Do you shave your chest?

I've been meaning to read the book of revelation(and the bible in general) for ages. Thanks for the link. Much better to read an un/less edited version.

I've thought about a combo of ear plugs and the big ear defenders you see workmen wearing.

I've heard the mindfold is meant to be alright. I keep meaning to make my own sleep mask though. If you made a mould of your face it would fit perfect round the nose area which is always where the sleepmasks I've tried failed.

Just did a little saliva meditation to see if I could gain any control over it. Started trying to produce more by focusing on it and thinking about more. Mouth was full of saliva in no time. Swallowed it. Then tried to stop producing it. Visualized turning off a tap (faucet) in my mouth. Visualized my tongue as being a dried up sponge and the whole area underneath it being a vast sandy desert with wind blowing. Mouth dried up pretty quick.

If you're wanting to work direct on the actual chakra in your head I've got a technique for that too. You need to use your energy tongue. Just sort of imagine you've got another tongue made out of energy and move it about without moving your real tongue.

Lift it up and put the tip through the roof of your mouth. Poke it around a bit. You should find a spot in the roof of your mouth that makes you feel something near the middle of your head behind your eyes. Hold your awareness at this spot in your head. This is this site of ajna and your pituitary(I think).

Also, if you use your energy tongue to lick up the back of your nose/throat area and keep going up you should find a spot just behind and above the pituitary. This one is your pineal(I think).

My philosophy for working chakras is the more time you put in the better. Unless something tells you to stop or you start getting bad side effects I'd put in as much time as you can. But as Ryan says, if you're putting a lot of time in on ajna, you'll want to move on to your root before too long so you dont get unbalanced. The kundalini book I used to work from advised working each chakra for a month before moving on. There really is no better advice than your own intuition though.

It's kinda unlikely you'll have a fully immersed 3d projection with your eyes open. The ganzfeld thing might make it easier to maintain a partial phasing though.
#132
Are you meditating on ajna itself or on bhrumadhya(the eyebrow centre)?

Generally I'd say use your intuition as to how long you do things for.

If you want something with a set count you could do anula viloma pranayama.

Quote
Sit in a comfortable meditative posture.
Make sure the spine is erect and the body is relaxed.
The body must become absolutely still.
After some minutes, begin to develop awareness of the breath in the nostrils.
When you breathe in, your whole awareness should flow with the breath from the tip of the nose, through the nasal passages, up to the eyebrow center.
And when you breathe out, your whole awareness should flow with the breath from the eyebrow center to the tip of the nose.

Become aware of the triangular form of the breath between the nostrils and the eyebrow center. The base of the triangle is at the level of the upper lip, its sides are the right and left nasal passages, and its apex is within the eyebrow center.
Firstly, feel the breath moving in and out of the left nostril, then the right nostril. Then be aware of the breath as it flows in and out through both nostrils together.
Once you are established in this breath awareness, begin to consciously alternate the flow of the breath between the two nostrils in the same way as nadi shodhana, except you practise it psychically. Consciously inhale through the left nostril to bhrumadhya and exhale through the right, then inhale through the right to bhrumadhya, and exhale through the left. This is one round.

After completing four such rounds, inhale and exhale through both nostrils simultaneously, visualizing the passage of the breath forming an inverted V-shape. In this way you have to continue - four alternate nostril breaths, then one breath through both nostrils. Count the rounds from 100 back to zero.
100 - inhale left nostril, exhale right nostril;
inhale right nostril, exhale left nostril,
99 - repeat, 98- repeat, 97- repeat,
96- inhale both nostrils, exhale both nostrils, and so on.

That just reminded me. I cant believe I'd forgotten!

I was going to make my perfect sleep mask moulded to my own face with cavities infront of my eyes so I could even open my eyes without noticing. I'm going to go and buy the materials today.
#134
You need to forget about it(easier said than done I know). Thinking about it is making it happen.

When your body goes to sleep it stops producing saliva. You dont have problems getting to sleep at night from excess saliva production do you? Thats because you dont think about it.

As a workaround you can prop your head up with pillows and let your mouth hang open. Letting saliva drool out your mouth takes a bit of getting used to but can be done.

Welcome to Metaphysics! / Re: Truth

Everything is in your "mind" as you put it. Even the physical. When you look at something, when you feel, hear or smell something, you are not experiencing the actual thing. The light travels to our eyes and supposedly our brains create a fully immersive non-physical 3d environment that somehow resides in our heads. Our picture of the world is in our "heads"(if we really have heads lol).

Just because our experience of the physical seems fairly consistent and continuous doesnt prove its any more real than our projections. There is never any concrete proof of anything.

To me, everything I experience is real. I really experienced it.

I've had lots of experience of telepathy. The most common one for me is when people are struggling to remember something. "You know, um what's his name, ehh", I regularly pull names put of the air when I have no idea who they're talking about. Most recently it was Doris Day. I dont have a clue who Doris Day was other than some singer from the olden days. I do it with all sorts of words and names.

I believe when someone has a "whats it called" moment they instinctively send the word telepathically. It so easy to read a mind in that state that I think they have to be trying to send it.

I made a diabetic guy say kebaby once when he was having a hypo. He goes a bit mental in a hypo and says/sings whatever comes to his mind. I managed to telepathically slip the work kebaby in lol. He was like "Where the hell did that come from!"

