awww!!! you are so warm my friends and man do I miss EIC I am over it and I know where to find you all anyway
it may be not as slick and easy to post here but the heart and souls are definitively here and it makes this place welcoming.
I will send my message to Karin from you Lucidity and no need for Facebook, its fun but can also be like the wild west. if it was not to keep in touch with a few, I don't think I would stay on that platform. I have it but it will be only for entertainment for now. 
working on a few other ideas for this winter and will come here more and more .

I guess if you are aware that you are going against something that would be helpful to your journey you must have some fear of still have a need to understand better through those choices you made. No one should be feeling ashamed to be still confused or afraid. It is hard enough to realize that we are truly our own truth and we always have to be responsible for our choices. No one has the right over your individual journey and thank goodness for that.

  still around... today is Saturday and yes it's my nap in the morning and yes again all the symptoms were there  but I think I started to move out and felt frustrated that I could not see clearly, so I said clarity a few time. That brought me back right away  a bit disappointed but thats ok. I had no intention  to do anything, had  good dreams after.
Anyway ... should be back next Saturday.

Ha ! My usual exit on Saturday morning while trying to catch a frew more hours of sleep when the house is empty. Funny I did not even made an effort, just notice the symptoms «  like vibration «  and off I felt myself flat outside my house again . Sadly I had no plan and realized that I was out but let it all go to whatever
This exists haves been my daily routine for a few years , I guess it comes naturally now for me to experience those exits without even making an intent. Just to say how important routine will set you on advancing for an out of body travels.

thats ok Nameless I will find a way to post here , its all a matter of logistic and a bit of trial with moving files. It sure make me have to upgrade my knowledge with this sort of skills. some do it all day at work with the computer , I never work with them and never had to. its all a big mystery but I am getting a liking of what is possible and why not spend that time to practice simple task on the computer. My boy is going to the big school now and probably will need me to teach him the MAC ways.

Here is an update the next steps I took to find easy way to post here     I miss how easy it was before   , to just link it here is not as impressive then the « instant showing photos « on the thread , nice punch IMHO   :-That was so much fun and easy. So I registered  to Facebook and now can write my readings , keep journaling with images , load photos and enjoy having conversations with the few people I got to know on the EIC.
This morning I notice that there is hope for me to do this still here  , I saw that the Facebook offer a download files option that turns it into a HTML thing which is a file I guess   o don't know much about computer jargons. Not my forté, anyway maybe just maybe this can be my solution.  now I just need to see if this will be possible to work it here and get I beautiful picture.

All about the food  I did a watermelon fast for 4 days boy oh boy that was hard .,,
so ...If we do have the capacity and the possibility to influence our body needs and to be nourished wouldn't you want to do it in the best manner that you feel fit for all and equally respectful to all creature that you become aware of , obviously it depends on our intelligence and our choice and in what environment we live now  also how we are all supported . We could be making big change in this present so we can have the future we would dream to have. Not much to sacrifice when you become interested in what we "really need" and respectively how we understand our past makeup , at the same time feel that's it's not what set the rules ,  we can live differently now when so much alternative is available. A matter of personal choice ...hard to ignore when those thoughts have materialized now in my awareness. Jeez! Much easier to just be and not wonder to much ...

Ok here I go,
Jeez! I don't really know where to start, maybe I can say that it would be when I was aware of my dreams and was capable to control them from a young age. Over the years I had many explorations in those states that you can call" out of body." never had a bad experience and wonder why some do and me nothing, sleep paralysis was cool to realize something amazing was going on. I had a few short eventful one .
To be honest I think I need much more time invested in the practice of phasing and hope to do this in the winter when I start my Hibernation mode.
I did read many books from explorers and joined the EIC in late 2015 . I felt that I had to resurface above and deal with feeling that was not being true to myself . The best move was to just plunge head first and not let my silly fears of what other think of me, writing was an intimidating exercise because I felt much more comfortable in my disorganized way and its not my first language.
this form of contact  force me to make an oder to my thoughts and reflect them, I decided to start playing games with cards and created a format of my own to follow ( combining Tarot , Lenormand)I did this everyday without question or discouragement from my ego, for at least a few years even if I wrote two words about the cards  just for the ritual , this sended a message to my lazy side . Believe me, this alone gave me the best strength and confidence , I am not sure how I would of accomplished this without that stubborn behaviour, now my English is no so polished and I still make tons of mistakes   I realize that is not the point of my journey here anyway... I can't have all the talents you know ,got to leave some place for other to express theirs  ,
so I sculpt and paint , dream and try to write silly story with cards.Voila!!!

