I have one but its in french.

But the thing you can do is read a lot of forum topics , I learned more on forum than website.

And often on website if your new to Astral Projection It can be evry difficult to understand.

I think this thing happen to everyone . When you close your eyes you can imagine a sucking hole and I see it.

But the vortex like is a symptom of OBE and not your imagination.

I think its more on the dream side . Its just a dream but in a totally different way and weird that can get you in your house...

You believe all that this guy say ?  

Its like when you hitting someone in a dream , in its like you hitting in butter , after like 5 hits they fall.

Oh man this thing happen to me one time when I was young.

I turned on my Cd player to play my tune when im sleeping and like 3 hours ago I wake up because of a music that I was hearing , I shutted it down ...

I swear is was not my Cd because my Cd only last 1 hours and I checked the clock and my Cd is not that kind of music.

It cost something ?

but I can't my parent will be thinking it strange to listen to little song and I dont know how to explain to them that Im trying to OBE , they will take me for a crazy man.

Its like when you go to sleep and it pass really fast all the night...

Or you just say in your mind to make a lamptorch or something to lighten you.

Just ... listen. When you want to escape reality so terribly bad, but can't due to others depending on your existence, you learn a thing or two about tuning the entire world out. Usually the type of music that would flood my mind would be classical symphony type, and occasionally I conducted it. Sometimes it would be like opera, only you could understand the words and the point was to enjoy the beauty of the human voice, not slap eveyone in the face with it(like operas do).  Just...   listen. It's there. It's always there. You just can't hear it because you brain is too loud.

But me too when I in my bed when im thinking about a song I can almost hear it in the air ... A couple of times I hear part of the song that I didnt remember that was strange.

but the song in my astral experience was very freaky... like scary death metal voice but not in a heavy metal song , just a strange song...

It would be great to see your girlfriend after astral project and try to go in contact. Maybe you can go in his dream if you think about getting in his head  

Thats the problem with trying to project in lucid dreams.

Essaie de te concentrer sur esseyer de voir plus clair quand tu commence ta projection astral.

If there so many professional of OBE and try every single days to always trying to project , we will know if a guy would have been injured because of Astral projection.

But Sleep paralysis is so scary... Not in a bad way but I think its too much for me to project myself when youre always trying to move your physic body...

I was having a lot of sleep paralysis in my kids days , I didnt know what it was, now i know...

Does it related with Astral Projection ?

Yeah if you talk about in the sense of friend love yeah it happen but I was thinking you were talking about girl or boy love...

Im better at when I directly go to sleep , I can't focus on astral projection when I just wake up and try again... Im just falling asleep.
