I believe it is possible to project at will within seconds. My very first AP happened that way, though I had no idea what was happening at the time. Still the entire experience only took a few seconds for me to project. I think it is probably quite simple, but because of habit it requires a lot of practice to be able to do it. Unfortunately I do not currently have the time to practice near as much as I wish.

I have heard that many do not meet in the RTZ but create their own place on the astral. Then when they want to meet everyone thinks about that place to go there.

If companies are sponsoring this then I am sure they are ready to pay for your buying habits, schedule, traveling routes, etc. Think of Minority Report where he is walking by all those ads geared towards him calling him by name. Good, Bad, or just annoying?

Do you have any issues about sex? Are you comfortable with it and your own sexuality? Think about what MosesB has said. You do not have to answer these questions here if you do not wish, but think about it. From what I have read about people having trouble with astral entities and sex, the people usually have sexual issues that they need to work through. When they have the entities go away.

Astral sex is possible, or so I have read but never experienced. The problem is in control and your views. If you are viewing sex as purely a physical act then you will probably never have astral or out of body sex because thinking about your physical body will pull you right back to it. If you can disassociate sex from your physical form and remain in control of your thoughts and actions then you should be able to engage in astral sex, but it can be quite different than physical sex. In other words, you are not going to be wacking off while watching Monica Belluci taking a shower. Astral sex is more like an exchange and sharing of energy, so I have read.

There are no astral police that kick you out of the astral for being "bad". You can do anything you want.

Osama bin Laden is probably not interested in watching you wack off while watching Monica Belluci so you should have nothing to worry about. []

The US government has done, and may still be doing, experiments with remote viewing to gather intelligence. I have not read much on this. I just know it has been done.

I hope reincarnation is not true, or atleast a choice. I find this plane rather boring. I would like to explore other places without the bother of having to work, eat, go to the bathroom, and such. []

Is it not possible that by remembering past lives you are merely accessing the minds and emotions of people who have lived before that, though maybe similar to yourself, are not actually you? You are accessing them so you can learn from their experiences.

The only side effects I have heard that come from astral projection are developments of psychic and mental abilities and more awareness. I have never heard of any negative physical side effects. You may just need to draw up and store more energy before you project if you are feeling weak afterwards.

As for your dreams, it is your perception of them that is bad and not really the dreams themselves. I have dreams that to describe would sound like nightmares, but I have not experienced fear while dreaming in a long time. Try to enjoy them and not be so emotional about them, if you have that kind of control. Honestly I am not sure why my dreams are not scarey even in scary situations. Maybe you should just look within yourself for unresolved issues that the dreams may be pointing at.

Of coarse. It may not be wise to take everything he says as absolute truth until you know him better. How could it possibly be unsafe to be with him? The worst he could do is scare you, or give you false information.

Looking back it is kind of weird because it seems I have always been interested in such topics and actually did energy work before I ever knew what it was or what I was doing. When I was in my early teens I would go out to the corner of my parents property where it was a little wooded and isolated. There I would just think, meditate sort of, and feel for energy, my energy and that surrounding me. I would do this every once in awhile. Well one day I was sitting in class in high school and I felt this strong energy come over me. I just gave into it, trying to really feel it throughout me. Suddenly I was in this field surrounded by trees, the sky was black with no stars or anything but everything was bright and colorful as if it were a sunny day. I was admiring the scene when I suddenly thought, "Wait I was just sitting in class a second ago." With that thought I found myself back in class. The experience last all of maybe 2 seconds. I did not know what had happened and sort of forgot about it for a few years. A few years later I pick up a book about sex just thinking it will be an interesting read, but it was much more and from it I learned about energy work. A few more years later I am visiting a friend and my visit is just about over. For some reason out of no where I think to tell her about my experience in high school. I had not thought about it really since, but for some reason it popped into my head. So I tell her and she is like "Oh that is astral projection". I get home and start surfing the net gathering up info on astral projection and here I am today.

I am not sure I understand exactly what you mean but to me it sounds like you are drawing energy up through your body, possibly out of your base Chakra. Do you do any energy work?

Read the book 1984. Sounds like the same idea, just the chips are more technologically advanced. I think the question one should ask is, Do you trust the government and the people who run it enough to do something like this? I do not. You cannot end crime. As long as there are laws there will be people who will try to get around them.

The actual definition of cult says nothing about being negative or close minded. True there are some unproductive cults out there. They are the ones that get noticed. But a group that falls within the definition of a cult does not have to be negative.

So basicly any group that believes in something to give some kind of devotion is a cult. We could probably be considered a cult according to the dictionary, but so is every other group of people with a central idea.

What is it that you are experiencing? I do not understand. Just saying you are raped does not convey the actual meaning when talking about outside the physical. I have seen the word astral rape used to mean other than sexual. So tell us what it is that you are experiencing, feeling, etc and not just what it is you think is happening.

What if Nessie is a fish, thus has no lungs so no distortion? Really I find the article vague. Was this a constant survey leaving on holes for something to slip through? I find the term monster rather offensive. If something exists in the lake it is by no means a monster. It is an animal that should be protected, preserved, and respected. It has been over a year since I have had the above experience but it is still pretty clear in my mind. Many times I have thought about trying to draw what I saw, but felt I would not be able to do it any justice. Yesterday I decided to try and see if I could come any where close to representing the grid. It turned out pretty good, though it looked better before I converted it to jpg format. I made it my avatar. It can in no way compare to what I saw. The gold was so profound, like nothing on the physical. It was just so breath taking. As I stated above at the time I knew nothing about the grid and astral entrance structures so I really did not know what to make of what I saw. So I pretty much just ... ummm ... floated (?) there staring in awe at my surroundings while trying to control my emotions, which were very strong but I was doing a decent job. So my avatar holds special meaning to me.

Also I wanted to bring this topic of the grid back up because I rarely see it talked about. Maybe people do not experience it much, but I feel it should get attention every now and then so if someone else new to it finds themself in a similar place they will know what it is and what to do about it. Of coarse it was still really nice just staring at the beautiful colors.

I went into chat last night and meet someone who said they were new and had been reading the forums. They said they had been in chat all day, that a lot people would come in and the leave mad if no one would talk to them after about 30 seconds. Maybe this person will be in there again today if you want to check. But usually there is no one in there when I am there.

Sexual energy and orgasm can be of great benefit to having OBEs but probably not for the reasons you are thinking. Cultivating your sexually energy can make you very energized and give you lots of energy for your out of body travels. Having alots of energy will help the experience a lot. Of coarse if you are having problems relaxing due to sexual tension then ejaculating can be a quick way to relieve it.

Could you describe what it is exactly that you are experiencing? You are being rather vague. Are you saying you leave your body and while out are sexually assaulted? The most likely way to deal with this is to look within yourself and resolve any problems you may have.