Now all this would of not happen for me to come here If the EIC was still alive (THANKS FRED FOR HAVE GIVEN ME THIS GREAT PLACE YOU CREATED) ... but for some weird reason a week or so before the EIC announce the closure I try to log here and register ( I did come often read a few post from good friends ). I did not have any luck though and waited to get some email confirmation, so I  figure that it was not meant to be.... little did I know that I would be propelled into the void and having to land in a new place to make contacts and keep the conversation going . to be honest, I should say now that its not only about the conversation that drive me here and possibly in other places . It is about the games I play , they are showing synchronistic events and they get reflected in my cards. it would be hard to describe all what I mean , for sure I can say that it is important to continue and let it lead and evolve for this personal journey.

For me using tools like Tarot and other things that I feel connected are very neutral things  , but can also be attach to archetype and that can be helpful.

On the famous night  that I discovered that EIC was being block to post and announce its closure I made a comminement to learn some occult knowledge with a shaman and to explore the Runes. I will see where this will lead me. I was writing all about the cool cards that showed how connected I felt suddenly to follow that path and was so excited ( thats my usual self really) ... I could not load up in the EIC
Well... that was an emotional explosion  and a big  event FOR PLUME    I  saw all this in my cards the next morning , I was still clueless to what happen and Karin told me of the new   TWO TOWER showing up TWICE in the same reading.... WOW I was taken aback big time. I knew this was going to be clearly seen in my readings throughout the week , and it did ...
So all that to say that Yes I did not waste my time journaling over the years and tried all those crazy exercises to go out of body in RTZ or meet friends for a BBQ , all this was well worth it and still would love to expand with that knowledge.  
I can't say that I went to far on the awareness scale of things when exploring the other realm of reality but this could change ...never know..
I will keep journaling and hopefully link it here to share, but first I need to go create a platform so I can load photos here, No so simple  you know, I am still learning the how and hope to get the chance to post images.

BTw , I don't really care if I am being farm like the way it may be perceive , we could also be playing games of spitting ourself  just because we can and taking a ride all along. And who is "they " really ....

I say that and at the same time I see how much pain some have to go to become aware that we all have a say when we power ourselves , it's a matter to shine and make this a place that we can all express our being in some kind of harmony. The more I look the more I see equally that there is amazing beautiful expression but often that will bore the mass that wants drama to feel alive so we as a mass choose to focus on those aspects and make this come through. Not that we need to ignore those possibilities , just be aware how you give it energy is the key to keep it balanced.
Also the conversation about the reason we chose a special diet is about a choice from what I want to consume so I can be energized now from all it has to offer, the farming industry is awful and honestly cruel , hard to subscribe to that form of consumption. If having to eat flesh was all part of a balanced way to live in a harmonious way I would not see that being a issue and then meat may be part of what I would consider a good source of energy. Then again I don't like meat, I love chocolate cakes  and would be happy to just eat that for breakfast, lunch and dinner I am on strict diet has you can see but boy oh boy it's worth it.

I am in the same boat but doooo not despair yet like me , casey has posted on her "activating the Capacity of Crystals' thread the how, you might find it easier then me to do because you do have it on a web place that will permit this like maybe FB.You basically copy/paste from an existing platform like photo buckets or wordpress . I know The wordpress will from what I was told and also if you go see at the bottom of this threads under bug and whatever thing that bugs you thread you can read the reply to my request and be save from fallen into a deep depression like me Now I have to go through this big learning way to navigate here    its ok but I am visual and I need to post image if you know what I mean. I will get there....
AND additional options is not an option...go figure I think I am being tested big time  one thing for sure I will learn more of the world of internet posting.... JEEZ!!!!...You know I dream big ....well you know that already :roll:anyway... I am getting myself a big crystal and dith the ordinateur and start communicate via crystal... well I will do that one day for sure, but for now I guess I will live with the options available .

