Games seem to help with dreaming. I have had a dream about something close to Resident Evil as well. It got into a loop where these zombies would keep coming into this room I was in. I would shoot them then it would start over again. After a few times it made me think of Resident Evil which made me think of my physical life and brought the dream close to lucidity. The rest of the dream was very vivid and somewhat lucid.

I totally understand what you are saying. It is a cycle. Things are kind of bad right now so many of us have to watch our money. Sadly this can put some of the smaller businesses out of business as the larger ones are more able to lower prices. And it is possible that once competition goes down the larger companies will raise prices. But there will be those consumers who will not like those prices and seek other outlets of products, hence new small businesses arise bringing competition back and thus lowering the prices again. So there is not much to really fear, unless there are changes in law to give these giant corporations total control. Things will get better some day and we will have money to spend on speed. If I had the money I would not mind spending a little extra to give to the smaller businesses, but right now I have to watch my money and look to good deals. If you have not been effected by the economic trouble as of late then I am very happy for you.

I once read, and I cannot recall where, that you should not move, change jobs, or really make any kind of major change in your life if you are not atleast content with your current situation. Why? Becaust it is very possible that it is not your job, house, etc that is making you unhappy but more likely it is something within yourself that is causing the unhappiness. It is only on the surface that it appears that it is your job or whatever and by changing to something new it may appear that you are more happy at first because of the newness. But if it is something within, you will not be happy no matter where you go, what job your have, or whatever change you make. So if you are unhappy you should look within to see what is wrong and fix it. Once you have atleast found contentment within your life you will be in a better position to make decisions that will actually better your life. I hope this helps.

It might be possible that no one was actually helping you out. You could of just been feeling the energies. It was not until after I read people describing the energy like someone grabbing or touching them that I started paying attention to it when I was trying to project. I was actually surprised at how much it does feel like someone is grabbing your feet and legs, or where ever.

I would say that you need to still your mind, possibly ignore all the voices. When I have let my "mind go" for awhile, meaning I have not been meditating or keeping my consciousness aware, I will get these voices as well. I think they are probably just part of yourself. Learn to control your thoughts and still your mind and the voices will go away, as well as any stray thoughts. And keep trying to project. Nothing can hurt you while out of body so do not be afraid.

I have dreams like that sometimes where it feels like I know the place. When I was younger (I don't know exactly now maybe early teens) I had several dreams over a long period about this town that I had not been to on the physical. Sometime I would be in the same area of this town in different dreams and other times I would go to other parts of it, yet I still knew that I was in the same town. It was kind of weird. I do not recall this town very well, if hardly at all, now but at the time of these dreams I could probably tell you how to get around in it. It is odd, but I find it somewhat comforting being in a place that is familar to me.

Is the estimated delivery date pretty accurate? It usually is on paid shipping but this is the first time I am getting the free shipping so I am not sure.  It is telling me they should be delivered at the end of next week. A week and a half is well worth the wait for me to save $22, and that does not include the savings I get from avoiding the 9.25% sales tax we have here.

Though you may not consciously remember your dreams, I believe your subconscious still retains what it learns while you sleep. So you may think that this process is blocked off to you but really it is not. You just do not consciously have this knowledge, but maybe if you meditate your subcon may show you what it knows.

I have to agree that women probably have an easier time having astral sex than men, though I believe men can have it too. I have actually read more women having astral sex and men just loosing control. I think this is because men tend to get very excited about sex very quickly while women are not in such a rush thus staying in control. I like how the Toaist put it, men are like fire and women are like water. Men can heat up and burn out very quickly if they go too fast, while it takes women longer to heat up. If men can learn to control their sexual desires then they should be able to have astral sex just as easily. It, like other emotions and thoughts on the astral, require control in order to accomplish anything. I have not had astral sex yet but I see nothing wrong with it.

I love playing video games. I prefer games that require atleast a little thought. I think they can be a waste of time, as well as tv. But that does not mean that people should not play them. You do need some time to relax and do something enjoyable. If you play for several hours every day that might be a little excessive and be a waste of time, been there done that. But every now and then when you do not have something else to do, or just need to chill they are good. If you play them and neglect other parts of your life or things that need to be done then yes they are a big waste of time. But they can also be good as well. Some games can improve your thinking and problem solving skills as well as hand/eye cordination. So if you are improving yourself they are not a waste of time, are they? There are many educational tv shows on that you could be watching, so if you are learning is it a waste of time? It really depends on how you are using your time and what you are using your tv/game time for.

jilola, there are many that believe that we exist at the same time on all planes. We are just not fully aware of it. I have believed this since I started learning about astral projection and other planes. When we project we are moving our consciousness or awareness from one "body" to another. I am not sure if body is a good word to use but it is the best I can think of right now. If you do energy work, when you are working with your energy you are becoming aware of it and working with it with your consciousness of it. But if you are not aware of it at the time it is still there reguardless.

I have had similar experience, though not like yours. I have had two occurances where I became aware of both my physical and astral bodies. Interesting experiences. One happened when I was trying to project and another while I was meditating. Sometimes during the day I will become aware of my astral body, but not to the extent that you did. Could be interesting to explore, but it could get confusing depending on the situation.

clandestino, I agree with you. Though I think it is more like you become more skilled at projecting so it becomes easier for you to "slip out". After it comes natural to you, you can do it without thinking about it. Maybe your subconscious feels like you should project so it just does it, like a habit. Since it was around the time that Frank usually projects this seems to make sense.

