Both Mars and the Earth have been hit by asteroids and meteors, etc, that came from the same places (Can't remember, the Kuyper belt?) so if the idea of panspermia is correct, then we are all descended from microorganisms that came in through these meteors or asteroids.

The problem I see is that due to the extremely high levels of radiation that occur in outer space, be it from the Sun or Cosmic Rays, living organisms wouldn't be able to survive the travel. Meteorites and asteroids would be completely sterilized before they got anywhere, and if they didn't, the iron melting temperatures reached during the passage through the atmosphere would wipe out any traces of life that might have existed there.

This is obviously not proven (and I don't know if it's even probable) but it brings on the idea that DNA may be extraterrestrial, though not necessarily planned by an intelligence (Leaving God aside from this convo for now, because we can get really complicated really fast) it would show why there could have been the same microorganisms in Mars as in Earth- because both got 'colonized [in the biological sense] while the Earth was in the 'primordial soup' phase.
I find this idea compelling because really ancient microorganisms needed different things to thrive and were adapted to conditions that would destroy us now.  They actually had to adapt to oxygen when it became abundant. This is in the fossil record.

See, supposing that they survived an arduous space travel, for these very reasons the organisms shouldn't show the same genetic sequencing. They had to survive under very different conditions: different distances to the Sun, different atmospheric compositions, different environments, etc.  Now, what if the sequences were the same? That's when things get interesting.

Meteors and asteroids are not as relevant to the history and development of the planets as they are portrayed to be. This is a very long story, actually a very big conspiracy, or preferably, a big play of interests. The importance of those loose space rocks have never been accepted until the late 1950's, when planetary science started growing and they became aware of what's going on 'out there'. They realized that it would be undesirable for people to know of these matters, maybe fearing that people would panic, maybe not wanting the public to know that it's out of their control, so theories were embraced, not because of their validity, but because things needed to be addressed to mold the mind of the people before the geology of our neighbouring planets could be spoken of.

So what I'm saying is that primitive life here on earth was abundantly different than it is today, in a very basic sense.  So what I'm trying to say is that I applaud that they're trying to find evidence of ET genetics here, but I think they jumped the boat on this one.

I'm not sure that I agree with their conclusions either, I just feel there's something there.

True, since they are proposing an alternative solution for the non-coding genes presence, without more information this is simply an entertaining hypothesis. When one puts that into a context tough, it can help us evaluate the indications. Let's say for instance that the probe on Mars finds a kind of bacteria that has the same type of sequences as the earthly organisms, that would add weight to the nonrandom nature of the coding, for if it the sequences were an evolutionary trait one would expect to find totally different arrangements in alien organisms. Being nonrandom therefore it had to be designed, the cells are definitely following the same predetermined instructions. But yes, some could say it's God, some could say it's ET.

Wow man I think I understand it now! Holy sh** this is amazing, it would take some time to put it properly, collect some images and stuff but here's the basic idea:

First came the Sumerian Gods, all they wanted was to dominate and use the planet, they were experimenting with genetics and everything, creating their chimeras and lulus, but they never had the best of their intentions in mind.

Then came the Egyptian Gods, they were members of a confederation involved with optimizing the genome. They created their bases and institutes where people from all parts of the Universe went to participate in the program, it would greatly benefit all the races. Their logo, the winged snake, symbolized the uplifting of the DNA.

Adam and Eve were a creation of the Sumerian Gods, they would generate all the pure sons and daughters of God.

Everything was going fine, though these Gods were not exactly friends and had such radically different agendas, they didn't interfere with one another.

But then it happened, Eve betrayed the Sumerian Gods and was 'bit by the snake', she decided to participate in the program of the Egyptian Gods.

These people were part of a program, they volunteered to mix their DNA, 'his snake with hers', for the betterment of the races:

The Persians might have thought "What a bunch of perverted fools, we'll take over this planet!" 

There are pyramids in China too. That's very interesting and you may be right, many megaliths have a seemingly  sexual connotation, see Menhir, Pedra Montada... translations of the Rongo Rongo, a mysterious script from Easter Island, tell a story of fishes mating with birds and giving birth to the Sun, then there are other strange creatures copulating with one another giving birth to more different species. It is almost like the story of the Creation is but a big orgy.

It would make sense if the pyramids had a similar underlying message/use. The snake was a very common symbol in ancient times, the snake in the Garden of Eden, the intertwined snakes of the Sumerians that may represent the DNA, the Kundalini serpent of the Hindus.

In the bible God punished the Devil by turning him into a snake and forcing him to crawl upon the Earth, yet in Ancient Egypt they placed the snakes on the heads of the birds, like they were trying to uplift that basic energy.

Quetzalcoatl, of the Aztecs, who came from the stars and taught them civilization, he is depicted as a snake man.

I can't really make sense of all this yet, but it would be cool to see what you may come up with.

Maybe it isn't possible in this dimension. When I was little I didn't think I could fly, I knew I could fly, that was so natural to me that when I first jumped from a springboard into a pool I was shocked to find out that I couldn't. I would go and tell everyone 'Hey do you know that I jumped from a springboard and didn't fly?' and they would give me the weird look.

Ever since I became fascinated by Ancient Egypt I've been trying to get an impression of Harakhte / Horus, the Bird-God, and after some failed and silly experiences I think I finally got something.

