Last year I was doing a lot of energy work.   I was listening to a lot of New Age music and visualizing.  Also I was doing Charka energy exercises.   I also did a little  work with stones and crystals.  Doing alot at once I sapose.  Sometimes I think if its worth doing, its worth overdoing.  Ha. Ha. I had begun to hear what sounded like a church bell ringing in my right ear sometimes.  During this time I had two APs that would seem be related to what Mr. Bruce describes as a mind split.  I was wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar to the following.  I was working nights and during lunch I decided to take a nap in my car.  After falling asleep without anything out of the ordinary I became conscious in my bedroom miles away in the RTZ.  There was absolutely no separation that I can remember.  I found myself in my room.  I could not see very well at first and told myself "Clarity Now" twice.  My focus adjusted.  I just stood looking into the RTZ and my entire room looked exactly as it was when I went to work.  I then told myself "O.K., now I know this OBE stuff is real and now I want to return to my body".  I woke up in my car right away.   A few weeks later in my bedroom I became aware in my living room in the RTZ.  I told myself "Clarity Now".  I then decided to go to my bedroom OBE and see myself but changed by mind as I thought I might get pulled in if I got to close.  I decided to go into my kitchen.  After walking into the kitchen I awoke in my physical bed.  This is the only time this has occurred and I never read about any OBE events where you simply become aware in the RTZ at a remote location.  Could this be classic remote viewing?  It was later reading Astral Dynamics that I read about the mind split.  I am not sure if I agree with the mind split but this is a description of the events as they occurred.  

   I have been put to sleep twice with anesthesia during surgical procedures.  One time as a small child and another as an adult during a dental procedure.  The dental procedure was twenty years ago.  I did not know anything about AP then but looking back I believe I did experience a short AP.  I was in the dental chair and as I started to go under I heard a sound like WAA WAA WAA WAA repeated.  I then started to spin and landed in a flat void.  I then found myself in the dental chair in a catalytic state and through closed eyes observed the dentist extract teeth before becoming totally unconscious.  During a surgical procedure I would like to suggest that anyone who has experience with AP attempt a test to verify the actual separation of the astral body in the RTZ by the use of reading a playing card at a remote location in the room.  I know not everyone reading this post will be in a position to be asesthesitized to attempt an AP but for anyone who is this seems like a great time for a long projection into the RTZ for the card test.  This would literary throw someone into the AP/RTZ in a matter of seconds and hopefully with a great amount of lucidity.  This would be as quick as a Near Death Experience would occur.  I suggest talking it over in confidence with the doctor and have him place the card face up and simply telling you where to look.  Several weeks before the test I would also practice counting backwards from 100 to 90 while imagining projecting.  I have never had it to 94.  All you simply need at 95 is remain lucid.  I know if I have another procedure I will certainly attempt this.  I'm  confident of the ability to project from this procedure, the verification of the cards correctness remains to be seen.

I have been into phototography for many years.  Since attempting AP and OBE I have been getting photos of ORBS all over my house and back yard.  I know alot of people believe these to be spirit energies.  They do not seem to present a threat in anyway however.  Any thoughts ?
If anyone is interested I could post the photos however they are developed pictured so I would have to have them put on cd first.

Has anyone ever not been lucid in a dream and had someone come up to them in a dream and tell them to become lucid.  I had a vivid dream recently where I was on a fishing pier. There was a man standing nearby fishing.  As I tried to start up a conversation he ignored me.  I thought to myself he was a jerk. I went back to my own business. Just after that he says "hay buddy would you do me a favor and watch my fishing rod".  I took his rod and he walked away.  Well just after that I hooked a huge fish.  I am struggeling like crazy to reel it in.  He comes back and says " Forget that fish" I said no lets get it in. He says "forget the fish, there is something you have been wanting me to show you for awhile, follow me." I become Lucid and follow him into a building and down a hall to a large wood door.  There is a open window about waist level.  I small girl appears. I say "Hay little girl where is your mommy" ? She says she is not here but that she is not alone.  Then six other children appear.  At this point I relize this is not a dream and become scared and wake up.I think sometimes these events are created by our subconscience but other times they are external by people in the Astral Planes. Who could the man be? The children must have been deceased.  

