This world is the 3 dimensional part of what Einstein called the 4 dimensional space-time continuum. RTZ projections place the OOB person in the 4th dimension. The 4th dimension transcends the 3 physical dimensions. Because humans mostly relie on their 5 physical (3 dimensional) senses they are usually unaware of this transcendent dimension. Simple so far.
Now here is my theory on why RTZ projections often do not correspond exactly with known physical locations. Einstein left out consciousness as a constituent of the universe. In my view the universe is a 4 dimensional space-time holographic matrix where consciousness and energy and matter all interact in a very comple tensor field. Since physical objects have energy (or an energy field) about them any person who is OOB in an RTZ projection (I call it an ethereal projection) may or may not correctly perceive the 4 dimensional energy/energy field as a 3 dimensional physical object.
Remember that perceptions can be faulty even in the best of times. During an OBE perceptions can become distorted, hazy of warped. And there could be other factors involved. For example electrical equipment might be perceived as energy, or light or even a different type of electrical device (such as a tv appearing as a CD player).
Reality is objective (imoa) and human perception - because it can never completely comprehend all of reality, only selected bits of it, is subjective. So it is the OOB person's perceptions that are mistakenly perceiving the object as something else. Or maybe the OOB person does not perceive a physical item at all. That is the reason for confusing RTZ projections.

I also did not choose any of the options because none fit my best description ---- what is ----
a discarnate that, for whatever reason, is hostile to the person who encounters it. A neg could still be living and be only temporarily OOB or could be someone who is dead and permanently discarnate. A neg entitiy could have been harmed or otherwise wronged by the person at an earlier point in time. A neg could also have been a very violent or malicious person when alive who continues being violent and malicious when dead.
Negs could also be the product of a person's fears. That does happen. But not all malevolent discarnates are only thought forms. So several of the choices could describe a neg entitiy but imao none of those choices best describe it.

Maybe someone has thought througth the idea behind Astral Pulse Island to have arrived at a detailed description of where it is.
Is AP Island -
a) a thought form subjectively created by many individuals that has become an objective location  :question: or
b) a location in the RTZ (Ethereal plane) that can be reached by anyone while out of body in the same manner as someone astral travelling to a physical location (like Stonehenge or the Great Pyramid) :question: or
c) a focus 10 locale  :question: or
d) a focus 20 locale  :question: or
e) a focus 23 locale  :question: or
f) any or all of the above  :question:  :question:
What I specifically want to know is this - does anyone have a 'road map' of directions they can provide to reach AP Island? It appears to me very much like a BST-Belief System Territory. If so then that would be fine. Yet if so would there also be many permanent discarnates (ghosts, spirits) that also visit (and maybe reside) there as well?

I too have had several violent encounters with discarnates while out of body (mostly during ethereal (RTZ) projections). I am concerned about the possiblility of a violent encounter but am not afraid or scared.
The question that I have is this -
Is there any reason for this violence?? It just seems random and pointless, much like the random street crime experienced in the physicval world. So is there a bigger picture to any of this :question: In my experiences I have yet to find a reason for these seemingly senseless and random incidents of out of body violence.

I've got a few of those precog dreams written up in my notes. I'll add a reply to this topic tomorrow and post a couple of them. I really don't have time to do that today.

For what it's worth, I have found that my dreams, not OBEs, are more likely to be 'vehicles' that see into the future. These (non-lucid) dreams don't happen very often, maybe only 2, 3, or 4 times a year. Yet when they occur they startle me in their accuracy. One time, back in April 2002 I dreamed of massive flooding centered around San Antonio, Texas. I lived in Pennsylvania so there was no reason to dream about Texas. Non-the-less I just knew in the dream that it was San Antonio. Less than a month later, in May 2002, massive floods Did hit the San Antonio region causing several deaths and severe destruction of property.

Thought I would mention this rather unusual coincidence or synchronicity. Yesterday while looking for new shows on Comcast On Demand I found a Discovery Channel show from their Going Tribal series.
It was about a British man who travelled to Gabon, West Africa to be initiated by the Bwiti Tribe. He stayed in a Bwiti village for a month, learned to dance and sing like the people there, hunted with the adult males and had an iboga initiation that lasted more than 2 days. He reported having several out of body experiences and said that he 'shared' the consciousness of people whom were physically present in the hut.
If you don't have Comcast cable or get On Demand then the show might be repeated on either Discovery Channel, The Learning Channel or the Travel Channel. It's called Going Tribal. Catch it if you can.

