are you taking meds right now? hopefully not. Also, about your subjectivity while high, where u previously paranoid, worried, or frightful? You should definitely try and work through those psychological problems, probably with loved ones near by. Hope you get better.

I'm just wondering what the best plan is while lucid? What should be my intentions, and what should i test? I'd really like to have an OBE/AP, and i'm willing to go from an LD.

My most recent LD ... I first i was in total control, i looked for a solid object, and ran my hands through it. My hand like whoosed blue, then the true color faded back. Is this a real incident, or did i 'make' this up? After that i just ran with the dream. It changed a couple more times, and i got confused and bored. I had tried flying out of dreams before and had difficulty, is this normal?

bro, i'm sure you'll be able to do it better on occasions that aren't so planned. Like just try feeling it, and do something different, so it feels more new.

I'm guessing that those feelings of the evil presence were actually something just less common with you, so you freaked out. I've had similar feelings of fright from random sources. One instance i had sensation down my side, and i was afraid at first, then i was like," wait, these are normal right? i'm familiar with these, right?" and it changed. I can't wait for my next lucid dream!!!

i wonder if that's the higher being in all of us that is speaking when it's being questioned about the future. that is our destiny, his plan for us, and it's based on weather we take the guidance or not which decides the future.

in my dream i had a weird sensation. It trailed my dream ... i had been driving in a car and drove into a huge pile of blackberry bushes, then darkness enveloped me. I then had a weird sensation running down my arms. I thought it was painful, and i was saying," ruby's(my dog) bitting me." Then i thought about it a little, thought it was weird, then noticed it was vibes, and then they became sensational(not painful) i then lost memory.

Sometimes when i'm doing energywork, i won't feel energy flow through my legs or torso as much as i do in my arms and shoulders up. Is that weird? I'm developing it, but any tips?

exactly man, maybe if people were more used to change, then they'd understand it's good to shed the old, live in the new. When people get ticked off about their horrible fate of no-action, then it will start. Zero-point energy from within.

I don't understand why people say they want to be open with people yet they won't be open to philosophy or politics. I really am eager to put my effort towards a revolution, and i think it pretty much is already happening.

Me too! It feels like your focus sucks in an inch, ... have any of you done the virtual lsd ... and you know how when u look away and things start moving? ... well it's kinda like that ... i'll just be relaxing, and sitting, and then i'll just feel it come on ... very weird. Like it moves in weird pulses and flows. I think stookie's right, it might just be a brow exercise, cuz that's where i feel it.

Now with shades and aura's, i've never seen out of place ones, but i've seen aura's before. very awesome as well. maybe shades, but i don't remember. I've seen grid work before, and weird colors fly around before, but that's a whole 'nother thing. And mists ... what do you mean by mists, plz elaborate?

Yeah, I can get way more relaxed while reclining, laying down on my back on a bed seems too rigid for me. I kinda wish i lived in cali or somewhere warmer, cuz i also relax more when i'm basking

well then there wouldn't be much to do to be prepared for that fate. and i don't dought that birthdates and circumstances where planetary alignments govern how your fields act ... but that wasn't what i was really bringing up originally. I was talking about how celestial beings will usually interfere when humanity is at risk, and bring down judgment, and balance the playing fields. Celestial beings are like gods, those who are knowledge masters, wise men, spiritual entities, higher presences, etc. Does anyone claim anything different about this. And usually they'll appear after long periods, like 2000 years ... and personally pay a visit or reveal a messiah. I don't care what really happens, but i sure would like to see a god.

recently i've been having more memory of my dreams, some semi-lucid, one almost lucid, some just remote viewing ... and i've also been able to reach hypnagogic state easily, and do all my relaxing and energy work just fine. but when i reach the point for hypnagogics, i usually get caught in the feeling, but i'll end up like five minutes later semi-lucid in a dream. Hypnagogics coming on have to be the weirdest feeling for me though. It's like i'll be so relaxed and focused in my mind, then i'll just feel a scenario coming on, and sometimes i'll twitch and have like silouhette visions of things.

This morning i had woken up at 7 hours sleep, got up for 5 minutes, and went back to sleep. I've also been tossing around more often, but that's how i usually sleep. I was semi-lucid in a dream shortly after my hypnagogics, and I was looking at the night sky and moon. I was enjoying the clouds, and then the moon disappeared. Then i followed this cloud that looked like a sea shell disappate and reappear as a lollipop. Then i heard a voice say, "Don't do it." That voice had shocked me awake. I then noted to myself that i had nothing to worry about. Now that i look back, i think that the next time this voice tries to frighten me i'll be prepared. I'm almost able to induce my own OBE!!!!

I was wondering if someone could link me towards someone describing deeper states of relaxation, like levels 8-14 ... i just wanted to know exactly where i am.

How old are ya'll? I'm 17. Now i'm not able to get to deep relaxation in 10 minutes, i'm like able to in 25 (relaxation lvl 11 and on)

I'd also like to get myself a rocking chair or recliner for it would help me too!

Now i just read some interesting articles on exopolitics. It does pertain to 2012 ... from translations of the Book of Enoch, it could be understood that extraterrestials and celestials interacted in earthly affairs. First off extra's came down, breed w/ humans, and divulged secret knowledge and the results were an unfair advantage to those inhabited and chosen by the extra's. 'God' had sent down his celestials, who possesed greater powers than the extra's, and protected humanity from failure. Said and done, human race continues with original plan. (take note these events occured way back in human history)

Now it's present time. Who knows weather the next statements are correct. Secret knowledges could have been divulged to the current elite way back when, oppression sets in, humanity at risk, and what should happen next? Armaggedon yes, the unveiling of knowledge worldwide to even the playing feilds, and judgement to those who descended and those inhabited. This is my current prediction to what is to occur in the coming 3 years that is extraordinary.

I just want to make another statement, that i believe in extraterrestrials and celestial beings, that there is a universal knowledge, and spiritual enlightenment for all of us. Someday, it will all be realized ...

now i wouldn't mind having a raw, organic, non-gmo, superfood diet ... and all those listed foods to not eat are ok with me ... but unless someone tries a lifestyle like that and publishes it, no one will know how beneficial it is

I think our higher being wanted to achieve this too, and he fabricated into our lives a method of living simply, and to communicate, live together, and have things like intelligence, and write this all down in our physical history. I don't think human beings are going to leave the physical realm anytime soon, because it's all relevant. I like the concept that we're a different incarnation so we aren't corrupted, or atleast moving at the same pace as everybody else. There's a reason for enlightenment, so that we proceed, but it doesn't happen all in one day. yeah, just compilling my ideas, but we need every realm to exist.

like that would all be crazy and romantic, but i don't think that would actually happen ... but i do think we're shifting soon, like maybe the fall of tyranny, unveiling of knowledge, and the continuance of human life. Like remember Children of Men, i think we're coming to a reality like that ... which means, where's the project at??? anyone know where to go if there's a possibility of survival, in the case of world terror?

Yes, play on that thought of incorporation, i like it. It's kinda symbolic of how in real life and in the spiritual life it was consistent. Maybe the pyramid meant more, kinda like the incorporation of two common religions in masons. Although Egyptians and westerners had common themes of sun gods ...
