I usually just focus attention of them for a few minutes, and transition that attention into meditation on that particular chakra. Some people spin it or open it but I usually don't really, but those techniques might work for you. Also a side note, from paralysis/trance I find it very, very easy to feel the chakras and cause intense energy feelings.

Interesting. LOL I realize the universe and the solar system isn't static, but the moon has been here for billions of years, and it will probably take billions more for it to finally spin off. You should know by now I think everything evolves, including star systems. I think they theorize the moon was created when another planet may have smashed into earth early in the solar system's evolution, when many more planets were circling the sun with less stable orbits.

Yes I've read that as well. I also read that when skilled meditators enter a deep state they may actually be training their brain to release more of the DMT than usual. Sort of a random thought, but I've wondered if naturally produced drugs in the brain, or maybe even ingested drugs played a role in shaping certain qualities of human counciousness, such as sensing rythm in sounds or something like that. You mentioning the "spirit molecule" reminds me somewhere of hearing about a "spirit gene" also. Anyone know anything about that?

I think the moon's own gravitational pull effects Earth also, hence ocean tides. So we need to compensate for that before we decide the moon can just "spin away".

Actually, the brain does produce small amounts of DMT naturally via the pineal gland I believe. Some studies have shown that meditation may be used to increase that production.

If time is speeding up does that mean the galaxy and/or earth's rotation is speeding up? Like some type of space-time relation? Any physics oriented people have an answer?

After a lengthy discussion a few days ago about sleep paralysis, I must conclude that the only thing stopping you from projecting is your fear. Get over the fear and get used to the state, and you'll be projecting. You are already half way there.

No we shouldn't be happy always. There would be no balance. Unless you can train your brain to release higher concentrations of DMT, then you might be happy all the time.

I was being as considerate as possible (example, not stating anything as fact), but it is you and zareste and others that are downright critical of anything I say. Then you get mad and accuse me of doing that to you when Im in fact trying to defend myself from your attacks. Seriously, re-read my posts and show me where I've done what you are saying. Just because some scientists use it for that, does not mean that all science is purely there to oppose spirituality. Your hypocrisy is downright amazing Personal Reality. You accuse me of being unaccepting of others beliefs? Why? Why because I state I trust science, though after explaining it, its clear my views on it are very similar to yours, but apparently you are too quick to judge that you would rather associate me with fundamental skepticism or something. If I seriously used science in every aspect of my life, I wouldn't believe in things such as astral travel which my only evidence is my experiences. Comparing how our observations effect realty with christianity? Im not sure where you are going with that, the observations you are referring to are wave-particle duality? Anyways, I recommend rereading my previous posts in this thread a little more carefully, you are seriously pretty much critising me and then practically agreeing with me in the same post. I should also point out that Zareste was the only one critising anyones beliefs, in fact, I'm not sure how you "intuitive" people think they learned my beliefs from this thread. I stated common alien info and made it clear that it is speculation. Zareste comes on, insults me and states a bunch of alien crap as if its fact. And Im the one who gets critized?