An impressive experience. It is the type of experience that proves the objective reality of OBEs to the person that has experienced it. Yet for some reason many people, especially the hard core sceptics, always find some reason to debunk it or explain it away. Their loss and your gain.

As I see it the ability to go out of body is a spiritual ability not a religious issue. The fact that so many people have projected in the past and continually go OOB every day shows (to me if noone else) that the decision to pursue the OBE is an individual choice. If God really wanted to prevent you from going OOB then surely he would have already let this be known to you in some form or another.

No I do not currently use any mind altering substance.
Yes I have had at least one OBE induced by such a substance. (It was DXM BTW and I posted the experience on one of these forums about 2 or 3 years ago.)
No I would not recommend using mind altering substaces to induce an OBE Because it will cause a person to lose control. Once the separation occurs the person who is under the influence and OOB will have little control over what he/she does, who he/she encounters and where he/she goes.

I recommend going to www.erowid.com and doing a search on out of body experiences. You will find several 'trip reports' where people have had OBEs while tripping on various hallucinogens/enthneogens and narcotics.

A truly profound OBE would leave you with little or no doubt about the issue. Consciousness can separate from the physical body and survive indefinately. If you have not yet had an OBE I truly hope that you do experience one in the near future.

You are probably right about not everybody surviving physical death. There do seem to be a lot of soulless people. Witness all the death and destruction caused by Islamic extremists. Wouldn't it be the ultimate irony if those people, who profess to want to die to attain paradise, actually ceased to exist upon physical death.

Check out the psychic defense forum and posts your experience and question(s) there. There might be someone there to give advice about a psychic shield or a similar defense.

It has been reported (by many different people) that spirit guides or helpers have assisted them in leaving their physical body to go OOB. If any of these reports are true (and many reports appear to be sincere) then it would stand to reason that the reverse is also true - that spirits/souls/discarnates can block or prevent a person from having an OBE.
I speak partly from experience because on at least two occasions I encountered negative or hostile entities shortly after projecting OOB. Both of those encounters resulted in violent confrontations. Though I was able to stay OOB for several minutes on both occasions the violent encounters did prematurely end both those projections.
Also my recent prolonged dry spell (only two OBEs in nearly two years) might well be, at least in part, attributed to hostile discarnate(s).

   I came to consciousness from dreamless sleep tingling with vibrations, aware that an OBE was possible. Minutes later I deliberately induced separation. This separation of my astral/ethereal body from my physical body was slow but was not difficult or painful.
   Once out of body I noticed that it was quite dark. I was in what looked to be an unfamiliar hotel or motel room. Actually there were two connected rooms. A radio was playing rock music. A large window was near the head of the bed. Normal furniture was in both rooms.
   I rose out of bed and moved forward (away from the window) a few feet. On an impulse I looked back to see my physical body. I could see only a vague and  indistinct outline of a body in bed. It was not clear enough to recognize this physical body as me.
   Gently I slowly floated toward the other room. I was somewhat disoriented. Confusing thoughts and impressions about this place came to mind. Later, after awakening (into consensus consciousness) none of those thoughts or impressions corresponded to any waking life memories.
   Then I saw someone near the door in the second room who vaguely resembled someone I had known in high school. For some reason I got angry and started to yell at him. In only a few moments this person's appearance changed to someone totally unfamiliar. Two other people, another young man and a young woman- were there as well. Though all of them seemed familiar I now cannot recall who any of them were.In any event the strong emotions caused this OBE to quickly terminate. Within another minute or two I found myself back in my physical body in bed in the normal physical location.
   Notes. Time of projection was sometime during early morning. Duration was between 5 to 15 minutes, probably about 10 minutes. Perhaps the people in this OBE were either discarnates (sleeping dreamers) or thought elementals produced by my subconscious mind.

BTW Hallo to everybody. Once again I post from a public library so time is limited and this post will be short.