Traveling to this area is always unpleasent.  There is always alot of wailing and people praying to be delivered.  I am usually in a very Lucid state when there, however I get the idea that I have died and sometimes can not get out and start to pray myself.  It seems to be the equivalent of Christian pergatory. I get the idea that everyone is dead by do not want to scare anyone by telling them as not everyone knows this, however I feel they need to know. There are always small battles and dangers averywhere. Alot of elementals also trying to attack people. They are in the form of tigers or other vicious animals and can sometimes talk. Generally there are alot of soldiers about and alot of feces and blood. Some people who appear to be priests asssisting people. Sometimes a priest will come to me and tell me I can not stay for too long. I will awaken and say a prayer and go right back to this area. Once while walking there a strong male voice said "As now you are near the Astral Plane, Then you should know that we are here to stay" I awoke right away startled. I have been to these areas many many times and if I never go back it will fine with me.

Along with the common reported noises during sleep paralysis are others experiencing visual hallucinations at the same time.  Things that seem to be of the natural/physical world in nature. I assume alot of people do. I just wanted to get some input. I have watched my closet doors rattle as if some one is pushing to get out.  Also seen my curtains blowing as if in a heavy wind.  The most recent which I can not see but feel. My bed shaking due to my 100 pound German Shephard dog seems to have jumped up into my bed and is appearently sitting up and scratching like crazy. This seems to be the common theme lately. Ofcourse my dog is simply lying on the floor asleep at the end of paralysis.

Has anyone ever tried to project using a pyramid. Twenty years ago I discovered I could induce sleep paralysis by handing a pyramin over my bed. I'm thinking of trying this again. I do not know weither there is an energy here or subconscience programming. I knew very little of AP then and paralysys was all that was produced.  Could there possibly be an energy here. Someone had had a post that Robert Monroe had his first Projection in a friends home that was pyramin shaped. I usually try to project by imagining lying at remote location.  Normally at parents home on sofa.  A few months ago visiting parents home I fell asleep on same sofa and without intention projected.  So the subconscience mind does play a Major roll in AP and OBE. I will keep post to inform how this goes.

A few months ago as I was lying in bed looking out my window and found myself at my parents house looking out one of there bedroom windows instead.  I floated out the window knowing I was AP and got cought in Astral Wind that pulled me into air above there city.  The colors were amazing. Everything glowed. I decided to see God.  I was pulled toward two large doors with a gold light shinning out.  The doors opened and I went in.  I fould myself in a ship.  As I was walking down a coridor a door opened.  I started to run an a women said "Stop I just wanted to talk to you" I told her "lady stay away; i don't know who you are" She seemed annoyed.  Then a man came out.  I was more Lucid then being physical at this point.  I had read that in the astral we have the abilities to defeat elementals and others.  I raised my hand in an attempt to create a gun.  Nothing happened.  They laughed at me at this point an said "O.K." and turned and left.  I then met one other person who I did not like the looks of.  I walked to about 1 meter of him and just stared.  I then got scared I might get stuck there and decided to return to body.  I woke up right away.  This is the third experience of this type.  These people seem to have there own will just as in physical Does anyone have a clue what this plane is ? could the women have been a spirit quide.  The next time I will try to contact spirit quide. There is a good movie on AP called "Waking Life" thats animated.  The experiences are like the movie for anyone who has seen it.

O.K. now can some of you experienced people explain something.  Now that I have had a conscience OBE into my bedroom, Several WILDS(LUCID DREAMS) which are fantastic filled with people and landscapes what is my objective.  I mean is the WILD the Astral Planes or the OBE in my bedroom going to project me there.  I hear I can get to the astral by LUCID DREAMS. I need a road map.Actially my understanding is from the LUCID DREAM i can issue a command to "become conscience but outside my body".  From the OBE in the RTZ I can explore or get to the planes by soaring up or issueing the command "Now I go to the next level"  Is it true the LUCID DREAMS are not the astral?  Thanks for assistance. It is all very subjective. Can the LUCID DREAM could be the Astral if I perceive it to be so? Its not as if I can bring back proof right away.  What does Monroe say?

I have a technique some readers might try that I was reminded of reading a post from OMEGA.  I believe he sugested bringing vibrations on by keeping your eyes open and visualizing until the vibrations start then closing your eyes.  I recall when I encountered what i've read is called the STROBE EFFECT I would lie in the dark with my eyes opened and look at the ceiling.  As you begin to see flashes of white pull them with opened eyes into your forehead.  If you can bring on this effect its hard to discribe.like waves of intense pulsing balls that hit with a physical force.  I would listen to new age music while attempting this.  Also meditate first, however this was my preference as I was just starting AP. If you can cause this effect even once I think it can open your third eye Chakra.  Beware of Kundalini energy however as this Chakra can open the others so you might want to learn about the Chakra's first.

