I think fallnangel is right !
There must be these two kinds of fears:
1st: you remain frozen and can`t think of anything
2nd: when all you think about is being fine and secure in your physical body

Maybe this could explain why some are pulled back in their bodies and some don`t

eeb - try to lay down and focus on a single point - and wait and wait - and after a while (1 hour) you will start feeling something..

This works for me.. The best method is the one who works for you not the one who works for lots of other folks

From what i`ve understanded from Mayatnik there are 3 types of guides.. the ones Mayatnik is refering to are kind of our guides for the earth life - i don`t know how else can i put it - but there are spiritual guides too who give guidence to higher planes (eg Astral )

I would like to start with this question: How long did it took you to become a master ? (not at OBE - a forum master) because i want to be just like you :PPPP

That is more like a comercial advertising for a new style of aikido..
I would suggest that anyone who wants to start aikido for development of KI should:
1. have a LOT of patience
2. practice a lot
3. practice Aikikai Aikido - the founders style Morihei Ueshiba

Another important note is that
if you want to find a martial-art for self -defence you should try jujitsu or jiujitsu because it would take more than 10 years only to learn the basic they say (which mean ikkyo, nikyo, sankyo, kotegaeshi, irimi nage, and 2 breathing exercises, +ukemi - mae,ushiro,yoko,belt-throw) and you do this all this Waza
for 10 years ! And my opinion is that (the same for kung fu) if you practice something for 10 yrs you`ll become a Master at it.. that includes braking bricks, staying in two fingers, unbedeble arm and all... Because practice makes us better is the motto
