It could be your aura, it couldn't be too much other things.
There are not many things that are seem like coloured smoke surrounding your body then I guess it could be the aura.
Tell me how did you try to see it and I will tell you if you used auric vision.

I didn't hear about changing the colour of eyes by energy - I lived it myself!
I believe that energetic manipulation CAN change the ton of brightness in your eyes and in your whole body.
Bio-kinesis practisers can do it and at all they can program their body parts.
I can make my eyes from Brown-green to Dark turquois! and it's easy, it even doesn't requires energetic skills at all. I developed this technique a year ago and I realized that my eyes changed their colour just 2 days ago.

I will take a part of your answer here. First of all I wanna say that each human has a part of demon in hisself. In the bible it is written that Adam & Ave slept with demons. the first time it happened was when Ave slept with Samel (the devil) that was in form of a snack that was a demon (they are not all evil) and then Kin was born and he got half human half demon. Anyways there were many demons in the Chaos and the birth of earth in the 6 days, God fought the evil ones and left some on earth, Adam & Ave were sent to earth to work hard as a punishment they were sent from the Eden (heaven), They slept with all kinds of demons but the actual form of their children was a form of a human, so by the Bible we can know that each of us has a gen of a demon inside of us and no matter if it's a good or bad part, we are all humans after all (or demons) right?
Anyways absolutesunrise your friend could have a strong part of demon or maybe the part of the demon could control her very well because of some thinkings.
It's pretty wierd I have not a big idea about it but I wanted to say just that demons are parts of us but they just watch us from other dimentions, the evil ones try to control us, and one more thing is that by the jewish mythology the bad demons are sent by Satan to try to make us fail in the unreal life so there will be a real chalenge of bad Vs Evil before arriving to the real world (Eden) So just the purest spirits will get to the secrets of the Eden. ok, so you and your family were having a gathering of some sort, and you felt uncomfortable... outside the sky was an unsettling red color, which could mean there are problems brewing (think of it literally)...

you went outside to be with your cousins and brothers, but they looked like zombies... perhaps you feel like they tend to stick together and exclude you, or maybe this symbolizes that you are all growing up and you are going a separate way from them.

as far as the shadow goes, i have no clue really, but maybe that goes along with the changes you're going through, and you don't want to accept that you are growing up or changing. therefore it was the scariest part of your dream.  Do you fear change? this could symbolize that fear.

I felt unconfortable for all the dream even before I realized that something is not normal, I can tell you that the dream really reminded me a Diabolic feeling like the devil was in my house.
It can't be the reason that I am growing up and I don't accept it because I dreamt it in the age of 9 and then 6 years later it came back, and even in the age of 9 i always wanted to grow up a lot and be an adult so I could accept it, and now I really want to see my future so I accept it really well to grow up so it isn't the problem.
The wierdest thing that was in my dream was the separation of my shadow, I thought about it and I think I got the answer.
First of all they all didn't care very much about me and my cousins were disconnected from the world, the sky was red and outside there was a diabolic feeling like all the world was evil except me that could think logically.
So maybe the seperation of my shadow shows like the negative "me" is getting out of me and joins the evil of outside and then I just stay the pure man alone in the world of evil. This is much logic.
But what is not clear is why my shadow started rolling?? he could walk or fly instead so why rolling like sonic??

It's logic! When you think about something before going to sleep you can dream or think about it exactly when you wake up.
I have the same "skill" too, I don't use to think about what to dream because dreams always make me upset when I wake up.
Sometimes when I dream about something in form of a story and wake up in the middle then I can go back to this dream and dream the continue of the story.
It's logical to think about something and have it while sleeping or while getting up like the biologic clock.
You can think about waking up at 6:00 o'clock and it may really happen. It never dissapointed me cuz it always works!

So I think it was a lucid dream if you could really control yourself in that dream.

I don't think It will "harm" your astral projection at night because it will make just dreams and when you try to AP so you don't sleep until you get asleep.
Get the idea - If you reach to astral project then Bravo! and if not, you'll just fall asleep and see what the pyramide can do.

