Okay so, I've been on this forum for a while and only just noticed a few topics i have not looked at before, ones that explain in detail about phasing etc.. and just wanted to post my findings..

Well, so I tried the Phasing technique to do with the 3D blackness etc..and this brought me a whole different close to OBE's. A whole different sensation, but again, the same Base symptoms of feeling my body getting very heavy, so I know I was close, the main problem was keeping my sight in the Blackness apposed to my eyes. Yet, this has been the first time I tried the phasing and also the first time I had felt my body go to sleep.

Sorry for lack of detail, that is just me.

What do you believe happens after we die ? I am slightly stumped on this, people say we get reincarnated until we have learnt all we can etc..but, im not so sure. Would we not go into the highest plane after we die and be free'd from the bonds of our physical body ?

To be honest, if there was a way to astral instantly, Im not sure I would chose it, because attaining it yourself is more of an achievement and MUST mean you have a better understanding of the sensations then just inducing it. But thats just me

LDing seems harder to do than astral projecting imo, because my mind runs off as it were instead of remembering to think that Im actually dreaming. I wonder, do astral projections go as fast and as unnoticeably quick as dreams ?

Sounds definatly there my friend. I have tried to pertain an AP a few times this week and past weeks, these are exactly the right feelings, I still get excited when I get vibrations, but I guess you just have to..let them go all around you ? But congratz on your first try !

no,no. Opinion or not that was very insightful, I love hearing what I will be able to do, but the only thing is I want what I see to be real rather than conjured by the mind, apart from some circumstances.

Well, I'll be honest I don't believe in any of these abilities, it is all very blunt.

As the title says, Does it feel real when you are in an AP ? or is it like an unknown feeling until you have done it ?

And my second question, can I learn while im in the astral ? Can I go back to when I was in the classroom and hear what I would have missed otherwise ? and is going forward in time possible ?
