If one can project and see clairvoyantly than a simple
method is :

sit in a group of 5 or more peers with the same minimal skills
more people means more energy
all will see better hear better
but if they do not have the minimal skills then they will drain the group
so sit with peers and 5 to 12 is a good number
less can be too weak
more can mean more distractions
more coughers or snorters or unable to sit stillers
so you will do best in a group of peers that you can work well with
that you have been successful with

first hold hands and open in prayer and protection
then have the group close eyes and take 3 deep breaths at own pace
open eyes to indicate when ready
then go

Herodotus records the Bennu bird -- making its appearance only once in 500 years -- as coming from Arabia, carrying in its beak an egg of myrrh that contained its father's body. This egg is similar to Geb's egg that was laid on the primordial hill and gave birth to the sun, the egg within which the whole alchemical process of transformation is effected.When the Bennu became old, he built a nest of incense twigs in the sacred tree, and lay down and died. In Pliny's account, a small worm appeared from his body that metamorphosed into a bird, and thus the Bennu was reborn.

"Benu" means as much as "the Ascending One".  It had a two long feathers on the crest of it's head and was often crowned with the Atef crown of Osiris (the White Crown with two ostrich plumes on either side) or with the disk of the sun. She was a kind of primordial god, which built its nest on the willow which is on the top of the primordial hill.
The deities Re (Ra) - and Atum were akin to the symbolic meaning of the phoenix. Because of its birdlike nature, the phoenix was called "ba of Re" - the soul of Re.The soul was believed to be a birdlike spiritual being. As a deity of creation and life it was also associated with Osiris.The phoenix was called "the famous ba, which came out of the heart of Osiris". There was a connection to the deity Kepera (the scarab-god), the Lord of Life and Death.The phoenix supposedly burns itself in his nest on the hill (sunset) and is being reborn the next morning. The hill is being located on the Flaming Isle of Re in the East, where the sun rises. Alchemists sometimes used bird symbols to represent the five stages of alchemical transformation.  The color "black" (in "black worm seed') is therefore used to signify the first stage of alchemical transformation, referred to symbolically as the Black Crow. the Swan and the Peacock represent, respectively, the second and third stages of this process,

The Four Color-Phases are (in sequential order:)
BLACK: 'Massa Confusa'-In this initial Stage, the 'subject' seems both confused and vague; disorder is the keynote,
WHITE: 'Purifactio'In this second Stage, the emerging product enters a rather extreme period of 'purging;' it sheds the confusion and vagueness of it's origins.. but may seem to have completely missed the intended direction of evolution! Further patience reveals that this Stage has further solidified the Product as a "workable nucleus" which can later be turned into a more desirable direction of growth.
RED: 'Fulminato'Now in this third Stage the Alchemy becomes quite apparent; the formerly rather distorted Product now begins to show clear signs that it is moving in the desired direction of growth. Patience is less needed now than is CAUTION; the Alchemy here can be sometimes quite 'explosive' and fast-paced! At times, one may feel that it is all getting QUITE out of hand!, and then suddenly..
GOLD: 'Magnum Opus'The Product solidifies into a FUNCTIONING or 'living' REALITY that fulfills the goal intended (and usually quite a bit MORE than ever expected!) One may be tempted to think the work 'done' when it attains this Stage; but it may still need to 'cool' or temper into final form over a brief period of functional use. Sudden 'proofs' of the final Product's desirability emerge, to inform the Alchemist that his Great Work has been attained.

seems to mean she is making the sun come out again a flag captured triumphantly in her hands she has been there too but not as developed

Billy- My 7 year old son a clairvoyant and spiritual warrior -golden armour upon a white horse in a red robe neath red auric wings that have third eyes on them a triangle above ringed in yellow feathers an indigo face with a third eye in a triangle showing . We do not allow him to sit in circle as he is too young but he possesses greater abilities than anyone else in our household had at that young age and he shows what he possesses already in past life abilities .

It is no longer my way but it was wrong of me to violate anothers way and their right to privacy on this account . I do apologise . i went back to delete my post but i believe it is gone . Now I see that the lions crawl up the spine and can re-emerge by the will of the seeker . They come by bidding and act under our direction as projections of our energy body . I feel this means that we will will our bodies to become as we need them to be with intention and control as often and as easily as that within one projection . It happens automatically after a while like shifting gears . I also observe that the sun and the moon on the face are now like hinged doors or
rather the corona of the sun is evident and there is a golden face on its door that is hinged on the dominant side which may open and reveal the moon face inside . So I feel that the human develops the ability to do either at will .

i feel this means the moon we must become eclipses the sun

the Crimson King ,Prince Rupert and the Golden Dragon . This imagery is a mind puzzle for the soul . It helps us to recall the path to Alchemical Redemption .