My only experience of telekenesis was when I was first learning to channel. The day before I had asked my newly met guide to make any changes to me that would make it easier for us to communicate. I was in the bathroom squeezing pores before going for a shower. The moment I turned around to reach for the shower with the intention of turning it on - it turned on. Two levers, a hot and a cold, moved around 45° instantly. Went from fully off to fully on at the right temperature in an instant.

I've had other experiences of things moving but they werent being moved by me.

Imagine seeing into areas you cant fully see into. If you see a cup, imagine what it would look like to be in the cup looking up. You can visualize being under a table you can see, or in a light bulb, behind a poster. Use things you can actually see but put yourself into a part of them you cant see or wouldnt fit in.

Can be done with eyes open at any time and is much easier than remote viewing something you cant see.

Try invoking the archangel michael and asking for him to protect you while you sleep. Dont let any preconceived ideas about angels being silly nonsense from the bible put you off. I'm not a christian and I often get direct help from angels. They're real. I used to think they were nonsense till I tried invoking some. Since you seem to be sensitive to foreign presences you should feel him right away if you still yourself first.
#138
If you remove physical stimuli it's easier to tune into the non-physical. Thats what it looks like the projectarium is doing as far as I can tell. It just looks like a big ping pong ball.

SOMETIMES SHOUTING STUFF HELPS. YOU COULD TRY SHOUTING, "now i am free from my body!"

Hi Alexecka.

Welcome to the pulse.

It's highly unlikely that her dream was a premonition of her aunts death. Her aunt probably represents some aspect of her own life or personality.

I witnessed my grandmother die a horrible graphic death in a dream years ago. Bits of her were splattered everywhere. She's still alive and kicking today. I know what my dream meant btw but I dont feel like sharing.
#142
Send her a link to the forums. So she doesnt think you're mental you might want to add that you think all this projection lark is just lucid dreaming but can be a very useful psychological tool.

Have you tried the pingpong ball ganzfeld effect thing?

I wonder how much salt you would need to put in a bath to make you float. Get the temperature in the room just right, table tennis balls on the eyes, headphones with white noise, maybe some binaurals.

I've been meaning to make some decent ganzfeld goggles for a while. Tried it once but I found it hard to cut the pingpong balls to fit right. Still got some light coming in from the side of my nose.

Will give it a shot when people arent in the room with me. It might work well with binaurals. You can use bwgen with goggle things that flash lights but I dont think you can get it do do it without the goggles.

They've got the documentary on theoccult btw but theres only one seed and he's not online right now.

Can you explain your process/method for programming yourself to wake after the first cycle, in detail?

I understand the theory but I don't understand how to "do" it :)

Try and convince yourself that it's important you wake up. Try and feel the emotion like when you've got something important in the morning that you absolutely cant sleep in for.
#146
I hadnt heard the word nocebo before.
#147
They tried to organise a group-buy of it on an occult torrent site I frequent.

At one point someone posted this.

QuoteI'm sorry, I signed up for the course (free for first seven days), and

it's frekkin aweful.

You can write what Robert Bruce knows on one page of paper, and what is not in his first book on the palm of your hand. This is not for magicians in any order.

After all that marketing I.AM.DISAPPOINT :weep:

I'm out. And I would have uploaded this if it was worth anyone's while. PS the streaming is not rippable without screen capture tools (no flv).

PS this is a total newb product and it could be seen in a better light by one

In fact, it's so aweful I suggest someone with a sound card that works with screen capture software just goes in and ripps this then cancels her/his subscription....

IE, a GROUP FREE, not a GROUP BUY.

PLEASE, don't buy this.

Someone replied tlike this

Hm, I wonder why you would have expected that?

His teachings are well known from his previous works. The new course can only be expected to be an extension of his previous work on OBEs.

So I'm not sure if your strong evaluation is doing the product justice, or if you just had expectations that didn't match the product from the start.

What actually is so bad about the product? Can you be specific?

And the first guy responded thusly.

QuoteThank you for helping to balance my logic. I believe he overpromised by far. The quality of the video is excellent, it is the content that is extremely lacking.

Here is why I say so, and of course you are FREE to subscribe for 7 days to test. IE you can view all the video's FREE for 7 days, and then cancel.

He tells you how to relax.
He tells you to say affirmations.
He spends 4 minutes going through ROPE, less on ladder method.
He tells you about his experience with Merkaba (not how to do it or the 'secret key' he discovered. He didn't actually, it was more marketing.
He tells you about chakra energy work.
His mind-split idea is nice, but it's free and there's a free video on it on the blog.

-Besides this he just tells you stories about his experiences. For $497.

Essentially if you've read any of his books you should expect that. However if I'm not mistaken I paid $12 for his books.

If someone else signs up and experiences it differently feel free to present counter argument to show my error.

Thats the most in-depth review I've seen for it. I wont be buying it. I wouldnt even use my bandwidth to download it all for free(I'm on a metered account). If I could buy it on dvd for around £30 I might but the whole thing seems very iffy to me. I reckon he probably couldnt get a publisher because of the lack of original material.

It took the best part of a year before I saw my physical body while projecting. It feels as if there is a reason for this but I dont know what it is.

Difference between obe and ap? AP means a projection to the astral. OBE can mean to the astral, etheric, or anywhere else. So yeah, maybe you were'nt in the etheric and thats why you didnt see your body. But maybe you were and theres another reason.

From what you say it sounds like you would not to take the drugs if they would have an adverse effect on projection attempts.

That means you're able to get by without the drugs. As a general rule I would say going without drugs is always better if you dont need them.

Seeing that it was face down was a verification in itself. I'd call that a success.
