I seem to recall someone using QuiGon or something like that.

There's the story where the angelic and demonic forces
had a quarrel who would get the 'nectar'. But with the
nectar there came also poison. This poison was undispensable

The story was written in Swami's Kundalini yoga book, I thought
it to be very funny. Btw the story was written in my own words
so it is not precisely the same.

Many native use sage to cleanse the area before
starting the real thing. Cedar is also used.

I suppose one of the reason is to use a smell that gives a
positive atmosphere as it repels negs.

It is not like we would keep people from going there and enjoying the wisdom of Micheal.  It's obviously been talked about enough to know Jason has his own website, which is great..so why not take advantage of that?

Probably has not occurred to you that you reach more people here
than on the small grouped www site. Which means more feedback

Regarding information/meditation/channelings I hold Frank's post in
the Fictional worlds thread VERY high and in my opinion so should
everyone else too. It is repeated over and over from different
sources to not trust spirits but trust yourself only.

I'm pretty sure most talented psychics know this fact already. A
well known kundalinist named Sri Swami Sivananda wrote almost
exactly like Robert Bruce that Psychic skills is the _SIDE EFFECT_
of spiritual development and not the other way around. This
is in many cases very unfortunate.

I myself cannot stress the importance of making a good contact
with your Higher Self. In it you will find all the answers to
all your questions.

There is ALWAYS someone who complains. This happens especially with
people in 'power'. From personal experience I may say that it usual

As for the picture I see left&right a 4 armed back guy exercising,
after the exercise he descends to become a white guy with
wings (angel). After that SHE descends to something I do
not understand. After that IT descends into the Universal
Ultramixer which is a dot. Then she begins to descend the same
order she ascended earlier.

Though in reality it doesn't really matter if the thingy descends
or ascends since the endpoint is the same which is in the middle.

Anyway I've had my heart centre shattered almost my entire life,
and what do you know. It is full of birthmarks, very black
in color. Have to try this out and see if it works []

Correction

This has NOTHING to do with hyperventilating. When
you hyperventilate you breathe very shallow. When you do
this exercise you use your whole lungs to do it. Big difference.

This exercise increases the O2 and CO2 concentration in your
blood making the slag substances in your body move too. This is
why you should drink lots of water after doing this to help
purify the body.

In kundalini yoga this is called Breath of Fire. You can probaly
google for more information about it.

Anyway in my opinion the brow centre is one
of the most important. It is the major seat of consciousness
and is the 'eye' for both inner and outer insights.

Activating it in the beginning is therefore important (before
started with the other centres) as it gives insight to the
challenges that manifest into the life when working with the
other centres.

While it is probably possible to live entirely without sleep,
your physical body still needs to rest everyday. They say that
the yogis in India only sleep 3 hours / night.

One technique for activating the brow is by staring at the spot
in between your eyes and move your awareness to that spot and hold
it there. Another is to just stare at a candle light and move your
awareness again to the brow spot.

The pain could mean a blockage or then something else. Nowadays
I feel an almost constant pressure in between my eyebrows.

I think light bulbs are a bit different. Atleast for myself.
I find it harder to 'turn on something' from an off state than
to recharge or make something more intense. Don't know
why this feels like it. MAybe just another subconscious
belief matter.

Batteries do charge by themselves if left for a while.
But I do think that it is possible to charge them
with pure mind-powah []

Actually I just helped my gf at her make-up school my participating.
