I have always felt weird after meditating. ususlly  for a few days. Almost like a sickness at the stomach and a slight headach.  Also I become very self aware during this time. Thus I have not maintained a practice of doing it until I made the decision to attempt Astral Projection a few years ago.  It just happened out of the blue.  The first thing I did notice before it occured was that while meditating in the lotus position my right arm began to jump on its own.  I have heard this can also be a sign of energy starting to rise.  The sensations did decrease over a few months, however I made no attempt at OBE during this time.

Yes and I had not heard of it before it occured.  It actially caused me to start having panic attacks for awhile.  Very strange energy sensations that made me feel as if I was slipping OBE when I closed my eyes.  I went to the hospital one day with a heart rate 160 while in a resting state.  I run 6 miles a day but someone in poor health could have died of heart failure.  Everyone should be aware of Kundalini before attempting OBE.

I wrote something in a prior post of what I considered a strobe effect that happened to be.  Lying in bed a few years ago after meditating I had my eyes opened.  I noticed a white energy that seemed to come from the ceiling and made its way to my forhead in waves.  Its kind of the fealing like if you stand still and have a friend take one finger and slowly center it in the middle of your vision of site and slowly move it to he touches your forhead.  There is a strange sensation that seems to almost start at the rear of the head and go through the skull to the center of the forhead.  There is a tingleing and tention sensation encountered.  this is the feeling the energy lights produced.  This occured for about 3 minutes and the energy increased the entire time to I almose felt i was being struck.  This also produced in myself the so called Kundalini.

I have been taking a lot more ORBS lately and would post them but I do not want to take away from the main purpose of Astral Pulse by continuing to post ORBS.  I do have two that I would like post.  Also the research team is coming back to my house August 7 to do EVP and bringing along a physic to communicate.  I will post the name of the organization and my case number at the completion.  The two I posted are actual.  Taken with my camera in my bedroom.  I have simply used the KODAK software to enhance, enlarge and took the edit mode Cartoon.  I have not manipulated the graphics of the photo at all.

I have found that when told by an astral being to look in a mirror.  I perceive myself not as I appear in physcial but how my subconcious see me at any perticular time.  Either stressed out will make me appear tiried or feeling a little over weight can make me appear sloppy.

My grandmother had the ability to naturally OBE and never has read a single word on it.  Also my sister gets sleep paralysis.  Her daughter also gets sleep paralysis.  My mother has seen apperitions of her grandmother.  My ex wife who I consider a soul mate also gets sleep paralysis.  To my knowledge no one has been aware of sleep paralysis or OBE in my family beforehand.

The list goes on and on and the same can be said about UFO and OBE.  Everyone has a different idea.  If one day you search for the truth it will most likely be elusive.  Anymore evidence of life after death I will leave to someone else in this forum as I do not have the fearlessness to search much beyond this that I have seen so far. You would think with the validity of the OBE I have had and not the ORB the existence of life after death would  be confirmed, and it is to a great deal but it is a tiresome journey the in the end we take alone in our own minds where we live.  I will continue to find faith in Christ.

Its funny you mention the graveyard to do EVP.  I was just reading a article some students wrote about using a Ouija Board and being warned to stay away from cemeteries when attempting to make contact.  Perhaps if you are really interested in these experiences in contact you can tag along with some professinal investigators.  I would not go skydiving with a group attempting it for the first time.  Just watching out for your safty.  God Bless.

Yah, Time just seemed to have slipped by.  I collected the items quickly from his work site.  I was intending on sending them to his daughter but we fell out of touch.  Then I had the intention of driving them north but all my trips I have been flying and not going to his home state.  Time just passed so quickly and I forgot about them for the most part.  
I would not mind doing EVP in field research but to do it at home seems to be almost inviting entities in if you have no paranormal activity to begin with. Almost like an wegi Board which I have always  heard to stay away from since I was a child.

I look forward when that day happens at my house.  I would in fact like to join one of those teams.  It's very interesting to go to haunted sites and stake them out in the night looking for movement.  I was looking at a site last night that talked  about protocals and routines of standards that must be followed doing this.  The human mind can create so much that might not actially be there the strick protocals and standards must be followed.  I am happy you got no ORBS, I don't think you would really want one in truth. I hope they stop now that I am sending my buddies personal items to his daughter. If that is the case perhaps I will have achieved some vaildation of life after death.  I will remember the June of 2004 for a long while.

Every state or city most likely will have a paranormal investigative group that can be found on line.  They are free of charge to access there services and do investigations in a professional and scientific manner.  The group that is looking at  my home has been there one time and will most likely be back once more before they conclude there findings on a report that will be available on the internet. EVP is Electronic Voice Phenomena.  It is using good quality recording equipment.  Magnetic tape and digital recorders along with and external mike and good sound speakers to replay.  Also some software filtering devices that can be used on the computer.  I am still learning all this myself.  Hopefully some audible voices will be picked up as questions are asked of the spirit at haunted sites.  www.Ghostpix.com is a good place to hear some and please read the article "Do some people miss the train?" that talks about NDE and OBE at the end of life.  Thanks.

