[(I quote you all)]

Ironically Life is yet only a Game :-)

A haunted house is a lovely example

subjected to nothing but change the human body is thrusted to overdrive of the natural effect named "SPOOK"

just like in many games and modern Video-games
the answers are hidden in plain site, take the time OBSERVE and then RATIONALIZE to your own LOGICAL conclusion
and after all of that
You Execute the Objective

but we all know the RULE in this game, (actually i really dont know word for word BUT this is my OUT-PUT) so here it goes
"Every Change, Every interraction, Every Effect, Every Desicion, Has a Consequence, wether or not it be Bad or Good, well You'll Know "

Warning! :RULES MAY VARY

yupp its true and actually one doesnt need to project or meditate in order to feel this

everyday when i go out into the world and i see a person honestly truely sometimes i see no male or female i just see person, actually most of the time, (unless im trying to get a pretty smile from a cute girly  :-D)
its very useful because well actually it deteriorates all barriers u can have to do whith any subject pretaining to a certain sex, or race, religion,

and Cody i can see what u mean by in this world u require a name, and in reality u are just a consciousness who has a unique personality

but hey i love my name haha

i im raighe in 19 and i am new to astral projection

hey you guys to all the new ones to astral projection, feel free to look around and research for yourself, this site provides excellent sources and links for almost any question on the subject, the only logical rule for any question or opinion i would be able to think of is KISS

Keep It Simple Stupid

not trying to offend, its just an old old saying, anyway like i said the best way to learn is to keep looking into different links that will eventually lead you to documents, videos, etc. etc. remember take in all views and then form your own opinion
but when it comes to something a little complicated and probably has no source or even if its something new to the fundamentals of meta-physics it's always awsome to share with your fellow Lifeforms  :-D

ENJOY
#157
Well it seems what you guys are talking about is just a common mistake of not keeping it KISS

Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

its actually applied to anything and everything
see the world has a funny way of making something so complex and yet so ironically simple
one of the problems even i face as a student to this so called social science is that yeah at times individuals like yourselves, other practitioners, and even me tend to start wanting to go into specifics, when in reality u cant really get specific when you are trying to apply something on a massive/general level

Like a cake  :-)

cook me up a lousiana short cake, or a pound cake, ok then strawberry cake

"what the how??? what do i need for the lousiana and the strawberry and how many pounds are in the pound cake??"
no silly what you do is u teach the basic principles behind making a cake the actual basic fundamentals in baking, matter of fact you dont even teach the cakes, you teach the Art of Baking, you learn how certain materials react with other materials, the importance of the Egg, Salt, Water, Milk, Yeast, Oil, u also teach the importance of the different tools u use and the different factors like temperature, humidity, the quality of the materials as well.

other than that u can make the worlds best lousiana short cake, but if thats all u know how to make then ur not that diverse a baker then huh?

but in reality it sucks when u cant explain or futher advance your teachings to another for the simple reason that, that life is theirs and theirs only u have no control,
"You can take the horse to river, but you cant make em drink the water"

i am very well aware of the fact that my generation is so fortunate to have a place like this where you can go and discuss these topics and opinions to thers and also not be RIDICULED for doing soo, i first got into this exploring on the web and i found Astral Viewers (whoot whoott!! :-D) and honestly ive learned and in my own knowledge that the world revolves around one universal understanding and that is to keep proving FACT! which makes me soo happy because atleast we are still doing what plato and socrates where doing and the Mayans and egyptians

You guys are Rockstars, and not just any rockstars but Astral Explorerz 8-) Thank you

(!)Keep Exploring

Having read the rest of your text I find that what I should learn from this dream is this:
In both physical waking reaility and when trying to obtain spiritual knowledge I need to be able to sit down and listen without judgment. In physical waking reality I need to learn tio listen to what people have to say without judging them before they have finished their sentance, or listening in non critical kind of way. I know that I already think of this but sometimes I cant help to cut them off in the middle of their sentances or getting irritated because I already know what they are going to say. I need to understand that listening is important to me because it gives me lessons of patience.

Exactly! right on the money

The hardest thing to do in a QUARREL is to let the other state their point and finish their statements because at times (especially if u already know ur right) you want to hurry up and end the lecture, because of no PATIENCE. what your really doing is being stubborn and IGNORANT towards any other Knowledge and Opinion, and honestly that doesnt make u look smart it makes u look like a CHILD or a SWORE LOSER
PATIENCE is the key to understanding the lesson
Remember it does not matter if you win the race first, what matters is that you need to know how to finish the RACE

you need to learn how to listen and be open minded towards others it does not necesarally(typo) mean to agree or accept their opinion its means..
YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY, BCUZ WHO KNOWS THEY MIGHT SAY SOMETHING TOTALLY OFF THE SUBJECCT YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN DEBATING ABOUT, BUT IT COULD BE AN ANSWER TO A QUESTION YOU HAVE HAD YOUR WHOLE LIFE ;)

