The sub-navel pumps energy?

I thought it only stored energy.

Does it pump energy to the primary chakras?

What happens when the energy finaly reaches the sub-brow?

I know this question might be a litte off topic, but I was woundering sleep isn't more effective than meditation.

Some people meditate 20min. a day, but sleep maybe 8hrs.

Anybody know what would happend if your stored energy reache your sub-brow?

What would be the things a person would need to teleport?

Like lots of energy or what?

Delta waves music work really good. Within seconds you can feel you body melting away. You should have no problem APing from that state aslong as you can stay fully aware.

Or you could just use your mind to change your brain waves.

If I just continue to fill my sub-navel through breathing only fo a few years what happens to all the stord energy? Will it cuircualte through my system and begin to energize my primary centers?

I know a mudra which is a specific hand gesture that can change the flow of energy in your body.

This one can be use to help with headaches and balance your energy.

Ok, place the tips of your indexfinger and middle finger to the tip of your thumb and place the ring finger down in the palm of you hand next to ball of thumb. Do this with both hands for daily for about 15 min. or till you get the desierd effect.

At the beging I just as excited I sure most everyone was, but after so many attempts and failures you get kinda descauraged. Now ahm bout ready to go home and start practicing again.

Get some kundalini reiki attunements they really increse your bility to AP.

Have you checked out the site wingmakers? They have techniques for things like TK, invisibility, time travel, and a few other things. I haven't tried any of them though.