On Friday September 19 I had TWO (!!) OBEs on the same night  Both were deliberate ethereal projections that were preceeded by vibrations and sleep paralysis.
Unfortunately I did not do all that much during either projection. During the first OBE I floated out of the bedroom into the livingroom and went through a window. Again vision was blurry yet I could see close objects very clearly while far objects (more than 20 feet away) were indistinct. This is the reverse from my physical eyeight which is farsighted.  
Anyway I got outside and flew around for a short time and then was suddenly flying around an unfamiliar area. This flight only lasted a few minutes before I was forced back into my physical body.

The second projection was even shorter and lasted only about 10 minutes. I saw a big bright window in a wall that should not have a window. So I went through this window and then the OBE became a dream. There were a lot of situations after this point but I am pretty sure that they were all dreams because I could tell that it was NOT OBE conscious -it was dream consciousness with a lot of fuzzyand uncertain dream situations.
Having 2 OBEs is exciting and I felt good for 2 days after that.

Hallo to everybody. Unfortunately I have been unable to go online for the past two weeks. However I did have an OBE (ethereal projection) just a couple days ago. Here is the account.
The OBE took place early Monday morning (September 15). I call this projection "Quick Time' because everything seemed to occur at a higher rate of speed than usual.
This began very suddenly after falling into a deep and restive sleep. I became aware that an OBE was possible when vibrations began. They were followed by a soft rushing or whirring noise. A deliberate effort to project was unnecessary as I was launched into a full blown OBE. It was like bouncing high off a trampoline or being catapulted into the air.
This projection was so sudden that I nearly floated into a nearby wall. I was both very excited and quite lucid. Unfortunately vision was very bad - about the worst that I have ever experienced while OOB.
I saw an open bedroom door and quickly floated into the living room. No furniture was visible and the room seemed smaller than it actually is. Also the door was not visible and only one window (not 2) could be seen.
So I decided to try to go outside and somehow managed to go through the glass.  Then I glided out to the courtyard and floated up about 20 feet over the swimming pool.
Next I soon found myself flying over an unfamiliar forest. It was an enjoyable, yet short, flight as it lasted only a couple of minutes. Then I instantly travelled back to my physical body and fully awoke.
Time was about 5:30 AM. This projection lasted about 10 to 15 minutes.

This occured last night -Tuesday, August 12, 2003
   Sometime between 2AM and 3 AM I fell asleep while listening to the Coast To Coast radio show. The guest Coast To Coast was Dr. Bruce Goldberg. He is a self proclaimed time traveller. Amoung many subjects that he discussed on that show were out of body experiences.
   Anyway I gradually slipped into light sleep. Yet, at the same time, I also remained dimly conscious of the radio show. Normally I would have gone into a dream state. Tonight, however, I went past the dream state and suddenly and unexpectedly found myself out of body.
   Almost immediately I was outside my apartment. Yet it was a short 'trip' for I travelled only 40 to 50 feet. I was outside in the courtyard of the apartment complex. (For some reason I did not notice the pool which is in the center of the courtyard (?)) The Coast To Coast radio show was clearly audible. Dr Goldberg was talking about time travel (although I cannot recall any details).
   Now aware of being out of body I slowly floated up about 6 to 8 feet. The feeling of floating  was indescribable. It was an incredible feeling. I continued to float up to a height of about 25 to 30 feet that was level to the second floor roottops. During this time I could clearly hear George Noorey and Dr Goldberg talking about time travel and OBEs. Though I was only vaguely aware of what exactly they were saying I felt 'empowered' by their conversation.
   After making a slow circuit of the courtyard ( a 'trip' of about 200 feet) I returned to the area near my apartment door. Here I had a short, vicious fight against 2 or 3 opaque, nearly invisible, beings. These beings were probably other occupants in the apartment complex. It was an inconclusive fight as it ended when I was forcefully returned back into my physical body.
   Note -Total time elapsed during this OBE (and ethereal projection) was about 15 to 20 minutes.

