I can understand where you are coming from, as I have experienced this my self, I do notice that the more you project the more its gets better, in the mean time, while AP, keep making commentary on your environment, the key i found it to keep your consciousness sharp and focused as a laser as much as possible, so keep running commentary in your mind, eg: OK now, I'm walking down the stars..keep focus, keep focus!" another trick that Robert Bruce recommends is to look at your hands just momentarily, this causes a bit of a energy shock to your ph body.

The other day I had an experience in where I went to a location and my vision was totally boxed in, I am wondering has any one else experienced such phenomena before? I am a little stumped, ill share the experience and pic that I made, the person M is a very close friend of mine whom lives overseas.

had a very interesting experience, after exiting my house I for some reason, had shifted to another area, I was near a road and there where horses and sheep, sort of like near a farming area in the country area, and with out really thinking it, go to M came in mind, and with that thought alone, I shot up into the air, I felt the acceleration, I was high in the air, next thing I know I see some mountain like regions in the distance, and below me was a desert like area, I would imagine it to be Arizona, there was low level shrubs and reddish dirt, and lots of small rocks, and in the midst of all this, was the lone woman walking through all this, I was floating above all this looking down, my vision was very boxed in, it looked like it was boxed.

Now I paid all my attention to this woman, yet I was to high up to get any good detail, it was in the afternoon, as the sun made an orange light effect on her skin as it does, she kept going out of my narrow vision, she was walking on her own, her attention to the ground so she doesn't trip over on the rocks, she seemed in a hurry, i commanded, slow down to my self, and my speed over her slowed down and could get a better look, I needed to get in more, and commanded, go down lower, and instantly I went in much closer, still hovering above her, I could see her face very well, yet...it didn't look like M, not from the images i have seen of her, she had long darkish i think brownish hair, her forehead stood out, I kept looking and focusing at this women, who is this?? i thought, i tried a few times to get attention by shouting her name, but she couldn't hear me, it was so weird, I started to think of my body, and within a few moments, the scene faded and I awoke, my physical head felt like it was turning inside out from the energy which is normal.

what is interesting, is that in the experience, the boxed vision had slightl bluryness on the edges, also when I was trying to get this womans attention, I felt as if i was behind a window, and could feel a wall like barrier in the void blackness and window.

believing in them to exist?? sounds like a modern day jesus.

Yes I have had these pains a few times as I am exiting in bruces books he mentions it as well, it sounds like energy blocks in the body, you can try NEW or just let it go on its own.

fascinating, other than that, my self I do not get such feedback when 'out' all physical input is cut out as soon as i move out of phase, i do remember once, as i was floating upwards and away, i would guesstimated i was around 6 ft at point, i could still feel my body on the bed, but as soon i moved further the bed sensation faded out, i have heard of others still feeling there physical, its no surprise as consciousness can be in more than one location and time.

That's got lots of red flags springing up for me, I smell shenanigan's, aliens have there own agendas using lofty sounding words, they want to side track you and all, read between the lines, don't be dazzled by fancy technology, the more one relys on technology, the less they rely on spirituality, we cannot change the world as this goes against the 'games rules' the game, like ours on earth has certain rules, and you cannot alter the rules of the game while in play, so changing the world on such a scale is just not possible, the only thing you can change is not participating in the game and getting out of the game.

aliens love to trick earthers with technology, that they are spiritually more advanced, which is BS, they are on the sequential path, IE, they reincarnate over and over for billions of years and make extremely slow process, where as a earth-er higher self incarnates simultaneously, and can progress much, much faster, in fact we are more advanced than they, so keep your ears and eyes up with lofty sounding aliens.

You know, this reminds me of an experience I had last year, I flew out to the houses down my street, and floated above this home in there backyard, down below I saw a large silver grey tool shed there, I have never been here, nor do I traverse up to this side of the street, due to excitement, while obseving this, I felt a very humanly goosebumps go all over my form, it could of been my physical, I dont know, whats interesting is that I verified in what I saw latter, my neighbour told my dad that he indeed had a large tool shed that was silver grey, and gave the dimensions too which matched what I saw.

Hmm I see your point very well, its so strange to why we feel these sensations no? I assume you have had such experiences such as the lights in the eyes and what not, I am most curious to as how physical stimuli crosses up into the non physical form to such an extent that it affects it.

Today I had an odd experience, I was lying down on my stomach, with my arms crossed under my pillow, the vibrations came on and my body went limp, how ever I could feel pins and needles in my hands and slightly in my arms, I wanted to shift my body, but could not,  I didn't want to leave it with poor circulation while I was gone, but I thought I might as well go, so I rolled out onto the floor and started crawling, than I noticed some thing odd in my non physical arms that i was using to crawl with, the very same pins and needle sensation was in them! I thought to my self this is odd, how can this be so? for I am no longer physical, i made my way through the door vision came after the 12ft cord range, I stood up, chanted some clarity chants and walked into my living room, yet the same sensations where in my hands, this is very weird


Next thing I know, I am on our roof, with my attention still on the hands! this is so bizarre I thought, I shook my hands hard, and even said release pins and needles to no avail, I even pondered on the reality of my experiences, so than I thought stuff it, back to body I commanded, vision seemed to warp back and upwards like a record with the arm torn to fast of the track, back to body again i demanded, and I made a full transition back, and yep, there was my physical arms still tingling away.

My question is, how can this happen? has any one else experienced such odd things like this? prior to this I only used to get eye floaters in my field and times when ob. In a book I read that right after death, people still cling to there injuries in any form, so a person with no arm will still have that disability, could it be that my belief did this, please bear in mind I am not asking for the quick answer...to think for me, no no, more so of getting some ideas.

Hmm, I'll have to search my memory. But I do recall a book I read where the author had trouble moving past wires. In one experiment he electrified a frame and tried to push through it when OBE, but he said the electricity was like a net, it could be pushed, but was difficult to get through. he also commented on being attracted to electrified wires (ie it seemed to pull him toward's them.)

I am not sure in what you mean, from what i understand, you are having difficulty morphing into walls that have wires? are the wires physical in nature? i really would like to help, just a bit confused.
