years would show a major difference toward the worse.

Just your most sensitive spot, I think. When your feeling increases all over, this is how you will know a solid object has come into your energy field, though there is more refinement to be had. Try spreading the sensitivity throughout your body. Identify things. Go further away from you. Eventually, you should be able to report on the history and future of things outside your normal area of perception.

In spite of all the bitching we do it's really just a few more simple allowances belonging to more recent times which make the true abilities of many historically accurate figures so easily surpassible.

To Americanize the three terms I hear mostly:
shen=spirit
qi=life
jing=force
All are different phases of eachother, states of the same energy.

You will find where these things are alluded to loosely if you apply the Law of Similars. For instance, shen, qi, and jing have corresponding organs, humors, physical substances, etc.

I had actually started in this train of thought by reading some of those corny DBZ sites, but went deeper - into their claimed sources. Judging from ancient writings, the Chinese seemed to relish topics through infinitely meticulous hairslpitting, and for every aspect of energy they had a word. You could learn thousands words alone, and then combinations! So these are only basic.

OK, It's like this. I think of, from Blavatski's writings, the idea combining of the upper and lower fires. It could depend, but you should find seven shells around each chakra as connection points. (It is beleived that there are seven energy bodies joined at the chakras, actually 49 in number.) So, we imagine the shells mentioned here as being blockages around the chakras and just will them gone.

Then, the fires mix. From my experience, this is doublespeak for consolidating your higher ideals with physical drives. Sure, you'd go crazy if you cannot reconcile these things, and making up your mind is the only way to perfom majickal feats of faith. But vital energies may melt or even vaporize negs. Now, I hear of people burning THEMSELVES with it?

Now, for me, these reconciliations have forced me to deal with a few recurring illnesses, which I now know to have been psychosomatic. Considering myself, if some peculiar leprosy were to befall someone, or if they were to spontaneously combust, would these things not be the forceful externalizations of some serious masochism?

Aren't the serpents flying out of peoples' heads totemic, and the ectoplasm secondary?

Then, to add a little, pinks are associted with the heart and healing. Yellows, with health and mind.

When I was a boy I wore hats, cut my hair, ate, and came as I pleased with no fear of going bald. While toup'e weares claim such a thing as traction hair loss, unblding Indians said that pulling the hair tightly into a braid made it gorw faster. Also, overconsentrations of death hormones are being "healed" by the same energies which are generated and circulated naturally through emotional balance (represented by heart chakra ) and the satiation of basal desires (represented by lower chakras). To focus these energies as described is within my ability, but that's not why I am ashamed to have not looked inside myself better. I am glad that my fat and baldness were only temporary but suppose these things are considered unattractive as they may be outward manifestations of disfunctionality.

I believe that, just as you can project into drawings, you can also project into daydreams. That is lucid dreaming to me.

From a lucid dream taking place in real time, you can cause things to happen.

I wonder why, if it is proven by biofeedback that dreaming brainwaves can be produced consciously, the same effects produced from dreams could not be produced consciously. It must be a matter of having enough mental energy to get simultaneous awareness of the light body and the physical body, or just going into a directed trance.

The retention of semen is mentioned in the Help With Kundalini thread on this site's Energy Body Developement Forum. Apparently, extra energy in the lower chakras starts to erode a sort of shell that contains it. Kundalini, which is said to combine the higher and lower fires, is said to confer abilities such as immortality.

The same energy used to erode the shell of the lower chakras may be also be generated in excess by the use of herbs?

If this happened after you began exercizes, which ones do you do, and how much?

Yes, I have followed those instructions, where they apply, and am asking about the amount of power generated, because I beleive I have done this successfully with no drama.

To call this heat is like calling ki electricity. I see the similarities, but it is not a perfect example. A great deal of radiation was released, but it did not cause some of the physical burns or psychosis I've heard of.

I know this much from personal experience, that the force of will can keep the soul in an awfully mangled body indefinitely, but that is not the same as healing it. However, gathering great amounts of energy causes my scars to blister, and they get smaller every time.

Forgive the apparent approximation of this story. I wasn't there, and everyone recites it differently. There are photos of a chinaman named Li Chen Hiuen? (pronounced Lee Chun Hoe), who went through something like 30 wives by the age of around 256. Supposedly, he retained the vitality of his semen, just before emitting it once daily. Also, he ate weeds along his hiking grounds when he was out which people use for the purposes of external alchemy, but it is my belief that the internal alchemy of Daoism is like Tantra.

Some of the weeds he is reputed to have eaten are ginseng and fo-ti. I suppose that you would want to keep the undying body in a good state of health.

By (nonsexual) means of willed visualization I tried to reclaim my spent energy. On a black field, I saw threads which had depth. Some were like cracks colored light shining through, and others were foggier. I saw them coming into me without trying to retain or recirculate them. This bunch of psychic garbage was like my life flashing before my eyes. I deprogrammed the shards to a state of whiteness and continued until they diminished minutes later, but I was wide awake for the whole night. My stamina was high throughout the following day of manual labor, and my eyes did not even feel tired. But, as I did not reintegrate it into my bodies, I became dizzy later the next evening and made myself go to bed.

Well, assuming Bruce is very busy, I would still like to hear of techniques for raising enough kundalini to produce that ectoplasmic Medusa effect, which shifts organs.

If it is in our best interest to hear that guides have helped some, what did they do for you?

If it is a matter of concentration, what should my will be focused upon?

Obviously, the chakras must be cleared, and you must be plugged in to an external source. How to cause this movement through the open chakras, then, and to such a scale?

If this  amount of hair growth is unusual for you, have you done anything unsual to encourage it, SmileySpirit14?

I've done many neat things but still have so much to learn. It is my opinion that the astral is the universe of cause, and the material is the universe of effect. There is no disagreement that one can levitate in the astral.

This is one technique I took from my dreams, inadvertently. Got out of a disaster and forgot all about trying it again. Thanks for reminding me.

Wow. Bruce's explanation strikes me as very graphic, but I'd like more info on the actual technique of raising kundalini to this degree as it ties into some of my work. Sadly, though that forum string seems to have ended about a year and a half ago, I can't find any links to Bruce's "Treatise on Kundalini" in either print form or as an Ebook. Will be asking him myself, shortly.
