Try closing your eyes and see if your head unsticks. Works for me like 80 - 90% of the time. Once I'm up and a decent distance from my body I'll open my eyes again.

I didnt manage to but I was only in that state once.

Try asking for help when you're in that state.  I've been finding out lately that there are TONS of guides and helpers out there who will happilly help us with all sorts of issues if we just ask.

Neither has anyone else the first time they have a seizure. Can you instantly stop it happening if you try. If not then I'd see a doctor.

Btw summer are you a doctor? The more of your posts I see the more I wonder if you're a doctor or brain surgeon or something.

Connecting a mental thought to a physical movement

Now that I come to think of it, the times I've managed to create stuff in my field of vision in dreams I've intuitively used some sort of hand gesture. The times I havent managed to I havent used one.

Can you not move around in the void? I would consider myself already separated when in the void.

I've experienced a 3d blackness when still in my body before but I wouldnt call it the void. It's like the blackness infront of my eyes suddenly has depth but not like the void. The void is like space, totally black and goes on forever. I feel like I'm physically in it. The 3d blackness I'm talking about was off black(slightly grayed) and I felt like I was still in my body but looking into the blackness.

Do you mean one that makes you project while you listen to it or something that suggests for you to have spontaneous projections during the night?

I've never heard of anything like the first one but you could easily make the second type yourself. Infact you've just inspired me to use that technique to influence where I go in my dreams. I'm gonna start using meditation music and put some subliminals over it.

That reminds me of the dragon fly my mate found in a spiders web once. It was in the greenhouse I used to work in. He brought it to me cause he knew I liked animals and stuff. It was still alive but it's wings and legs were all stuck together with web.

I managed to free it's legs and wings and get most of the web off. Was damn fiddley - it's wings were super thin and the web was sticking to it like crazy. It was moving it's legs but I had to leave before I could see if it would fly again. I left it on a leaf on a chair so I could check on it the next day but it was gone. Either flew away or got eaten by something.

I even saved a wasp from a spiders web once. And I'm proper scared of wasp.

lol maybe it's a future vesion of youself that got turned into a fly who's come back to try and tell you not to do the thing that got you turned into a fly.

Once night it started bucketing it down outside and next thing I noticed there were like 20 moths in my bedroom. They were those flimsy little gold coloured moths so catching them all without damaging them took quite a while.

Rose quartz and clear quartz. They're the only ones that I can say definately do anything for me. I'd say what they do but I dont want to influence the experiement.

I dont understand why they charge so much for them. I think they'd probably make more money from all the extra sales if they charged a normal amount. If you could get wave 1 for fifteen quid I'd buy them as gifts for loads of people.