Hello, This is only the third post I have submitted. I have been trying AP for two years.  New Age soundtracks helped me at first with imagination.  I discovered the "Strobe Effect" and Kudalini energy before knowing of this experience.  After this I had to take a break for awhile.  The energy was intense and caused a type panic attack feeling at night.  For me AP is not something I have been able to take to to quickly.  Sleep paralysis came first, then increased energy and on to very vivid dreams.  The sleep paralysis continued with buzzing or ringing ears and wind sounds and sometimes a presence in my room that would touch me sexually.  Next came Lucid Dreams.  I have to say if I had not been doing study in OBE that would have scared me from future attempts.  I really thought I had died when characters starting talking to me.  The OBE command "awake" will end the experience. I had no control over the people I met. OBE  all seems a natural process like the mind and spirit knows when AP is safe for the conscience mind to handle. Frank had a post visualization, which is something I had not done in awhile.  I find I experience vivid dreams and strong energy sensations if I visualize myself lying in bed at a remote location.  At the border to sleep I saw a forest with snow.  I then actively walked in the woods feeling the cold and trees on to a cabin that said Astral Plane on a sign. Then found a cot and layed down. In my physical room the night was wild.  At first I encoundered the B/W life size English "Hampton Court Ghost"  If you have not seen this photo go to GOOGLE and type "Hampton Court Ghost".  Believe me its not what you want to see in the middle of night.  5 or 6 times awaking to presence in room with ORBS. My house always has photos of ORBS. Finially awoke with famaliar sleep paralysis.  For the first time I did not try to increase them.  I relaxed and had falling sensations.  The vibrations were like riding on a large motorcycle. I looked around my room clearly. My dog was lying in bed to my left. I was able to roll out to left into RTZ around my dog but did not know if I was physical of astral as I went to beedroom door.  I was disapointed when I could not see my body in bed and I thought I was physical.  After about 5 seconds I awoke in bed and relized I was successful in my first fully conscience projection in to real time zone.  It was neat but I still do not fully understand the nature of the AP that puts me right into the Astral as I fall asleep.  In them I fly, go througt doors and get blown away by astral wind.  I think I will take some of "Tisha's" advice and continue to  have a ralaxed and productive physical life so I can get to higher astral. I was beginning to think the only way I would have OBE would be throuht Lucid Dreams.  Thanks for reading this post I know its long and hope someone will benifit from it. I have a question.  Sometimes I'm dreaming a AP, at least I think it is a AP during the experience.  When I awake I consider it a lucid dream.  I'm not sure if its a dream or AP anymore.  Does anyone keep encountering people.  Sometimes they tell me they can see my etheric cord as they know I am alive and its O.K. to be dead.  Other times they laugh at me or seem annoyed if I try to avoid them becouse they say thay want to speak to me. At times I get worried I might be trapped there and the simple command to awaken causes me to in fact wake.

[]I can not seem to exit during sleep paralysis.  The paralysis always happens during waking.  I get buzzing like a 'weed wacker' outside.  Sometimes intense high pitch tones.I can see my room clearly with closed eyes.  Can hear voices in other room.  I tell myself 'exit now' or try to rise.  Sometimes just get arms out.  Have tried rolling out and a few times land on floor and loose control and awake.  Any idaes ? I have a million questions and am a new member. I have lucid dreams where characters come to me and and show me children or say they want to talk.  Sometimes the characters are praying. Twice I have become aware in OOB state in a remote location with no exit that I recall and told myself to return to body successfully.  This is all very strange.  I would like a fully controlled exit and would like advice.  thanks.

Anyone ever read the E-Book Above Black.  I have spent alot of time at Ft. Meade Md and this fellow is correct what he states in reguards to the layout and organization of the base and NSA.  I just have a gut feeling he is telling the truth about Alien communication.  I think what alot of us suspect is true.  There is intellegent life throughout the universe, There is a God, we have souls as do all beings that are self aware,astral projection is true also.

There is either a God that created us in his image or at the very least the universe is intelligent.  The prime directive of the universe is to not only create life but also to create intelligent life.  Good post.

