Yes...thanks.  It does help some.

I have also read Cayce's stuff too and he has it in 'Regions' for Afterlife anyways.

I just need to read and read some more. :)

EDIT:  Just wanted to add that now I know who Frank is. :)
That was driving me nuts...hehe

Congrats! I wish I could astral project...what is the Boat and skiing method? ive never heard of that....and I tried the rope thing...I could feel something but nothing happend....its like one time I tried it and My body was numb and tingling but when I felt like I was trying to float or w/e my actual arms were in the air so I know it wasnt nothing...

I know this much...Stop 'wishing' and start 'Be-ing'.  I have gotten out a couple of times. I am no expert...or any kind of a know it all.

But, I do know it 'is between the ears' so to speak. You have to BE-come 'out' and not 'wish' for it.

I wrote in another thread tonight on a my close OBE just tonight.  *I* screwed it up.  My lack of 'listening' when I asked for help and my lack of believing when I need to do just that.

OR...Read Robert Monroe's three books.

He did 'Time Travel'...I believe he did.

I have not....(to my recollection)

That is ALL I know...

Well, I just 'woke up'.  I went to bed after reading first. ( I love reading before sleep...one of my favorite times of day)

I wanted to 'Project' tonight and announced it before falling to sleep.

I felt the vibrations.  I could hear something out in the hall.  I thought it was my wife getting ready for bed too.  Now I am not so sure.  I was feeling the vibrations and trying to 'raise' them too. It was working.  Except I couldn't move...hehe! (we all know that score) I swear I heard my wife come into the room (for bed).  No one was there. She was in the other part of the house.  Weird...kinda. I remember trying to 'speak'.  I was asking for help getting out.  I do remember hearing "roll out".  I was going to except I thought my wife was there and I didn't want to roll in to her...hahaha!  That was silly. So I woke up for real...And of course I had to go to the bathroom and get a drink of water.  I was parched.

Damn it! :D

"I really do wish that my friends would experience all this when they go to bed at night.  I can't really mention any of my experiences to them cos they'll just think I'm nuts.. Sad  I told them about my OBE's when I first started having them and they all started laughing and put it down to dreaming.. If only I could record what I experience and play it back to them the next day on television. "

Thats the same as me i once metioned itand they just thought i was talking s^&t. Same with my family they think im crazy. The thing that annoys me some people spend hours on stuff like games but they could learn to lucid and have a much more real experience. I supose its there loss. Cool experience by the way.

I want to be 'aware' enough and go see my friends then talk to them while they are sleeping.  Then pull a Robert Monroe on them.  Meaning, pinch them hard enough so they will remember that.  Then speak to them the very next day and ask them if their 'arm' hurts or not.  See what unfolds...hehe!

thats an interesting point but i think i understand where elias is coming from. Look at how humans use emotions... emotions have a huge impact on human behaviour and influence our desicions in a big way. I dont think its the same for animals...take for example a person who holds a grudge... theres a lot of emotion there now do you think animals hold grudges with emotions like we do? I dont think so... im sure animals experience emotions but like elias said they're more a form of outward visual communication... that is they dont internalize there emotions and store them like humans do.
I do not think animals have grudges either.  However, they do have memory.  If someone mistreats them they will NEVER forget. If someone is always kind to them they will 'worship' them.(lack of a better term)

