I hear ya, EnderWiggin. It seems there are few other people who actually look beyond the physical and actually want to better themselves. I dislike it when the other person does not want to try to better the relationship. I have learned that there is no such thing as standing still, there is constant change. If the couple is not working on the change, then the change will happen by itself which is usually in a way that they will not like.

I guess just buy yourself a dog, cat, etc (ferrets are fun). In the long run you will probably save money, have more fun, and feel more love and companionship.

Thank you for the info, timeless and Link. Very interesting. I have recently started studying the chakras more so this is very helpful.

If you are not able to get Astral Dynamics then I am sure the workbook is better than nothing. I have not used the workbook, but I think it should be helpful since I think it is geared toward making you try to project. The book gives you lots of information, but most of it can be found on the forums if you are not able to get it.

I have to agree that Zelda is a great game. It is my favorite NES game. I wish I knew where my original NES is. I am in the mood to play it. I guess I will have to settle for the game boy Zelda.

I wish I had time, Tisha. I rarely get to play any games. I barely have any time for meditation and energy work.

I have not read the book you have so I cannot tell you the differences. How hard is it for you to get books from a place on the net such as www.amazon.com? If you have no way of getting the book then the forums are a good source of information. Most of the information in the book can be found on the forums. Just do a search for something you want to know about. If you cannot find an answer feel free to ask. I do not think there is an ebook of Astral Dynamics, sorry.

Start practicing Robert Bruce's NEW Energy Systems to develop your energy body and start exercising to develop your physical body. If both are developed you will feel more energized and healthier.

Having both a weak physical and energy body will not stop you from having an astral projection, but if they are both well developed it will help. I am not talking about being a muscle freak, just being in shape. And a well developed energy body will really help your experiences be more vivid and help with memory as well as possibly lead to other skills developing.

The astral is very responsive to your thoughts and feelings. If you believe that you cannot fly then you will not. If you believe that you can fly then you will be able to. You need to learn how the astral works to understand a lot of the things that are going to happen to you when you are on the astral.

I remember reading somewhere..(AD?) that they are able to perceive in a very strong way if born blind, but they are not able to see. Part of this might be expectation and the fact they dont really know how to perceive sight, and not a physical thing.

It has been awhile since I read it, where ever I read it. I am thinking he said that they can see things, but they are very different than how we see them. But I really do not recall now. You could be correct. It really does not matter. You do not have to actually "see" anything on the astral, just percieve it.

I do not remember where I read it, maybe Astral Dynamics, but I think it was Robert Bruce who said that yes they can see in the Astral. They do see things much differently than those of us that atleast at one time had physical vision do but they can see.

I have never met Jesus while projecting. But one time I did have a dream that I was sitting with I guess you would call him Satan and he was making fun of this guy. He was really playing on his fears and insecurities until the guy broke down crying. Then Satan turned to me, gave me this bag full of candy and told me to go into the world and give it the candy. Ok so like the really weird part is soon after this dream I got a job delivering for a pharmacy. Well one of the places I delivered was this house for the mentally ill. Apparently the people that run the place tell the patients that their medicine is candy because they always called me the candy man.

So if Allanon is right, then I think I am in good with the top guy in Hell. I will put in a good word for the rest of us nonChristains. So don't worry guys, I got us covered.

I have actually seen this on several cars. Cracks me up every time I see it.

I have been practicing with colored blocks on a white background on my computer at work. I do not know if it is just a visual effect or what but I can at times see something that is clearly not an after image. I know what after images are and these things I am seeing are not like them at all. I will see colors that will outline the blocks and flare up pretty brightly, not like after images that are more dull, hazy, and tend to keep the shape of the object. Likewise these things do not stick around like after images.

The etheric aura is pretty easy to see. I can see this on about anyone or anything I look at. Can this layer tell me anything or be of any use? It does not seem to hold much detail, just sort of looks like energy, hazy kind of creamy colored.

About plants, do they have different auras like humans do? Robert says that human auras can change depending on mood, thought, illness, etc. I am wondering how it works for plants. What does a tree's aura look like? I was walking to my car this morning and thought I saw something around the trunk of a tree, kind of orangish.

And if it seems like I am making really fast progress, I should note that this is not the first time I have tried this. A while back I started training but more out of boredom than actually wanting to do it. Now it interests me and I am actually wanting to develop this.

