Hey Souljah what are those dogs that you are talking about?  Believe it or not a week or 2 ago my first experience with a living thing came with some dogs that attacked me.  And I also I had German Shepards attack me.  One latched onto my arm and I saw more running SUPER fast in the distance.  I didn't know what to do so I ended my OBE, but they weren't scary at all.

Okay maybe this has been discussed here but has anyone read the prophecies of Nostradamus?  A lot of people that I run into say, "Whoa how did he do it?"  I am assuming that he went to the Akashic Records through divination, unless he did astral project.

And the reason for not all of his predictions being true was the fact that we have free will and the future is never set in stone.  And what he saw was just the most probable thing to happen.  So since he was alive almost 500 years ago probably less and less of his things will be true since so much has changed since then.

I know a lot of people have probably already made the same conclusions but I just wondered what everyone thought.

Well in Robert's book he actually says that creating a shield could attract negs and I have read a couple times here people have said that.  But at this point I don't care.  My shields are strong and only really need to be done once a day at the most.  So I am going to do it anyway.

Well I don't think it was the Reaper himself.  If he exists then to me it would seem that he would be a little more casual and not so murderous scream type.  I could be wrong though.

Two reasons I think it was trying to scare me.  1. It's a negative entity and that's it's nature.  Or 2. It was trying to get me to react somehow.  I recently stopped doing protections on my house because I keep reading everywhere that it attracts negs.  Maybe this thing wanted me to bring it back up?  I don't know...

Okay well I had two projections today from lucid dreams.  And basically on my second OBE as soon as I left my bedroom this thing that looked like the Grim Reaper came after me with this horrible scream.  He had the skull face the black cloak.  And of course the trademark scythe.  Now I don't scare easily and I have been attacked by lower entity's and had virtually no fear.  But this thing scared the living crap out of me.  Does anyone know what this is?

I would have loved to have the confidence to face it but I haven't the slightest clue how to fight astrally.  I tried creating a sword before but that didn't work.  Or to see if I can shoot light out of my hands and that didn't either.

And one more question if someone may know.  I always project from lucid dreams but what I don't understand is that every time I project it's dark outside(in my OBE) where in the physical world the sun is out and it's bright...

Well I didn't include Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism, etc., because IMO they aren't really religions per se but philosophies.

Yeah I was thinking about that not to long ago about how God is classified always as He and how from seeing/hearing that it's brainwashed into our heads.  For lack of a better pronoun I think referring to God as a He is okay as long as one doesn't create a fixed image of a male deity.  Because having that one tiny little fixed image of God creates a person to want to completely define God and make him static.  Then that's how we get all of this bigotry and hypocrisy saying what God is or isn't and how everyone needs to look at God this one "correct" way.

I believe in God and in Christ.  But I don't consider myself a Christian.  But I don't condemn people that don't have my same viewpoint, because my viewpoint is kind of skewed as it is.  I think if everyone religious or no was tolerant of everyone elses beliefs that it would be not an impossible thing to prove God to an atheist.  

A lot of times(I am not saying all or anything like that) people disbelieve in God because of how he is represented.  It's like if I was born into this family that were very bad people but went to church and tried to cram church down my throat my immediate reaction would be to pull away.  And I would have these twisted images of who/what God really is.  Anyway I am rambling I am very tired!

When it comes down to it if someone really does NOT want to believe in God there really isn't any way to prove it.

For me I have felt God.  And it's really the only explanation that I see(to me).  How everything works in perfect harmony.  How are brains work.  And not to mention everything I have seen astral projecting(and the fact that I am able to do it).  I don't see how all that could be created from gas's and what not.

But it depends on your definition of God.  If you imagine some old white guy with a beard sitting up on a cloud seeing everything, then that might be the reason you can't believe in him.  We can't have a fixed image of him.  And when you think about it if he is so powerful and perfect how can we even conceive what he is?  Or talk about what he is like?  It's like sheep trying to describe another sheep what we look like and how our emotions are.  The capabilities just aren't there.

Oh, BTW, to MindFreak.  Allah is actually the same as God.  So is Jehovah.  And I can't remember the Jewish name for him but it's all the same God.  Basically all major religions worship the same God, they just bicker about the small stuff.

Well I would take your advice except for a couple of reasons.  

The first is that I had an OBE before that.  And I floated out to my kitchen and saw a guy there(I was asking for my higher self at the time).  I asked if he was my higher self and he said no.  He shook my "hand" and just said that he needed to talk to me(he seemed pretty nice).  He started to say something about in 3 days in the 3rd quarter, and then my projection wavered(the first real contact I get and I can't even maintain my projection!).  He wasn't there a minute later when I had my other projection.  What if he was talking about the animal things?

I have never seen anything while OBEing outside my house.  I don't want to lower my defenses and have them swarm in or something.

Doesn't that seem kind of like a catch 22?  If you don't protect yourself your vulnerable.  If you do protect yourself you attract those things that your trying to protect against.

Yeah pretty much.  I remember my first OBE I was thinking to myself, wow this is so real.  Then when I returned it seemed kind of dreamy.  I know it's kind of confusing, I can't even explain it without getting confused.  It's like I could have an OBE an be in my living room, and two minutes from then(after I came back to my body) and I could go to my living room but instead of it seeming like you were just there it seems distant.  I hope that makes sense!