We have a Welsh Cardigan Corgi Dog and it is fun to 'see' how he ticks so to speak.  I noticed he remembers people (and places) by name. He is quite bright and has a good sized vocabulary.  My best friend is his best friend. (it could just be he is male like me and responds to males more then the 2 women in our home)  My friend name is Mark. So if I say "mark that on the calendar" then he hears the word Mark...he is up and ready.  Many times I will pet him at the end of a day and go through the day with him. I will bring up the people he saw that day and he perks his ears up but he doesn't get excited. I always wonder if he is remembering the day as I walk him through it.  He looks at me as 'if' he does.  The very next day if I try this he will get all excited as if someone that I mentioned is coming over to the house.  Sorry, hope I didn't get to far off topic. That part 'perked my ears up'. :D  I do believe pets for example do have what I call 'Raw Emotions'.  Or...Pure Emotions.
They are straight forward emotions.  More Black and White then we tend to do with ours.  This is why you do not punish a dog for doing something that didn't happen in the NOW.  Like pooping on the carpet while you were gone.  Then again...when ours has done it (when he isn't feeling well) and I come home he will not run up to me all excited like every other day.  He will sit in 'shame' knowing he did something 'bad'.  Or he will come up to me and quietly lick me.(while I am cleaning it all up)  I have learned to simply talk to him and ask him if he is not feeling well and then take him outside.  He 'seems' to understand this tenderness I am showing him.

I went to the website that Gandalf posted.  I haven't had time to read most of it yet. However, could someone explain to me the comparison between Elias and Monroe's experience? I do not even know who Frank is.  Are you speaking of the 'rings' or focus levels?  I have read Monroe's books recently and I am still digesting them.  I guess I am asking for a more simple explanation of it all if that is possible.

Thanks...

And by the way, Sharpe, you seem to focus a lot on attempting to convert people to a cynical and atheist view of the world.  The obvious question is why you are here when it is understood that most users are predominantly spiritual students.  The obvious reason is that you gain some comfort from others believing the same as you.  Maybe you feel insecure about your beliefs and you crave affirmation from other people to comfort you in your loneliness.  It's better on this side with the truth.  Hiding from it just prolongs the inevitable.  It's best to just quickly accept the fact that you are destined for an intense spiritual path into the Light. :)

morning_star...I don't even think it is all that.  I think that he simply has a huge EGO to feed.
It makes him 'feel powerful' to play these games here.  I have not seen anything useful that has been posted by him yet.
Maybe someday....not today though.

I already know who most of the key characters are.  You're pretty spot on as to our future, and I did notice the changes. :)  I am changing with it.

Explain please.  I am curious to who these key characters are.  If you don't want to put it in the open forum then a PM will do. :) I will not 'say anything' if that is required.

I always 'thought' that Atlantis literally was Antarctica.

Meaning when Antarctica was in a temperate zone on the planet.  When the poles shifted and Antarctica was on the 'side' of the Earth.

This always made sense to me anyways.  Hmm...'Time will Tell'. :)

I have watched that first video and a few others.

I have a hard time believing all of what this man has to say.

I agree with numbers, and symbals for the 'most part'.

However, some of his 'ideas' are to much for me.  It dosn't 'feel right' is the best way I can express myself.

That is food for thought morning_star.

Interesting.  Makes one think. (err...no, I am not making fun...just in case anyone thought I was)

That is a neat lucid dream you had.

I have had similar ones.  My latest was when I was out side of our home and then I looked at my hands to 'prove' I was 'aware'.  Mine were blueish-translucent.
The flying part is a blast isn't it?  Next time try controlling it more by commanding you go faster & faster. I simply commanded to Fly..then I yelled, FLY!...I then took off very fast.  I believe what was in my mind was the speed I reached.  I imagined 'superman speeds' :D (more like jet speed I think) I had a blast hitting such speeds in the atmosphere.  I didn't fly like superman...I my arms were at my sides.  I was kind of a missile.  hehe!

Frankly I was a bit nervous.  I didn't want to 'wake up' and I was buying for time by flying so I could remember all the 'stuff' I planned on doing once I woke up in my dreams.
Funny how we seem to forget everything we planned before hand.  I was so stunned at the fact that I was 'aware/awake' that I simply forgot everything.  So I flew...I knew I could do that and hopefully 'remember' what I wanted to do.  Yet, then again I saw such wonderful sights that I was in awe.  So I never fully remembered what I wanted to do and became part of the dream after awhile.....