This dream occured last night June 30.
   "Jetliner Crash Landing"
     A large jetliner crash lands on an interstate or highway. It is night and I am walking nearby. It is an area of offices and parking lots so it could be an industrial park.
   I soon hear the sound of a passenger jetliner coming in low. This is not automatically alarming because there may be an airport nearby. Yet this jet is defeaning. So I stop and look up. A jumbo jet is descending and it is obviously in big trouble. For a few moments it appears to be headed directly towards me. Then it veers slightly. Within 5 minutes the plane come down to make a wheels up landing on a nearby highway. There are very few vehicles about. It appears that the plane does have a chance of getting down in one piece.
   Then the jet slides into a busy intersection. Yet, miraculously, no catastrophic accident occurs. Dozens of emergency vehicles soon appear. Then this abruptly ends.

April 12 and May 5, 2003 Precognitive Dream
      I had the following dream on April 12, 2003. I will post it here exactly as I wrote it down in my dream journal.
Two Killer Tornados
April 12, 2003
The first tornado was seen while looking out of a second floor window in a house. Oddly enough it was a clear day and Jupiter could be seen quite clearly.
Then I was in Indiana travelling by car. Two male teenagers were also in the car. We went into a YMCA or gym . Immediately after leaving that building a massive tornado was seen approaching. Actually there were 3 or 4 tornados nearby. One twister got very close, coming to within one block before, fortunately, veering away.

The storms were blamed for at least 18 deaths in Missouri, seven in Kansas and 13 in Tennessee, where a single tornado carved a 65-mile path of destruction. The storms also brought hail and heavy rain; three of the victims drowned trying to drive on a flooded road near Nashville, Tenn.

Matrix Theory
       The following is a short paper on Matrix Theory. This is also known by the name of the Holographic Universe. I wish to state that the concept of Matrix Theory/Holgraphic Universe is not mine. Rather, this paper is an attempt to connect Matrix Theory with the Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics and the concept of the Ethereal Plane(s).
   Any comments, suggestions and questions are most welcome. This paper can serve as an introduction for those who are new to the concept. The paper is complete, lacking only footnotes and references which will be supplied shortly.

                   Matrix Theory

       Our Universe Is a 4 Dimensional Matrix
  Our universe is best described as a 4 Dimensional Material Universal Space-Time (M.U.ST) Matrix. The four Dimensions (4D) of this Material Universal Space-Time Matrix are 3 space dimensions and 1 time dimension. The 3 space dimensions can be thought of as consisting as the material inner basis of the universal matrix. The fact that the 3 dimensional physical universe is an expanding sphere is that physical 3 dimensional space is continually created by the 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix. The time dimension is the Fourth Dimension which is the surface of our expanding 3D physical sphere and 1D time Universal Matrix. These 4 dimensions are therefore described as the 4D Material Universal Space-Time (M.U.ST) Matrix where all physcal creatures (eg. humans) live and where consciousness interacts with physical (3rd dimensional) matter and temporal (4th dimensional time) energy.
  Stated another way the 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix defines mass as 3 dimensional space. Time can be defined as 4 dimensional energy. Consciousness acts upon both mass and energy. Consciousness is also acted upon by mass and energy. This interaction between consciousness, time (energy) and mass (space) occurs both on the macro level (explained in fourth dimensional mathematics) and on the micro level (described by two dimensional quantum physics.)
  . It is theoretically allowable, mathematically possible, and scientifically, philosophically and relligiously acceptable to describe our 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix as only one of several (other, distinct, separate, different) 4D (M.U.ST) Matrices that together describe/explain a Multiverse. The Multiverse therefore exists as a number (n>1) of 4D (M.U.ST) Matrices (=Physical Material Space-Time Universes).
  Each 4D M.U.ST Matrix is linked to (all) the other 4D M.U.ST Matrices by a series of 4 Dimensional (Hyper-Diamond) lattice Space-Time vertexes which are variously described in different theories as Worm Holes, Kerr Tunnels, Black Holes, Star Gates and/or tetrahedrons (quantum pentacles).
  Suffice for this present discussion I will refrain from attempting to theoretically describe the Multiverse further. It is sufficient for now to describe the Multiverse as a series of independent (and otherwise separate) 4D M.U.ST Matrices (which again equate to separate 4D Space-Time Universes). Therefore our known and observable universe is only one such 4D M.U.ST Matrix.