The dinner was a gathering of all the influential people in your life to symbolize the personality u have gained little by little from them being that they were ur family, and family is always inside of us, we carry some traits from Family that we keep for the rest of our lives and they become "US"

Your teacher is the Internal Inlfuence u have over yourself, as in u are your own teacher, u made the dinner actually according to what u already know, and in doing so u were presenting the notion that this inner teacher was a master in which u learn from"Supposedly" actaully u learn from yourself, but ur family(which is also YOU) sees u speak of yourself as some already justifiable image that cant mess up on something simple like a dinner...then comes ur friend/guide

He is the external influence you have that actually symbolizes the truth and that truth is that what u did or what u said was actually not valid and there is an ERROR... which brings me to the disease

the disease is what you fall back on as an excuse to deflect the connflict from yourself or the blame
see your friend was hurt by an external force which is u and that is a real reason to be upset, because he trusted u wouldnt do that
and your disease is an internal force that is making u upset because in reality the only one who is at fault is u for not taking better care of yourself

which brings me to the final conclusion

There are many people who really love you including yourself(hopefully u love urself), and im not trying to assume but it seems that u play the victim or try to be the victim at times in your confrontations and conflicts with those loved ones, like friends, family, lovers, etc, and actaully even conflicts u have within yourself
and in reality u must open ur eyes and be open minded to just sit and be able to have a simple lecture, explaination, or conversation coming from them on something like how to cook a meal, ha ya know family moments, stop deflecting your own self critiziscm with excuses and falsehoods, the disease is ur own ignorance towards the issues of others, and the fuel of your excuse

other than that its good u had this dream, but now than never

Stookie and forestdean are right on the money

honestly ive never seen it through those words (becoming-Decaying) but actually that a pretty good way of defining it.

see what caused me to post this topic is, ive known for a fact the word destruction has always been misused throughout the ages and the other day i looked up the definition in quite a few different dictionarys even spanish dictionarys
they all say the same thing
Destruction-to cause such great damage to something that it is no longer functional, living, existing, etc.

i find that definition to be really sadd and gloomy.
when i see construction and destruction i like to think (as a reference) about birth and death

actually sometimes i like to believe that death comes first before birth, how?
well given that the way i see destruction is only to take away or transform, then the seed of the male and the egg of the female are two different beings, but then when they fuse, transform, die together they make one being
in order for the being to grow the mother has to eat nutritional matter which is then DESTRUCTED to be able to use the raw material that can then be CONSTRUCTED in the womb of the mother to make the childs body grow,

now i guess u can say this is a radical example but im not really trying to define the definition of destruction, since we all know the true reality of its character,
what im upset about is the fact that the ENGLISH and SPANISH dicctionary and probably even other dicctionarys have such a dark and gloomy description.

i love this word because when seen through its true form its is a very useful force that can be used as a magnificent tool for everyday obstacles
id write somemore right now but its the morning and im late for work so i'll be back a.s.a.p.

I Believe Destruction is on of the most ultimately misunderstood and improperly used words out there

"In Order to Construct One Must Understand to Destruct"

Kinda Like Alchemy.
When given matter in order to construct your idea you take the matter destruct it through transformation which then constructs your meta-physical idea into the physical; which is actually the definition for magick

know usualy i would just go on writing about this, but first i would like to see a response in order to get a sense of direction in the explanation since there is so many ways to tackle this, and most importantly id like to know if im even posting this topic in the right section??

u can just google a recipe

but truely the real bread and authentic taste is in the actual quality ingredients u use

because u cant get the same tasting grain, sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg, etc. unless u get it from that same place
its is true that more often than so in under developed countries the food is fresher since the place you obtained that food is not so far away from where it was extracted, made, concieved, reaped, grown
food in mexico taste great because its soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo fresh, like they literally killed that cow today,
my relatives had a pig or two? anyway when the pig got big enough they sold it to the butcher lady in the morning, BAM, eating em later that day  :-D

so yupp every state in mexico pretty much has a different taste and style
i personally like my uncle's recipe, i used to work for him as a baker in Oaxaca (state) and on that holiday we made that, his recipe is actually different from the most commonly seen like in mexico city, the one thats traditionally seen i guess more often is the one below

i couldnt find any pictures similar to ny uncle's style

make a nice sized peice of bread about the size of a cantaloupe/melon and u have to put alittle head firgure ornament in the bread before u bake it so it stays in there afterwards  [its a little muertito=deady or lil'spirit] its like a hard peice of wheat grain in the form of a head with different colored tops or hats, we also made tiny ones about the size an orange for the little kids on the first day which is designated for the children

in a situation like this, i would meditate and pray, also sing,
ya know stuff that will make me feel good in side as im pondering the answers to my solutions, maybe even astral project
and after i feel that ive purged my body's frequency of bad vibes i'll move on and or take action of what im supposed to do

now if ya wanna get fancy on the first day of the month in the morning id go around the house with olive oil and water dazzling it first on the North,East,South, then West while putting salt on the floor, id also rub Willow tree leaves with the stem on the parts i put oil and water
p.s all of the while your holding carbon incencse in one of those burning chalice/latern thingys
says your prayers and the next day sweep up the salt and your good