The silly experience was very dreamlike, I was traveling with somebody, in the modern world, and at some point we went to his house, he said he had to use the toilet. When he was going there his grandfather appeared, it was the bird-man. He moved towards me very slowly, because he was old, and it seemed that he was trying to sting me with his beak. He didn't look like Harakhte, looked more like Thot, it was funny but he kinda annoyed me, so I got a broom and started pushing him away with it.

Ok, so today I had a failed first attempt in finding the Bird-God, but then I remained in trance and started spinning to deepen more, and without shape I left my house to enter another house that I didn't know, and from there I tried to imagine that outside was a different space and time.

I imagined ancient egyptians walking outside, so I opened the window a little in order to see them, wishing they would not see me. Many of them had their hair dyed red. Their clothes were normal, they had t-shirts and shorts, only they looked very spent and were of dim colours.

There was something going on outside, they started making a lot of noise when suddenly someone opened the window completely, they found me. I jumped outside to see what was happening, they didn't understand who I was, they knew that I shouldn't be there. I couldn't make sense of their words. They pulled me from side to side.

Someone came riding on an elephant to scare those people away. That elephant was very aggressive, it started hurting the people. I could feel the weight of the animal trying to crush someone beside me, then I thought about giving up, but then I thought again and said 'No, I'm staying right here.'.

Concentrating more I managed to build enough confidence to fight the elephant and save the others, all I had to do was to think that the elephant was not heavy and not strong. When the beast came towards me I grabbed it's ears and held it's head down to the ground, the people ran, and then the elephant went away.

Now I had the chance to see how beautiful that city was, the tall pillars, dusty streets, everything was perfect. Walked inside a courtyard and a crawler dinosaur passed running by me... (this seems to be getting dreamy, but bare with me the end was cool)

Guess I found what scared the crawler, 2 very big dinosaurs are coming in my direction. The ground shakes as they move, I run with the other people. These beasts don't seem to be after us, but they are certainly dangerous and destructive because they can go through any man-made barrier. Unlike in the movies they didn't make vocal sounds, and they were not so fast.

Don't see anyone being eaten, but they are causing a big mess and ruining my experience, I'm not sure that I can defeat them, so again I think about giving it up. A voice speaks in my head 'Raise you chest.', I think it is a message by my higher-self, I do as it says.

More confident again, I go towards the 2 great reptiles and punch their legs. Have to sway away from those teeth and try not to be crushed by the gigantic paws, they are extremely heavy, all I can think is that they are not strong.

Still fighting them it kinda starts to work, they are stumbling, I make a final attack and one of the dinosaurs rolls and crashes against a huge wall. Can't remember what happened to the other one, it might have escaped.

There's a staircase to the upper part of the temple, I go up there and behold it in it's splendour. In front of me is dark night, the temple expands to the left and right sides. Moving to the right side I find at the base of every monolith something that resembles a small crystal that emits fluorescent light. There are no power lines.

That place is unbelievable, I stare up into the sky and feel the wind of the night. There are so many things to see, I find monoliths of birds and snakes, all more than 2 meters high, and on the right and left edges of the temple are huge stone walls. Exploring the left side there are many monoliths too, I take a look at the wall and the drawings. It has carvings and holes that look like a mask of Harakhte.

Then it happened, from behind the clouds above the left wall he appears, he seems to be about 10 meters tall, more than 2 times higher than the wall. He approaches, crouches behind the wall, and puts his face and beak inside the 'mask' carved on the rock.

His eyes are larger than a human skull, he adjusts his eyes and looks straight at mine. They are very human-like, brown iris and black pupils. I see only sanctity in his eyes. No words are spoken, whistles, nor thoughts, I don't know what happened after that, but I woke up, of that I'm sure...


I can't find anything to compare it with, it was sort of like looking into the eyes of a baby, but babies display emotions, his eyes displayed only peace and sanctity, but I mean, he had to give me that, I fought 1 elephant and 2 dinosaurs just to get there, come on, lol

Hi all, right on CFTraveler, severe damage to the left hemisphere, which is related to speech.

Studies say that we often use reverse speech but we are unaware of that. They say that we communicate on a subconscious level by inadvertently combining words that when reproduced backwards reveal the deeper meaning of our messages.

I suspect the dying will speak backwards as their conscious pattern switches, and people around them will think they are mumbling or hallucinating.

This is something I've been doing lately, and from the results I've been getting I definitely recommend it. It is a variation of the Rope Method, it can be used to bring higher awareness and as a meditation ritual, here's the procedure:

1- Go outside at night when you can see the stars

2- Visualize a rope in front of you hanging from the sky

3- Imagine that rope binds the stars to the Earth

4- Start pulling down the rope with hand after hand

5- Imagine the stars becoming brighter as you bring them closer

6- Imagine the Earth rising towards the stars

7- Visualize the increasing length of the rope you've already pulled on the ground before and around you


Repeat steps 5, 6, and 7 as you wish, and when you're done, know that you've got something started. If there are no visible stars, imagine that by doing that you'll make them come. If a person doesn't have hands, invite a friend to pull the rope for you.

I wonder what will happen if many people on Earth started doing this, I get shivers. Anyone here involved in global meditations?

How tall are you?

I've been researching megaliths and ancient civilizations. In my city there's a megalithic site, and when I went there I touched some of the stones, but I'm not sure if it has to do with that. Probably gotta go back there soon for a recharge