I was going to wait about 2 more weeks to after the investigation is over to get final validation of their findings.  Then I will try a Catholic priest and finially a  psychic.  Probally about a month from now.  Also I will have to look into how much it will cost. I personally would like to do some EVP but am affraid of the results.  I attempted last week and got one male voice that said "Will you shut up" and the name "kevin" when asked.  Both myself and my friend felt better just beleiving we just immagined it.I did not even want to listen a second time and threw the tapes away.

It's all very strange.  There has never been any poltergeist activity of any type in the house since I moved in five years ago.  I never have photographed anything of this type before anywhere.  Actually I feel, like I am beginning to go through stages.  Denial that they are just dust, fear that they could be more; I am beginning to get a little angry now.  I do understand that a lady died in my house fifteen years ago.  But someone else said they detected a strong male presence.  So the chances are it's not her.  A reputable psychic believes there could actually be some type portal that they are traveling through and so not even know they are dead.   It's becoming a real pain in the butt.  I really should just take the camera and throw it in the trash but I want to keep track of what's occurring now.  There is no sense denying the fact that something is occurring that can not be easily explained.  Why are there so many? Can one entity produce all the ORBS? Or is there one entity associated with each ORB.  Also I am under the belief that not all the photos are real ORBS.  I am not stupid to believe that some of the faint ones might just be dust.  The moving plazmoids seem to provide a stronger proof.  I do have a theory that is hard to believe.  I had a very good friend commit suicide two years ago.  We worked 70 to 80 hours together also every week. He had been going through a bad marriage and was a strong Catholic.  He always talked of moving into my place.  The last thing I told him was "Do not leave without saying goodbye." After this occurred I took possession of his most sentimental items in a box and put it into the closet where the moving ORBS were videoed.  I yesterday took these items and am in the process of sending then to his family north.  If it is the case he knows this now and can rest.  I had very little ORB activity today.  Surprising little.  I hope this helps.  My next step is having a catholic priest come out.  Thanks.

Yes, however a few photos I have taken the flash did not go off and there were no orbs.  I do not know the complete structure of these things but have heard that it is almost impossible to capture one without flash.  I do understand they can be photographed with night vision which I do not have at this time.  Please read some of the professional investigative and research sites that try to explain how they actually use the flash to discharge ions. I have just recently discovered these things on a mass scale and researching as mush as posible.  So many people have different oppinions it confusing.  The starange thing is they actially do appear to have intellegence. The way they appear where I ask. The group of eight that are over my living room safa I captured after getting out of bed slowly, prepairing the camera and opening the bedroom door and taking the photo at once.  A photo taken one second later at the same spot and they were all gone. I do not get them in every photograph.  I have only photographed one in the main bedroom and after demanding it to leave it was gone and has not returned there.  Hardly any in the kitchen but alot in the doorway to the kitched.  They seem to appear at all times but mostly about 7 A.M. dusk and for some reason about 3 A.M. Once two weeks ago I got the moving plazmoid all the other photos where there appears to be of a form other then round occured only after I asked it to pose.

Spoke to a reputable psychic today and she believes the problem I am experiencing with the ORBS is that they are in fact deceased spirits who are lost.  She seems to be under the belief that I am very sensitive to spirit entities and they have picked up on this.  She believes that I have encountered some while astral projecting and they now believe that I am one of them and have appearently decided to hang around with there new friend. She wants to remove them but I will wait to the orginal paranormal investigation is complete.

I simply had been taking photos around the house and back yard. One day I was on the internet and decided to type in Ghost photos on GOOLGE.  I then saw the ORBS and relized I had been photographing then all along for the past several years.

Yes, at first one little girl and I asked her where her mommy was.  She said not here.  I then asked her if she was alone and she said no, but my friends are here too.  Then several other little children appeared and said hi.  I then got scared as I knew this was the astral and I still get scared there and awoke.  This all occured after the guide told me during a semi lucid dream to awaken and follow him that there was something I had been wanting him to show me for awhile.

Please look at this evidence.  I finially managed to get the moving ORB.

The team is actually coming back in a couple weeks to do EVP and bringing a psychic to communicate with them and this will probably help.  The funny thing is if they are spirits how long we have been living together in relative harmony. Not that I am hard to get along with, however my two ex wives might disagree.  Ha.  In a few OBE I have had a spirit quide introduce me to a group on six or seven children and there is some beliefe at least some of the ORBS are children which is all the more reason to get them help. Meaby the astral is really just a dimentional shift to the next higher vibrational level where they live.