It's really awesome that you could do it in a small age but in the end you made it in 16 years old and it's pretty amazing too!
I am 15 and I have started to work on OBE one month ago.
I still don't get the whole Idea, What should I feel?
I can tell you that in the first time I have tried it, I felt I can really go out of my body or control it very well but I was so scared that I gave up and from this day I never got to any high levels like this one.
How do I get exactly to the vibration state? and when can I do it for it will be much effective?

It couldn't be a lucid dream because in lucid dreams you can control yourself perfectly and exactly like controling yourself on an OBE.
I would probably say that it was just a normal dream.
Sometimes I was trying to have an OBE but then I felt asleep and I could dream some dreams about astral projecting but in the end you know it was just a dream if you know you didn't control yourself well in it.

Hey everybody, If someone here can interpret my dream It will be great, It is a very interesing dream that I dreamt twice: The first in the age of 9 and the second in the age of 15 (this year).

This dream starts near me house at about midnight. It was holiday (in the dream) my close family, my uncle and aunt ,my cousins and my grandparents we were all in my house.
Like almost every Friday we meet with my cousins but not with our grandparents because they are from France and when they arrive to Israel (my country) and we all meet together then it is a sign for a special religious fest or event.
Anyways there was a wierd feeling in the world then, It was midnight and they were still all in my house laughing and celebrating on the dinner table while outside the house the sky was red, scary red and there was a silence in my mind even that in reality it had to be a lot of noise.
Even that everybody had a happy feeling and they all celebrated, I had a bad and scary feeling and I went outside - in this part of the dream I realize that the skys are red and there is a satanic atmosphere outside. When I entered the house again (still very scared) I saw this red and scary atmosphere in all my house but in the dream my family didn't see it at all, they just sat around the table and laughed.
I knew something is very strange so I went outside the garden to see my brothers and cousins because I felt alone in my dream like anybody could really see me and they looked like zombies, they didn't do anything except standing and moving a little. I climbed the stairs to my room with a great fear and I got close to my room. The light didn't work and there was a complete diabolic feeling and darkness when just a bit of red light from outside could enter to my room by the windows It was much scary than complete darkness, then I turned on the lights near my room and looked into my room. My shadow appeared from the red strange light and got off of me. My shadow was the scariest thing in my dream, it looked very diabolic and then suddenly he started to roll (yes! roll) on the wall and just rolled in form of a ball (like sonic the hedgehog).
This part was the scariest and then I woke up!
Can someone just understand it?? or even interpret it?

Drugs will take you high but not in our reality so forget about it, It might not help you in anything that is connected to pure energy development.
And yes, smoking can seem similar to projection but you know it isn't real projection, it's just hallucination of the mind controlled by the drug.

It's really a big mistake!people didn't think they can see the future, astral project, control energies etc but in the end it was all proven as possible! Anything is logic in the mystic life and we don't try to understand it, we just try to learn how to do it.
So OK it's not simple but it is possible, the Fa-jing proves that you can control an other's energy and then with this ability, control his whole physical body. So don't think about logicness and physics.
It's our mistake that we don't believe.
If one couldn't achieve levitating then his sons and grandsons will get his gens and be better of him, and after a few centuries you will be able to see (from above) people that are so developed in energy that will even fly, I believe in hard work and will power to succeed in everything.

So your aura IS still a part of your energy body.

Hey! I study Kyokushinkai Karate, it has a lot of similar things with the shotokan even some katas just that you have all the bassais, heians etc... and we have taikeyoku and pinans.
The katas are the same just in an other styles and other names.

But your astral body?
I don't think you saw it, it could be just your normal aura.

There are some arts. not only martial arts but still arts.
I suggest: Ki-gong, Tai-chi, Aikido or Rei-ki.

Blue and Green are usually the dominant colours in a human aura, the aura gets other colours in special situations.
Well I can't see the big parts of the aura like you. I can see just one foot maximum. but it may be because I have a thin aura.

I think I know why you are seeing it.

It maight happen from practising auric sight without order. You can see some parts of your aura in shapes of clouds but can you see its colours? or its layers?
What I can see are the 3 layers of the aura: The shining line, the light of the aura, and the aura's shield.
If you can see it too then you are seeing it in the right order and if you just see these clouds then I think you are seeing just the second layer of the aura which is the easiest to see.
