Hi is the guidance on the Hemi Sync Gateway recordings very helpful?
I'm considering purchasing Wave 1 but I'm not sure if it's worth my while because I don't have a lot of money, maybe I could just use these presets.

Hey that's good I hadn't considered that Count Saint Germain could be a title that is passed down in some way.  I'm a bit like Hannah B I like to believe the legend but keep down to earth.  I wonder if it is truly possible that a potion could bring immortality?  I've read 'Count Saint Germain: The New Age Prophet Who Lives Forever' by Arthur Crockett and Timothy Green Beckley but I didn't think much of it.  do any of the channeled books give tips on how to attain immortality?  I wonder if Count Saint Germain likes going on the internet and if he ever visits the Astral Pulse Forums...
I don't quite get this ascended master idea either is that like someone who has died after attaining a high level of spirituality and can return to this life as it pleases them?

The only definition that I can find that would make any sense in that context is 'substitute' so the letter would be saying that he has never had relations with a woman, or a substitute for a woman, ie homosexual relations?  would that make sense?

I've been fascinated by the legend of Count Saint Germain since I first read of him I'd like to begin a discussion of what is the opinion of the truth about this figure among the members of this forum. There are a number of different accounts of what the truth could be about this legend.  I've done some pendulum dowsing on the topic and it seems the legend could be largely true.  I've also read from various sources that Count Saint Germain may be the founder of the Illuminati, Freemasonry and the Rosicrucians.  It seems incredible if all this is true I don't know what to believe.
Here are some links in case you've never heard the legend.

I look forward to hearing your theories and opinions

Are there any good refinements to the pendulum dowsing technique to make sure you get reliable answers?
I mean without the ego or whatever interfering and giving incorrect answers.
I have been experimenting with dowsing for a while and I usually just try to quieten my mind, and after establishing the signals for yes and no ask the questions.
Is it worth buying a proper pendulum?  I've always just used a cork suspended from thread and that swings well enough.

Hi thanks for your answer do the Gateway CDs have sound effects/music on them or are they just the binaural sounds?  I was considering trying them but I find binaural sounds on their own very boring to listen to.

There's that new book by Doreen Virtue that puts the Kybalion into modern language isn't there I wonder if it's any good?

Hi I have recently been using the Hemi Sync MetaMusic CD 'The Dreaming Gate' which is great and very relaxing with nice music on and I was wondering if these CDs are intended to entrain the user to any in particular of the focus levels which Monroe discovered?

I would also like to know about this book particularly if it is demanding in terms of time required for the exercises and if it is worth buying if you already have Astral Dynamics.

Hi I have a question particularly for those who can get reliable psychic info
What is your opinion of pendulum divination?  Can you get reliable info using this method, or is there a risk of low level astral entities or whatever messing you about?  I've tried it quite a bit but I seem to get inconsistent answers.

Hi would you agree that you have to be careful of commercially available subliminals, as you have no idea what suggestions are in them?  I thought your subconscious would reject any harmful suggestions, but I'm not sure I don't want to screw myself up!

I'm currently working through the new edition of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen La Berge it seems pretty good.
I had previously tried Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming also by La Berge.  It was v heavy going and I gave up on it.  The new book is much easier to read and work through, and has a free CD.
I'd be interested in hearing about Carlos Casteneda's books opinions seem mixed some people think he is great and some think he is a complete fraud.

Hi I downloaded hemi sync presets for brainwave generator but I don't know how to use them, ie how do you know when you're 'done' with each session etc.  I know it's supposed to be intensive use for a week I would probably want to do it part time for longer than that though.  there are different presets for each focus level etc.
hope someone can help

Hi I would reccomend 'out of body exploring' by preston dennett
a lot of people find astral dynamics too heavy going i think
dennett combines knowledge from many different authors including robert bruce and he has a good clear writing style
hope this helps from

I think in remote viewing terms, bilocation is an advanced form of rv where it is so clear you actually feel like you are at the location u are remote viewing.
#143
I agree I'm reading this book currently and I'd reccomend it.

hey have you seen the site www.intuitivefortune.com
I'm quite tempted to try it - it might be a load of rubbish but you get a money back guarantee
I'm interested to see if the techniques can be applied to the lottery he seems to emphasize more on casinos etc
has anyone bought the package?

Hi I've got a query it might seem a bit basic
Do you have to listen to the Abyss track and other Brainwave Generator etc tracks in their entirity to get the full benefit?
I have been listening to Abyss for the first 15-25 minutes and getting nice and relaxed but I get a bit bored after that.

I've got that book too, I enjoyed it.  I found it interesting when it said that the alchemist John Dee was the original '007', that is where the name came from.
Is astral projection part of Judaism?  I know that the occult Kabbalah is supposed to be different to traditional Kabbalah.

So stone,
what would it mean in practice according to your definition, could you teleport/time travel etc or is it more of a philopsophical thing?

Well I'm not sure what the exact definition would be, or how RI would differ from manifestation etc, but my understanding is that remote influencing is basically influencing people or events psychically

'The Men Who Stare At Goats' by Jon Ronson
I really enjoyed this book, I read it after seeing the accompanying TV series which was aired in the UK a while back.  The book is essentially an account of the US military and intelligence agencies trying to use hippy/new age beliefs and practices to their advantage.  The book is an easy read and covers a lot of psychic topics with some interesting sections on esoteric martial arts.  It is really quite incredible that the military would attempt this but apparently it went down really well with the top brass.  The title refers to attempts to psychically kill or injure goats, by the way.  Note, this is a documentary style book, it has no techniques or teachings.
Although, the book takes a slightly skeptical view of beliefs which some of you may hold dear, so I'd give it a miss if you're likely to be offended.
Overall, I'd recommend you check this book out.
