The thing is that bwgen helps you achieve a sertain brainwave state.
By using it you learn the brain to get to those states.
Im pretty sure you will not be able to eject out of the body with bwgen, but its a good tool to guide you in the right direction.

Tommies Vibration preset is good to learn how to get the vibrations.
When you want to get out.. do it without bwgen.

And btw... shamans have used DMT for generations...yes, but it has only been used to make their new brothers or sisters understand the illusion of reality. Not a partydrug, but a drug to make ppl understand the nature of reality.
So, its not something you take just like that.
But then again, some may want to use drugs to stimulate their spiritual connection, i dont.
People have even reported beeing more intelligent when taking LSD.
They can do better at tests when they are high on LSD.
LSD is a very good drug for other purposes also, but then again... if you have something in your DNA that says "schizofrenia" it may be triggered when taking LSD.
I think the same goes foes for DMT, it is harmless for the general population and for the shamans, but for others with different DNA structure than the shamans has, it may trigger some "strange behavior of personality" when taking DMT.
This is just a thought, im not scaring someone to not use DMT.
Most of us have alot of interferens from the radiowaves, electronic equipments, chemicals in water, cellphones etc etc, some live in societies that push people under water(supress the spiritual connection).
If you are a person living in the rocks on some really offworld place up in the mountains, you then dont need any drug at all, heck..you dont even have to practice like a rabbit on ice.
But if you live where most people do nowdays.. in the hightech society.. some may need drugs to disconnect themselves or disrupt the interferens from the stuff that hits the bodies all day.

Alot of authors say something important and at the same time say something negative about New Age movements.
They might talk about their view on reality in an esoteric sense.
And at the same time say they are not part of the New Age by talking about the New Age movement in his own view what he "knows" about it.
Mostly they talk about it as something wayoff and that ppl that are in that movement are ignorant fools that only look at love peace and ignore the world around them like some retards.
And the funny thing is that when someone writes about that author they mention him as part of the new age movement.
So, New Age is like everything else.. It is what you think of it.
Alot of ppl would see everything that dont have todo with physical reality as new age.
Others would even see occult ppl as new age.
Personally i think its just a dirtyword that people use to discredit others, or to use it as a shield to filter out negative thoughts in readers.

If you are afraid of fire(because you got burned as a child), you might think ppl that are building a campfire would be evil.
If you as a child was jumped on by a friendly playing dog that said woff, you might be afraid of dogs when you are adult and see dogs as evil.
You might think ppl that demolish houses with big machines would be evil if you have never understood that they do it to build something better on that ground and that it is planned and will not harm you.

What you see is based on what you presently understand about reality.
If you think... THIS IS HOW IT IS, then you only limit yourself to new experiences and understandings.
Keeping a open mind doesnt mean you accept everything that comes to you.. it basicly mean you let yourself be open to more knowledge.
To not understand something doesnt mean it doesnt exist, it only means that you havent touched that area yet.
To know is only something you have experienced for yourself.
But just because you know something, that doesnt mean there is not more beyond that knowledge.
So basicly there is no right and wrong, there is only different views.
But from you post, i can say that you are right on you level of knowledge.(ooops that almost made me feel more intelligent).
But hey man..Open your mind.
I have never seen someone walk back from the knowledge of the nonphysical to say that there is only physical existence.
If there is someone out there that has, then i would be suprised.
Having the knowledge about the nonphysical existence is just more knowledge.
I personally would never limit myself by saying that i know how everything works. That is a foolish decision.
It is better to start out your post by saying: This is my view on reality... instead of saying that you know it all... because you dont.

Its the best part, because then i can control it more freely.

That "Tree of life" is just a spiritual learning system.
Its one of many others.
There are many ways to learn about spirituality and yourself.
I think the "Tree of life" is created for that purpose..to teach people about spirituality...now learning about the nonphysical and yourself can be learned in many ways, Tree of life is just created for a specific purpose.
Like a school but you experience and learn for yourself, its just different zones where different realities are present.
I myself have never used it, personally i dont want to use it, because i want to experience things for myself.
I personally dont have trust in these constructed systems, i dont have much trust in any system..
I guess its like an "Astral Locale" thing.. where spirits have focused their action on for a very long time.. and thats why it is working they way it does and exists.
But that doesnt mean it works they way you want..
Maybe that system is not part of who you are, maybe you dont want to walk through that filter or converter path.
I dont know, but i cant say its bad in any way.. but i can say that for me..its not my kinda thing.
Some things are good for some and for others its really not the best for them.
Personally i have a strong feeling that if i depend on a system or person to grow spiritually..i just limit my full potential by thinking that i have to let others decide what i have todo.

The meaning by "trying too hard" is this:
If you think that you are unable to become lucid and think too much about it.. then you WILL create a blockage for yourself.
Its not so much of trying too hard, its the thought you have about it that is blocking you.
When you think "I cannot have a lucid dream" you create a fear of not getting it.
You create a fear of not becoming lucid.
Its that fear that is keeping you out of it.
Somehow you are angry, afraid, annoyed, sad of Not getting lucid .. and those feelings are creating a blockage for you.
If you think that you are unable to become lucid and think too much about it.. then you WILL create a blockage for yourself.
Its not so much of trying too hard, its the thought you have about it that is blocking you.
When you think "I cannot have a lucid dream" you create a fear of not getting it.
You create a fear of not becoming lucid.
Its that fear that is keeping you out of it.