A Few Basics of Alchemy...Alchemy is a mixture of philosophy and science, which has been practiced for centuries, and is still practiced today. It works at two levels: the physical, and the metaphysical. At the metaphysical level, it works to purify and transform humankind. At the physical level, it works to purify and transform metals. The recognition comes that we have entered her domininon which is that of the worlds beyond ours. Her message to us was that we have family to visit . We are all one . The three closest places of sentient being habitation are so very far away but they can all  be visited spiritually through alchemy and projection .

The philosopher's stone points to them .It is the three headed serpent which is also a star map showing the trajectories to Alpha Centauri , Pleiades and Sirius . These are not the places the sentient beings live they are stars humans have named . But they line up to show us the way past Ursa the Bear and  Canis the dog we find their homes.

The three-headed serpent signified the "Stone," which is supposed to be composed of spirit, soul, and body, proceeding from a common source.also the three systems on the star map from the body of earth

the 3 heart serpents-The Twelve Keys .... They depict how to prepare the prime matter for making the philosopher's stone. The keys show the King (ordinary gold), and the Queen (ordinary silver), who undergo separate adventures, before combining. Serpents appear several times in the keys. One of the appearances is in the ninth key. Part of the ninth key shows three serpents: the principles of Mercury, Sulphur and Salt.=Body mind Soul.

In contrast the Crimson King is not real and appears flat to the seeker like a cartoon or fairy tale image although spirit have been known to present his part . He is the path of Alchemy personified the Fool the Emperor the Magician and the Fool once more as seen in Tarot . It symbolises the seeker and the God the man with an aim or Stability, power, protection, realization, a great person, with authority and will and the  intention of the mystic  . So he is us the seeker .

Prince Rupert Awakes -"Hermes is the God who puts people to sleep and wakes them at dawn. The name of the Prince was given over the years in literature and  in contemporary fairy tales and rock songs . The prince is a figure representing the fool from the tarot too . So Prince is the (physical self ) or the prodigal son coming back to reunite with the Crimson King (God and Higher Spiritual  Self ).

The Golden Dragon is the Kundalini that we empbraced and encouraged the growth of in our human energy body to escape the baseness of unaware humanity . The dragon represents so very much the kundalini the base nature of man extinguished and the golden nature of man re-established . The dragon did speak to us and embodied some conciousness . It hastened us on . It gave us a tooth we must gather 8 to enter the Leviathan .

The Green Lion devouring the Sun is most profoundly the clue to eat the sun away to become the red lion . We do this by will and intent and with the help of spirit when our energy body is ripe for the transmutation .
We know it is ripe when we can meditate , trance to a small basic degree and we can project and see clairvoyantly and clairaudiently .

to Shamballah and the Akasha to the Temples of Wisdom and most importantly to blow off the Capstone in the first and Great Pyramid . This can be retained in a past life memory and I have seen first hand Maggie do this in a few weeks .See her  path chronicled here in this thread . If you cannot project meditate and you will learn try a group approach the energy is higher and you can learn easier there in a circle .

completed the path of the  Magician it is just enough to read the works of Hermetic Resources . You do not have to be a Hermeticist . You just have to get the golden nuggets from its path too . Skip the part about entering the body of animals and others . Skip anything that is not with the light . Do only the light part it is all that is necessary really . Just read  Bardon's book or the Kyballion and use discernment to understand the 4 elements the magnetic and electric polarities and dualities and to be able to manifest the spheres of energy in ones hands as a basic level is all you need .

I ASLEEP  
We are all born with a silver thread and the ability to AP with the help of angels and guides into the astral. We project but we may not know . We
are taken by the hands of angels and guides and we are gently awakened if we choose.Many humans spend their life at this stage unaware .

II AWARE  
The thread becomes thicker and is called the silver cord as we begin to AP consciously in a meditative state going where we will . The angels and guides are beside us but no longer holding our hands .We become aware of our developing senses and use them on our journeys to understand what we are shown . The kundalini begins to rise .
III SNAKE  
The cord develops into an antakarana and we connect with the monad and meet the higher self .We learn about the Merkabah that we are born with . We begin to study the Kabbalah as it relates to us .We learn it develops and the pillars we receive on the path help the merkabah to develop in kind . We are clairsentient , clairvoyant and clairaudient to some degree . We continue to develop to see and hear more clearly . We begin to ask and learn about Ascension and the Tree of Life .In meditation we learn to manifest a group merkabah and project and travel together so that we confirm each other and see more clearly ...hear more clearly .
IV.DOVE  
We become aware of the energy body we begin to consciously develop it through meditation and exercise and OBE. We clairvoyantly observe it's development . Curious we learn about Hermetic development ,the alchemist's engravings and the Tarot card clues from medieval times . We go to the monadic plane and learn from the mahatma and the archangels . We continue to develop our senses and our energy body and our merkabah . Our basic energy body is perfected . We find we can touch , pull and sense with it during OBE .
We have the limbs of the magician now . We go to Shamballah.