               Many Worlds Interpretation
  In 1957 Hugh Everett (and later Bryce DeWitt and Wheeler) proposed that the state vector collapse in a quantum physics event never totally occurs. (State vector refers to the wave state of a photon 'collapsing' into a particle upon being observed (re: Double slit experiment).) Instead of a state vector collapse Everett theorized that the photon, the observer and the entire universe splits during each quantum event into alternate universes. In one universe the photon is a  particle and in the other universe the photon is still a wave. This is the basis for the Many Worlds Interpretation (MWI) of Quantum Mechanics (QM). The Many Worlds Interpretation has two basic assumptions:
  1) Metaphysical assumption. A wave function Is an objective phenomena, ie. it does have an objective existence.
  2) Physical assumption. A wave function is a wave function whether it is observed or not. This means that there is no observer effect as such. Put in other terms the quantum universe does have Objective existence whether it is observed or not. To use a popular analogy - If a tree falls in a forest and nobody hears it then it Does make a sound.
  At a fundamental level MWI is a relative state describing many (alternate) histories and, therefore, many (alternate) parallel earths in (alternate) parallel universes. In terms of physics MWI describes an (observed) electron in a superposition of positions. In effect an electron is simultaneously on side A (= earth A in universe A) AND is also on side B (= earth B in universe B) of the 'observed junction'. The 'observed junction' is a measurement of coordinates r and t (r, t) where r is a space coordinate and t is a time coordinate.
  One 'view' of MWI is to see Einstein's curved Space-Time (ST) universe replaced by a four dimensional forcefield, called  a (M.U.ST) Matrix, that produces gravity in flat space.

             Matrix Theory Describes MWI
  Evertt's original Many Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics, and the variations of MWI proposed since 1957 (Parallel Earths, Alternate Universes, Many Minds and Many Histories), are all described accurately in terms of a 4 Dimensional Material Universal Space-Time Matrix. It is quite important to understand that the many possible worlds/universes/timelines are only subsets of the main 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix. In fact the only 'modification' needed to allow MWI to fit 'neatly' into the 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix theory is describing each 'branching' or 'alternate' earth/world/universe/timeline as existing as a 3 Dimensional 'Actuality' Space-Time Sphere mini-matrix. In effect each branch of an alternate or parallel earth/world/universe/timeline is a subset of our 4D M.U.ST Matrix. Each branch is only a partial miniature replica of the 4D M.U.ST Matrix that consists of only 3 dimensions (not 4 dimensions). Two dimensions of the 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix are space and one dimension is time.

                 3 Dimensional Mini-Matrices
  Returning to the description of MWI's many worlds/universes/timelines described as subsets of a 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix. To restate the concept of MWI described by Matrix Theory - each alternate event creates a 3 dimensional (not a 4 dimensional) 'Actuality" Space-Time sphere mini-matrix. Each 'branching' 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix consists of two space dimensions and one dimension of time. Therefore there could be nearly an infinite number of 'branching' (alternate) 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrices equal to the number of possible number of alternate earths/worlds/universes/timelines. In fact each alternate earth/world/universe/timeline Is contained in a separate and distinct 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix. As each 3D Actuality ST Spere mini-matrix does not have sufficient energy, momentum (= temporal velocity) or mass to become a separate and distinct 4D M.U.ST Matrix therefore each 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix is fully contained within (or is adjacent, tangential or parallel to) the 4D M.U.ST Matrix from where it originated.
  From a purely logical arguement I can posit three separate, different conclusions for any given 3D Actuality (ST) Sphere mini-matrix.
  a) A given 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix will eventually be remerged into, and be reintegrated by, the 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix from which it originated.
  b) A given 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix will further devolve (decohere ?) into any number of 2 dimensional 'Possibility' Space-Time planes. Each 2D Possibility ST Plane will therefore eventually either remerge back into a 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix or will eventually devolve further into any number of one dimensional 'Ghost' Space Lines. One dimensional Ghost space lines are the last stage of entropy. Each 1D ghost space line must either be merged back into and reintegrated into a 2D Possibility ST plane or else devolve into (theoretical ?) nothingness ( = Absolute [Void]).
  c) A given 3D Actuality ST Sphere mini-matrix will eventually (at time = n) be merged into, and be integrated by, another 4D (M.U.ST) Matrix that is Other than the Matrix from which it originated. Such a condition as described by condition c could cause or lead to some very unusual anomalies.