Okay for those of you that have experienced "Negs"(or negative energies) in an OBE what type of form do they come in?  Because my last OBE was really strange.  First I went through my walls outside and I saw all of these vehicles surrounding my house.  And out of one of them came this big dog and I kinda sent out love towards it(if that makes sense) and went to pet it but it immediately latched on to my arm and wasn't sure what to do.  I was going to try to shake it but in the far distance I saw another shape of a big dog coming IMPOSSIBLY fast so I was like screw this and left my OBE.  Upon waking up my (real)arm that was bitten was pulsating like crazy.

Are those things surrounding my house, or what's going on?  I do protections by praying and creating barriers around my house so I don't think anything can come in that's negative energy.

Sometimes I will come out of an OBE and it will be kind of hazy but I will just be thinking/saying "clarity now" and eventually I will be able to see perfectly.  Other than that it seems pretty real when I am there, but when your finished it downloads to your brain the same as a dream, so its kinda tricky.

True.  But we'll most likely never know for certain so I will go with the assumption that it was an OBE.

I'm 99% sure it wasn't a lucid dream.

Very well, I have just a couple questions.  Since meditating, reading about Buddha, studying theology and believing in Jesus my view on life has gotten 100% better.  So what can I do to better improve myself and those around me?  And when will I finally meet a spirit guide or my higher self when I OBE?

For all of you people out there that is chasing god I personally think god is just an imaginary friend for adults. I mean what has he/she done for any race whatsoever and I don't want to hear this [edit] about we screwed are lives up and adam and eve got us kicked out of paradise.
so what im saying in a foot note is that you people are making up god and the devil and heaven and hell. I also think that the "cross" is just a good luck charm.

First off your alive aren't you?  If not for God you wouldn't be alive.  I can't think of any better gift than life.

And like mactombs said your argument is just lazy.  That's like someone coming up to you and saying, "Look out your window the sky has turned red."  And you say, "No I won't look because I don't believe you.  You are just making it up."  Well obviously if you don't look you'll never know.  You can't expect everything in life to come to you.  You have to get out there and take some chances.

Well Santa obviously doesn't exist.  Even if he did our parents admit that they put those presents down there and we see them in the closets, etc.

The Dali Lama has talked about faith.  And that if you base your faith on things that you have not experienced then your faith wavers and you really don't have any.  If you have experienced God or have prayed to Jesus and he has answered then no one can convince you otherwise.  However if you just base them from other people saying so or from a book that you read your really not going to know.

So basically what I am saying is the person really has to be open minded and make an attempt to look for God.  If you become stubborn and closed minded(maybe not on a conscious level but subconsciously) you'll never believe in God or be able to experience Him.

Well I was curious about it during my OBE but I naturally associated fire with hell.  So I thought no maybe I don't want to go to a realm that is on fire.  But like you said I can't be hurt, so I guess next time(if there is one) I will go for it.  I can always back out if I sense any negativity.

I don't have an organized religion.  The first "religion" I read about was Buddhism and agree with almost everything in there.  It's a pretty open minded philosophy that leads you on to many paths.  Which lead me to Christ and my belief in him.  There are some things that I don't agree with in the bible and some things that I think need to be more open ended and dynamic but I agree with some stuff too.

I have OBE's and am into metaphysics but I still believe in God and Jesus Christ.  I feel the presence of God and when I pray for something my prayers are usually answered(not ALL the time because God knows whats best for me).  

I think people need to just have a little faith and know that everything doesn't have to appear front of you in a logical pattern for it to be believable.  Why does something have to be "logical" for it to be true?  We are not omnipotent, so a lot of things happen for reasons we can't comprehend.

And like some people have said you can't prove or disprove which way is right.  That being the case just let go of the conflict and let the truth reveal itself.

It was like the star of David but with out the 3 triangles on the outside to make it a triangle shape.  Kind of like this except it was all orange:



All the words and what not weren't seen of course.  And  I have no idea what the symbol means.  Everything I read that says the triangle is the symbol of God or the Trinity.  I don't see that being the case since it was on fire, but I don't know...

Okay I was on a roll projecting a few times at least every week, but a month ago my sleep patterns got all jacked up so I finally had an OBE today.

Anyway. The sun was setting but when I projected it was really dark outside aside from a few lights and the stars.  Maybe because I thought it was going to be dark so it was?  Well to make a long story short I decided to try to go to the astral plane, so I shot off towards a star that I saw.  And a few moments later it felt like I was projecting again and I saw that I was closer to the star.  So I went towards it again and saw a few triangles connected to each other that were bright orange.  I went closer and it seemed like they were on fire, so I backed out and came back to my body.

Was that an entry way to an astral plane?  I know bright colors are good but although I wasn't scared, logic told me that fire wasn't the best thing to go to.

Yeah actually my previous kung fu teacher actually was taught metaphysics and AP by his old teacher.  And the would also use their energy and what not to get rid of bad spirits and negs.  

I still pretty much taught myself but he used to answer questions I had.  I wish I could find another school that taught that, but oh well.

Hmm didn't seem like a log cabin and dirt for the floor but I could be wrong!  It looked just like a small bedroom in probably a cheap apartment or house.

I know this is a weird example but it looked like that guys room from American History X(the one who played in Terminator 2).  It was fairly small.  Brown walls, brown carpet.  Who knows if it was in Canada or not.

I am not sure.  I forgot to mention to you that in one of them I was able to actually go into it like you did.  And it felt like I was somebody else a long time ago.  And I knew my name(or the guys name that I was being for the moment) and experienced how he died and how he tried to help some people.

The only thing I can think of is some type of clairvoyance that we have and either we are seeing actual locations through the eye of someone else or these pictures and interactive stories are sent by someone as symbols for something...

Nobody else has experienced this?