That is a question I have maybe I will start a thread on it.  Is evil a thing in it's own right or is it merely the absence of good?
there is no actual evil just the lack of good

Hi,
Too much influence from various religions some using a fear based control system to enable their hierarchical structures to denounce anything related to spirituality. Anyone within must obey their ruling or face bad consequences. Those who chose to abstain from religious culture are automatically denounced. Most are evil in consequence. Its an unfortunate fact that to attain closeness to god means following this route and being in a position of power within this system prohibits any acceptance of spirituality outside the governing rules.
Your culture has totally accepted a wide range of ideals encompassing all that is and respects those no longer here in the most passionate way.
Its unique and expresses a greater understanding of the wider reality.
Enjoy the celebrations.

in fact the Catholic Church really looks down upon any symbolism of Death, Demons, angels, ghost, spirits
so much that they even have a so called (counter Prayer)=magic
the catholic church is wide spread through latin america
sounds funny but its like a war between the forces of Dark and Light

Dia De Muertos is unique though because this holiday actually originated in pre-hispanic times, the natives celebrated ironically in this time of the year a day for harvest of one's mind, body, n soul

the aztecs would do major events...and we all know how wicked those got

other than my assumption is the catholic church, (after they conquered the America) realized that the latin slaves would not give up this holiday, thank god because they basically destroyed any piece of history which we had
soo realizing the people wouldnt budge they incorporated the wiccan holiday hallows eve, flipped it to halloween and slowly but surely instilled it into the catholic church.

technically the church and this holiday are different cultures

but it just so happens the people celebrate regardless :)

. Ultimately we're from outer space, possibly from the Lyra starsystem.

Now what makes you say that?? Why Lyra??
#173
yes it is!!!
of course its just one big reason to party nonstop with a very cool (the best) THEME

but on a real serious level it is an important time because it is when the meta and physical worlds are closest.
this time is perfect to reunite and celebrate with the deceased
its perfect for anything to do with spirituality, consciousness, AP, Magick, and also as paying respect towards the earth for letting have another year full of crops to harvest and to ask for help through the upcoming cold winter.
honestly i love this holiday so much the streets of the towns and cities look like a dream filled with a dark terror which when looked at closely you realize that its just the beautiful dead in which we should not fear because they are us and one day we will be them.

For some reason i have yet to see another country which celebrates the dead on such a massive scale.

in pretty much all the other cultures of the world they fear the dead or the supernatural, and even get scared at the thought of being transformed through death.
this holiday shows us that yes we can be scared of how we are going to die but we should not fear death its self...in reality death is the most rewarding gift u can get and it is a beautiful thing to experience. we must learn to always keep in our hearts the ones who have gone before us because in reality they are always exploring the astral world but its surprising to know that when they get sadd, bored, lonely, or just curious, they always come back and check up on FAMILY

  10/31-11/2

Dia de Los muertos is a special holiday celebrated on the first two days of november
on a personal level i like to include the wiccan tradition of hallows eve for a total of 3 days for fun

these 3 days are when the borders of the physical and meta-physical realms are closest
thus leaving the doors open for many interesting and very personal uses

the tradition goes of course everyone in the north celebrates halloween for the 31st with costumes, lights, candies, parties, foods, blah blah
down in mexico everyone uses this day to prepare the offerings for the dead
they aslo set-up their alters at the home for their loved who have passed

on the 1st day of november people gather flowers, pictures, bread, water, food, candy, candles, fruits, liquors, seeds nuts, money, sacred belongings,  diff decorations, etc. and go to the cemeteries to fix them up and make them beautiful,
they do this because on the 1st all the dead children are the first to come back and find their loved ones,
they celebrate at night with live music and dances throughout the streets of the towns with fireworks and plenty beer..
people in all beautifully different costumes
each parade has a set of characters which vary from place to place
the lady, the shepard, the child, the grim reaper, the devils, angels, the bride , the groom, the dead (which is everone else dancing)

parades and dances go on all night

then on the second day the cycle is repeated but this time its the dead adults who return to visit from the beyond
AND WE ALL DANCE AND DRINK TO LIVE MUSIC ALL NIGHT TILL THE SPIRITS CANT PARTY ANYMORE!!!

:cry:its soooo beautifull