Out Of Body Experience
                     Trascending Space And Time

    This was the most profound experience of my life. Okay, it was made possible by drinking a large amount of DXM (extracted from Tussin DM bottles). By about 1 AM I had consumed the entire amount of DXM. I sat in meditation pose and listened to music. I made a conscious and deliberate effort to project my consciousness out of my physical body. The phrase, "Be careful what you wish for because you might get it" comes immediately to mind because over the next 4 or 5 hours I had several out of body experiences yet unfortunately was unable to control the separation(s) from my physical body.
    There were several different projections where I was floating somewhere in space and time. Where I was at was so fantastic that there was no correlation to physical reality. I went to dimensions where I rode waves of energy, sound and color. I could float in a virtual dimensional sea of thoughts and ideas. So much was fantastic, incredible, multidimensional and new that I was overwhelmed.
    I was forced either to deal with the here and now by playing music (Iron Maiden) or think thoughts about mundane reality. What I had planned and hoped to achieve was a deliberate ethereal projection where I could see my physical body from a point of view up near the ceiling. Though I may have done this (once or twice I seemed to view my body from another location) what happened were a series of astral projections. I had absolutely no control over where, or when, a projection occured.
    There was an incredible high pitched noise, more like a pervading vibration than a sound. At times it was overwhelming. Then it usually signalled the beginning of another obe.
   My belief in the universe as a 4 dimensional Space-Time Matrix (hologram) was strengthened by what took place. Rather than see past a physical object like a wall or door I could mentally vibrate through these solid objects. Then I would find myself on an astral plane. At times I was conscious of my physical body and surroundings. At other times I was totally caught up in the glory, omniscience and neutrality of what is understood as creation.
    Two interesting observations. First is that communication between beings on the ethereal plane/4th dimension is directly from mind to mind and is instantaneous. A spoken dialogue that would take several minutes in the physical world takes only seconds in the ethereal/fourth dimension.
   Secondly, communication on the astral plane/5th dimension is a direct sharing of information including sights, sounds, feelings, emotions, thoughts and ideas. It is as if all this information is copied to a holographic form and shared or given to others.
    Now on to the unpleasant part of the experience. I was put in touch with Divinity but was not in contact with God directly. Actually after the initial awe and surpise wore off then Divinity became a disappointment. None of my outstanding questions were answered. I did not even rate a meeting with Jesus or any angels.
    Then came the Judgement of God and Heaven. For awhile I misperceived the Judgement. The Judgement is not a destruction. It is a segregation. The unpious and unworthy are separated and then forcibly, even violently, evicted from Heaven. The method of eviction more closely resembles the excretion of physical waste through a biological organism. It is unpleasant but once it is over it does not leave a lasting scar on the consciousness/soul/psyche. A difficult, but invaluable, lessoned learned.

[]Right. I have been practicing the rope induction method for two or three weeks now with no result. There does not seem to be any 'improvement ' either in visualizing the rope or with getting into a pre-projection state of mind.
   So I recently devised an alternative method for the 'rope' induction. Here is how it is supposed to work.
   Visualize the 'rope' as actually being a colored line of energy (select your own color).
   Visualize yourself moving forward along that line of energy towards and into a space just a few feet away which is, in fact, in the astral or etheral plane.
   Here you can visualize any method of movement that seems appropriate. You can be pulling on the energy line, or floating horizontally or vertically, you can be propelled forward by an unseen (astral) force or whatever way seems best to you.
   I have been experimenting with this method for three days and some definate results seem to be within reach. I will post results if/when they occur.

Einstein's 'Grandfather paradox' (theoretically) explained why it is impossible for a person to go back in time in this same universe. To make the explanation short and simple --- If it were possible to go back in time in this same universe then (theoretically) people WOULD DO IT CONSTANTLY and CONSTANTLY CHANGE (Screw up) this universe-timeline by constantly changing the past (for better or Worse) and therefore changing the Present.
However Quantum Physics (theoretically) provides a means to travel into the past -> into another quantum parallel universe = an alternate timeline, thereby Not changing this universe/timeline and leaving everything as it was/Is.
This may seem like a difficult concept to understand but if you consider it for awhile then it makes PERFECT Common Sense!!![]