Damn it! :D

Then what we're really left with is whether the Christian faith is 'the faith' or not, which ingnites an entirely different debate.

Exactly!  I was 'Born Again' over 40 years ago. (Romans 10:9:10) I was 'taught' I cannot be UN-Born Again.
So anything after that fact according to the BIBLE is that I cannot be denied 'Heaven'.

So where do people come up with this SATAN crap?  That A/P is a tool of the Devil?  From RELIGION...not GOD!
Their 'Religion' teaches them what the Bible is saying.  It is a lesson in FEAR...not any LOVE.

God is not Religous....Man is.
Watch this....very enlightening: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeSSwKffj9o
**WARNING** there is a few 'naughty' (actually it is only slang...nothing more) words that religious people will find offensive.

QuoteBut how do we account for being able to move at beyond light speed to be out ahead in position to collect these ancient photons that have been traveling 6.5 Billiion years from a position that we originated from?

I would think the speed of thought would be much 'Faster' and would achieve what you are asking....wouldn't it?

The part where zeitgeist is linking jesus with the other religions is fake.
It started out great but because the movie started lying about facts, it lost credibility.

Just for the record...that is just your opinion.

I happen to have a different opinion then you do...

Welcome to News and Media! / Re: Corporation Power

I refuse to blame corporations and government for the problem. We, the people have let it get to that point. We buy their stuff that we don't need. We buy gas guzzlers. If we didn't, they would go away. That's where the freedom is - in what you don't buy. We want to complain about corporations, yet we buy all their crap. Our society rests on that crap and it's hard to change now. So we want the government and corps to change, not us.

We don't live in a perfect democracy, but it's not bad at all. Last night I ate pork roast, sweet potatoes, home-grown beans, & a glass of white wine. That's a blessing, and most of the world doesn't get a chance to do that whenever they want to. It's our democratic economy that allows me to do that. Like I said in another thread, I believe it's important to live by example. I refuse to shop Wal-Mart, I refuse to eat fast food, and I do my best to only shop small business. As a people we can stop evil corporations - it's as easy as not buying their stuff. Having that choice is important to our freedom, and if enough people keep buying junk to keep them in business, well, at least they have that democratic choice.

When there are only 2 choices and both are owned by the government, I'll have a problem. I really don't think the american people would ever let it get to that point. We're too spoiled.

That is the big LIE though.  Our Founding Fathers did not set up a Democracy....they set up a Constitutional Republic.  They hated Democracy.  A Democracy is where 51% of the people can control 49%....Majority Rules.  A Constitutional Republic is where 99% of the people can't order around the other 1%.

We been living the LIE for so long we think it is correct.  Get rid of the Federal Reserve Bank for one (It is privately owned by the way) and tax the PROFITS of the corporations and not the LABOR of the people.  That is what the 16th Admendment was all about.  Another LIE they put on us was the Income Tax.  There is NO law that says we have to pay a income tax for our labor....anywhere.  However, the IRS has the power of a Gestopo doesn't it?  What is wrong with that picture?

It goes way beyond the Masons.  It goes way beyond most people...period. Only a very small sect of people truly pull the strings.

I like the way you think- I have always equated metaphysical ideas such as infinity with the concept of zero, and found them to match in the way I think: Infinity is neverending possibility, and zero is the total sum of karma; therefore reality=eternal, if you think of Karma as cause and effect, and not a moral law at all.
Hmm... I don't know if what I wrote was clear enough.  :?

I 'kinda got it'.  I am not being sarcastic either.  As for the Zero = Nothing part. Zero is Zero.  Nothing is Nothing. When you hear someone call out a score in a sport like 10 to 0 then you hear them say it is 10 to Nothing then that is not correct. For it is Zero...not Nothing.

Also stating that Zero = No More Karma...then that does make total sense to me. You have reached your own apex of understanding.  Your 'Absolute Zero'.

Now I am wondering If I made any sense...haha!