Jeez!... :-oThat a lots of questions  in one thread
I have a recollection of being curious about the evolution and all that it implies , somehow I still feel that it's got mystery that we may not be able to grasp in its totality, but worth taking about it , what else is there to talk about when you start digging
Hard also to think in linear way. Obviously there is much to observe in nature and see how it evolves  but there is time it actually could show some kind of changes that may not all be explain by the natural laws of evolution , the one that we are told or that were observe in the way science work.
I am only speaking from what I feel to be , not one bit scientifically knowing this  If you actually take the messy affaires of what our minds do and influence our body and how we on top of this see it , you can really see where this can get confusing and hard to box it in a nice drawer.
Don't mind me I am just babbling none sense. Some truth slip in when I pay more attention but really only for me it actually makes sense. 
Oh sorry got to go write a intro before I get lost in conversation... can't help myself ...love chatting

Thanks so much to actually clarify what I was doing wrong or I should say I did not clue in to the why it was not working like how you post your photos. I used my Instagram account and copied the link ( not the actual photo , which will show up as a link but I like to show my photos here directly like yours so copy paste is the trick. Obviously it has to come from an already existing platform that give you that option, I don't think Instagram will.
Kinda a cool way to post here if I write all my texts and photos in one blog place like webmaster and just copy/ paste it here.
I am looking  at all my options right now to continue journaling Tarot, Runes and some shamanic journey  and photos is really all part of what I see and can share with other , words are good but images does make a great impact when trying to stimulate the interest.

  yes it's a lot to do just observe, I feel that it is a training on it own that really needs to be applied all day. Not always easy but you know you can be that observer if you actually observe how you feel and react when you are in a situation throughout the day.  like I said not always easy, I fall often into the drama and just feel so frustrated, but I know it in those opportunities that I learn to become a better observer. Avoiding people is also not the best training even if I would prefer to be alone all the time. So I came to the conclusion that I need to go out more and be of this world for all in the name of training myself to be a better observer and less a drama queen Jeez ! Where shoul I go first ....Walmart or Tim Horton for a nice coffee?  or maybe at a mall with my mom to get a nice ride in a wheelchair and look at all the things we can buy but don't need actually I need something with kitchen relate things , my favorite store now that I am on a diet...go figure... just got a dehydrator and boy oh boy it's fun.

I was writing a note to let you know that I hope you keep making them. You do have a very fascinating journey and even more amazing that you can capture those incredible photos , Btw , how do you post them here so they do appear directly instead  of a link?
I am still trying to figure this out. I do have a Instagram account , but you seemed to have a better way then what I managed.
Oh! Also when writting you a note which vanished like a cloud this week ( could be because I am a total novice to technical internet postings and this seems to be a theme latly )I  wanted to say that you have some people that did follow your journey and would like to let you know. Glad to see that's happening here , so no need to send you that message after all   it happened on its own ... or maybe it vanishes in the clouds and materialize here in some  other way ... funny how communication can materialize itself when intended by some or a few , just like magic, I knew it would , nothing surprises me anymore and your journey is one fascinating possibilities that can only expand more for who ever wants to dream , create and play with.

Everthing I try is getting me nowhere. very hard for me to understand the jargon of any forum or any social media places as a matter of fact , with many mistakes and pushing button I managed before on the EIC but here its not so simple . Is there anyone here willing to guide me on the how. I will be so grateful. don't forget I am still heart broken to have lost my platform for posting my fun adventures....just joking but then again not really....Jeez!!!!  What am I going to do.... I have to post here and say , well just say hi    and say how interesting this thread is  I have a thing about wings and feathers, could be why I notice your bird experience. I am also curious about the position of wings and their meaning. I am a sculptor and feather is what I specialize now. If you ever find any information on the reason for the position of wings have, let me know. I tried but no success yet.
I just registered here this week and need to write some intro soon but my dilemma is how to post photos, I will be really sad if I can't do this.
Also the formation of the birds in a circle would be very meaningful and where you felt your position is.
Talk later more on birds subjects if you like.
I love having conversations with like mind people , I use to be on the EIC and it vanishes for reason that are understandable ,  I am just getting over it but boy oh boy , I can't believe how attached I was. Lucky me I have some friends here rescuing me from being suddenly propelled in the void and finding an other place to interact with explorers.