As krome said, do a search. You should find everything you want to know. I have not experienced it exactly, but from what I have read it is much as krome described. It is like a sharing of energy and emotion. I have always heard from those that experience it that physical sex cannot even compare to it. It is possible to experience this, or something similar, while engaged in the physical act of sex. It basicly envolves looking beyond the physical and pulling your sexual energy up and transforming it. It is too early and too much detail to go into right now.

I thought Adrian was saying not to use www.astraldynamics.com anymore. You are suppose to use www.astralpulse.com. You will find a lot of information on the homepage. There are a lot of guides there that you will find helpful.

First I do not think that makes us unequal, maybe different but not less equal. The gatherer was just as important as the hunter. Remove one part of that society and it would change, possible break down completely. They were equal just different.

I do not think that is so true any more. It is a broad generalization. I know some women who are pretty aggressive and men who are pretty caring and sensitive. I think in general all men and women are caring and aggressive, just from your example certain traits were forced to surface more in one sex. In our societies of today we have more choice to which we wish to exhibit.

Tippa, yes I am referring to the 12th planet. According to a link to a picture Hephaestus posted, it leads one to believe they call it the 12th planet by including the Sun and Moon. If there were two planets that have been destroyed and now make up the astroid belt, then I do not see a reason to include them in the count of planets since they no longer are. But I guess that is just my opinion.

I do not know. I guess I will find out. I think the point of the exercises is to teach you how to relax your eyes and face while developing your third eye. What do you suggest? I cannot stare at my hand while at work, my coworkers would start to worry about me. hehe Or I could really freak them out and stare at them.

That was the point I was going to make, Link. I do not care if what I see when looking at colors is an actual aura or not as long it is actually training me to see auras.

I have not experienced this but I have read many accounts of people projecting from inside a dream and actually becoming lucid, being out of body and projecting again, etc. I have never heard of anything bad or negative coming from this. It should be ok and safe to do it. As long as you have a physical body you are still connected to the physical.

So you do not think that people can see auras?

I agree with Adrian on what you experienced, Frere. I suggest you stop reading that book until you are more familar with the basics of energy and projecting. It seems to be giving you a negative view of the basic sensations and experiences. This will not be productive as you explore further into this. Once you are more familar with how things are then you can come back to the book if you wish. That is my personal opinion as to what would help you most for now.

It sounds like it could be an Astral Plane Entrance Structure. I experienced something similar except I was out of body and what I saw was very colorful. It looked much like my avatar. I cannot say for sure it was an entrance as at the time I did not know what it was so I did not try to enter it. Having read Robert Bruce's description of the structures I would say that is what you saw.

I do not think that beyond the physical we have a sex. We can give ourselves a sex due to how we see ourself and our thoughts, but I really do not see how we could have a set sex once you are removed from the physical. I know there are many that may disagree with me but that is how I see it. We have both male and female energies within all of us (if that is how I should refer to it). Balancing these energies leads to a more balanced life. It does not mean that you become bisexual. I do not see sexual preference having anything to do with these energies. Your sex is a physical attribute and clinging to it can bind you closer to the physical, in my opinion.

Homosexuality is no more about lusting than heterosexuality. It is all about the individual person and how they act and view things. Sex is not wrong. Obsessing over the flesh is counterproductive though and can lead to problems. Of coarse obsessing over anything can. Sex can be a very spiritual and bonding experience. Anyone should be allowed to experience that bond with anyone else they so choose.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately I do not know of any groups I could contact. I live in the southeastern US, otherwise known as the Bible Belt. I do not see a whole lot of diversity in my area, not saying that it is not there but such groups if they are around do not seem to be very visible. I am pretty isolated when it comes to spiritual matters.

But is it not all basicly the same energy?

First you must stop playing what ifs. If you think you will see one, then you very well might see one next to your bed. But if you should see something next to you when you get out the first thing you need to do is try to remain calm. Reguardless of what you might see and experience it is very important to remain calm and passive. If you do keep your cool, then you should keep a feeling of passive curiousity and try to find out what this thing is. Do not assume anything. Just because something may be there it does not mean it has negative intensions. If you are uncomfortable with it at the time ask it to leave. No matter what happens do not be afraid. When you stand up to something it will usually go away.