Some of the best ORBS that I have photographed at my home is when I prepair the camera before opening a closed door and take the photo right away.  Sometimes I get six or seven.  Then most times standing in the same spot I can take several more photos and they appear to be gone or I will get one in motion.  My daughter was at my home a few weeks ago on vacation and there was one that kept getting into the pictures when I would take a photo of her and her son.  I had to keep deleting and retaking photos.  I was also thinking that these things could possibly be created my electrometric energy from the power to my house.  But I have been told that actually then seem to feed off power.  Last week during hurricane Francis I lost power to my house and also the entire neighborhood.  This was an opportunity I had been waiting for.  I was still capturing the ORBS without electrical power to the house. As to there intelligence they will allow me to photograph them if I ask.  I don't think they really care if they get photographed and support some type evidence to there existence.  Who cares it seems.  People have been photographing UFO'S for years and still people doubt there existence. I suppose I am lucky in a way that not only can I practice OBE but I have the ORB phenomenon also.I have heard for hundreds of years these ORBS were also the so called Fairies.  Alo there is a relegious painting I found one time on the internet called "The adoration of the lamb'".  It is a ORB that was drawn hundreds of years ago. The researchers seem to believe that I actially have a portal at my home that acts as a passage way from the spirit world to ours.

It not that i'm afraid to die I just don't want to be here when it happens.

Take a look at some of the photos that were taken at my home by South Florida paranormal.  The two large ones in the back yard have been photographed several times traveling together throughout the yard.  They have definate structure and sometimes change in color.  I am only learning about ORBS because for some reason they want me to notice them.  Most real ones have a internal cell structure and external energy ring.

ORBS are sapose to be the energy spirit form that the soul takes on in the physical three dimentional world.  They are I believe really spirits, however there are alot of false positives like dust, rain and other physical matter that the camera can photograph.  I have never photographed one in my life before moving into my current home.  That is why it was so hard for me to believe they are dust or light reflections from the camera.  Also everyone who comes to my home photographs them also with different cameras.  I think that alot of the false positive ORBS that get captured on film are energized dust that gets stirred by by the actual spirit energy of the real ORB.  You have to look at the photographs closely.  Real ORBS have a enternal cell like structure and an external energy ring. I have noticed lately that my dog sees them and I can photograph where he seems to be following something and one will appear.  It is like the OBE in a way some are real and other times we just dream we OBE. I have a smart filter at work and could not get in at first so I read everyones posts and had a warning.  It still shocked me however.  The picture was so peaceful.

The investigative team that came out photographed three in video coming out of the top of a bedroom closet and retuturning in the bottom.  Simular to the classic moving ORBS you can find on the internet.  The one in the back yard are hard to explain, exspecially the bright one in front of the wood.  Why have I been taking photographs all my life and never seen these things.  I could understand one but not all these.  Also many times I will take 5 photos in a row at the same spot.  Four of the photos will contain nothing and one will have ORBS. I am goin to start taking photos in complete darkness then I am sure I will post some amazing ones soon.  The ones in the back yard seem to have more energy and are larger then the ones in the house and will take more photos there.  I could really kick myself as last week I had a beautyful one actially behind some leaves in the center of a grapefruit tree and accidently deleted it.  I know I can get it again.  It was transparent and looked just like one the investigators photographed in the yard. August 7 will are going to attempt to get EVP's.  That will be another task as then if we go get voices ofcourse some will believe it paranormal and to others it will be the investigators talking, radio noise, neighbors, bad tapes, maufunctions of the recorders, tampering with the equipment on and on and on.  There is always going to be doubt. research  and look for the investigation for Lantana, # 19.  Take a look at there photos to date.  Also these are being photographed digitially after they were appearing on developed file.  I welcome doubt as to this all being a faulty camera as I gives more validity to this actially being paranormal in nature.

And could someone please explain to me how in picture 4 the ORB is actially coming out of the wall.  Can dust on the camera lens do that?  Tell me its gas or electromagnetic energy or a type ball lighting that even makes more sence.  Dust does no exit solid matter.  this wall also is the area where the investigators believe whatever entity it is was avoiding the team.

Sleep depravation works very well for me.  Usually occures after working a 17 hour shift and am getting four hours sleep before getting up.  I seem to have the ability to awake at whatever time I tell myself. Sleep paralysis is common at this point.

I have attempted all type of ways to exit during the paralysis with litte luck in most cases.  The breath work/deep breaths did work for me the first time.  It has worked the two times I tried it.

I know, Thanks anyway.  I have read it will naturally fade to a certain degree.  Some people I've read really get messed up phycologically.  Actially think they are going mad.  I do believe the higher self watches out for me anyway.  I had written in a prior post about the steps that seem to occure when attempting OBE.  The Energy, Vivid Dreams, Lucid dreams, Sleep paralysis, Astral noise , Self awareness, meeting people OBE was a big step for me.  The first time I met someone Astrally I tried to produce a gun.  Well he laughed at me and said O.K. and left.  I ran.  It all seems to happen in time.  I was actially afraid to go to sleep the next night.  I seem to have more self awareness and a degree of chakra energy that is enhanced since the Kundalini but I have ajusted to it naturally.