V. MAGICIAN  
We learn to enter the vortex that has been opened by angels and guides .We are coaxed by angels to open the simple one ourselves . We use the energy body to do this . First we have a 3 sided vortex using the female caput and two hands . But then we develop the star or the da Vinci pose into the 5 sided pyramid vortex using the male storage centre and the caput together . With our consciousness we project to higher realms and learn about aliens and devas and the continuing transformative process of humanity .We seek the 12th pillar and the 12 sided pyramids in our merkabah .

VI DRAGON  
We go where we will by will and visualization to any place we can find the energy trace. We continue to build up the merkabah and the energy body so that we can experience harder to reach realms . We see the mother of worlds and meet her children in spirit on the great threshold .We see it is connected afterall to Shamballah . We go to remote viewing screens and we want to pass thru them .We go to the remote viewing screen at the edge of the universe . The Dragon emerges .The red and green lion-dragons form a ring around our energy body . We open the door to the unconscious mind and become part of the team. We develop auric wings .
VII MOON  
We learn that the star map is just a trajectory and that the planets sustaining the aliens do not come from Sirius , Pleiades or Ursa but do exist along that path much further away . The ones we see are in spirit at their local ashram connected to Shamballah thru the great portal at the edge of the universe . We can slip thru this window when we become magnetic as the moon .Our energy body passes into an indigo fog . Our chakras look like the moon is eclipsing each one slowly from the top of the crown down. We must become all magnetic our energy body and our merkabah . We must not have the hermetic hermaphroditic body but control it by will and intent to have just one side to make the slip thru the window at the edge of the universe. We do and we find that we must let the sun come out now . We have opened the door to our unconciousness . We become part of the team to open the next door to the shift of consciousness in mankind .

VIII SUN  
We have not experienced this as a group but we expect from esoteric research that the moon who eclipsed the sun will pass thru and we will emerge as GOLD with an elecric merkabah . What happens next ?

What kind of confirmation signs do you get from guides?

I get goosebumps and the hair on my right arm only from the elbow down to the wrist raised immediately if George my main guide says YES
Henri just tells me yes
But I like the physical sign as a back up

George also gives me a large tinkerbell like twinkling in left eye to say
"i am here " and also a tug on back of nape of neck to say
"stop right now mate and pay attention "
a heads up something is coming or going down sign is great to have

Jodi gets a euphoria and her legs twitch and energy rushes up spine
Andrew gets it in his verbal messages from Nigel
and so does Bill who gets a " no that is not exactly so " or " yes that is right " message clairaudiently
I have had these since 1998.

I think this is really helpful and someone in group should have these signs before you begin someone credible to tell you yes or no and not mess with your head

I've always wanted confirmation of some sort, but I have no idea on what to ask for.

well start with an
" I am here sign "
confirm that yourself ;

"I think you are saying you are here

if so would you do that again please?"

and if they do confirm it
ask immediately after thanking them

"would you please give me a "yes "sign ?"

and before it is established as your working sign
accept it modify it or reject it and suggest something else instead

also sit at the same time each night in the same chair in the same room
and wait in meditation at least 10 minutes to begin with
even 30 minutes once a week will do if you are clearly setting in same place and working spiritually your guides will draw closer
so even an open circle regularly attended would help

but i suggest 730 pm
as that is the peak "spirtual working with the live ones " time
which is why church and meditations seem to be at the time

when you close your eyes and sit in that chair make it a pose or a sign
to show you are ready to work spiritually

and another sign or pose to say no i am busy with physical reality please

When I sit in my working chair slouched comfortably back with
my feet  up on my hassock then i will get spirit company soon

but if i am sitting upright then they rarely check in

I rarely get spoken to spiritually at my day job lol
but others prefer to always be open

my warrior mates do not close down
they see much better with their eyes open than i can spiritually
they walk through life always looking

but i see spiritually better with my eyes closed
than my warrior mates can open or closed
because i tune in when i want to see

so there are differences

there is a definite pattern to a warrior from birth
there tend to be two classes

1.the ones who are alpha male
and have tried the rough side of physical life

including surviviing and conquering  
substance abuse and physical violence

they are always ready
never at rest

and will have very strong energy bodies
and strong healing abilities too

they have trouble trusting
and calming to meditate

they are an essential part of a progressive group
(another reason  why monks are trained in martial arts )

2.and those that are female tend to begin as innocent unicorn types
these can progress to a motherly lion type in time
fierce when necessary but lambs otherwise

but the unicorn  and the wolf are apparent

I have been researching circles as well. Where did you get the idea that circles contained power for alchemy?

It is not so much the circle
but the completeness of the nested sacred geometry
within as without actually
that was revealed to my group in meditation

expressing the speed of light into future or past