I guess it is understandable of the prejudice against Palestine and Arabs at the time of these writings. After all the Hebrews were a very small group trying to survive among them so their views were skewed to one day conquering these people and being a mighty nation. But in this day and age I find such flat out hatred of one group of people repulsive. The average Palestine, Arab, and Jew only wants to be left in peace to live out their lives. I am sure that there are ill feelings because of the long history of struggles between them. But I think that this continues mostly for political reasons and because of such short sighted closed minded fundamentalism. After all it was such people, close minded extreme fundamentalist, that flew the planes into the World Trade Center. Such people that would put on white sheets, burn crosses and hang people just because of the color of their skin. Such extremist that would try to kill an entire race because they thought that they caused the down fall of their own nation so they should clense the world of them. Such genocidal ideas have always existed and unfortunately still exist today. The thing is you would think that we would learn by now that such views are very wrong, never truly work out the way they are planned and in the end only cause pain and suffering to all parties involved. Peace only comes about by peace, not violence. If they want peace in the Middle East all parties will have to find a peaceful solution. Jesus taught love, not violence and war. If you wish to get people to listen to Christian views then you should tell them what Christianity is really about and not use scare tactics as that seems to make the religion seem cheap and worthless. In the days when the Christian Church had alot of political and ruling power such things could work, especially since the common man had little education. Now in this age information flows so freely that most people can be fairly educated. Plus the church has little ruling power now. With so many other religions and beliefs available that put the truth of love and peace in the forfront, Christians needs to look at what it is really about and reasses its methods of recruiting.

For many people I would say that reaching planes above the astral is a major achievement. Most people are SO caught up in materialism that I think it will be hard for them to move beyond it. The astral seems to be closely tied to the physical so it can give you pretty much any kind of material thing that you want. This can lead to loops that Frank has descibed for us in his lessons with his guide. But maybe these loops are good, as hopefully these people that are caught in them will eventually realize what is going on and be able to see beyond their materialism.

The subject of astral projection, OBEs, and anything to do with other planes can be somewhat confusing, especially at first. There is no set terminology for these things, and it can be very difficult to describe nonphysical things in languages that are so physical. There are the traditional mystic terms that many use, but then there are those that wish to remove their research from the "occult" and base it on their own experiences in a more scientific manner. In doing so they come up with their own terms. Then there are those that use terms from both areas in a casual way. So one word could be taken several different ways, such as astral. So it takes a little reading to understand how a person is using a word. From what I have read, authors use different words but are all describing pretty much the same thing. In a way I think this is good as it shows that even though people have approached astral travel from different points they seem to always find the same basic structure.

Well first thing you need to learn is patience. If you are not patient and try to hurry things along then chances are you will never able to do this. You should start meditating, learn to slow down and relax, and learn to still your mind. Start with these and read some of that articles and posts on this site and you should be well on your way. Something I wanted to add. Guides seem to show up, or help you in some way if you need it. Awhile back I was laying down to meditate a few minutes before dinner. I started to project, I was still in my body but could easily get out. I suddenly saw this "portal" before me and a weird landscape beyond it. I was curious about it but the scene was so odd that I could not grasp it. I studied this portal for awhile and slowly moved towards it. Then this voice told me that I was not ready for that place yet. I am not sure who said this, but they seemed to be helping me.

I am no expert but from the posts I have read it seems that you need a certain amount of control while out of body before you have any profound experiences with guides. This does not mean that you will not have contact with them before you reach that point, but I do think that they cannot help you a lot until you do reach a certain point in your growth. You should do as mentioned already here and try to have contact with any guides or helpful entities, but at the same time you need to be doing a few things. First you need to learn to get over your fear and control your emotions. As long as you fear this demon thing than you will not be able to get past it and grow. One of the first things to learn if you plan to do anything worth while on the astral is to get over fear. Not an easy thing to do by any means but it is something you need to do. Nothing can hurt you while out of body. If you give into your fear or any other emotion then things and whirl out of control, but nothing can kill you or such. Secondly you should not make assumptions but instead view everything with curiosity. Try to not make judgements about things as your thoughts can shift the astral and obsure what is true, or take you out of what has been called the Astral Proper and be put into more of a thought form playground. In your attempts to do these things ask for help from guides. Though you may not see anyone you never know if they might just be helping you in other ways once asked.

What do you mean by black magic? This is rather vague as I have heard this referred to many different things. I can tell you this much, if you have a fear of this and of going to hell then you should not do it. You will definately be forced to face your fears, reguardless if they truly have any merit or not. If you think you will go to hell you will most likely find yourself in a place you think of as hell.

Have you seen a doctor about them?

Could someone please point us in the direction of these so called pictures. I have never seen an official picture or footage from NASA showing the flag whipping in the wind. With todays technology it would be easy to fake any such pictures. I could have you a picture of Robert Bruce sitting on the green Cricket couch (for those not in America it has to do with a cell phone company) with Brittney Spears on the moon in about 10 minutes, give me about an hour or two if you want it to look believable.

Inguma, anyone can pick anything apart if they wish to do so. I do not see anything contructive about that. On the other hand looking at something with an unbias opinion to find the truth is much more helpful.

While out of body you do not have any actual true form. So you should be able to project or change into any form you wish. I have not done this while astral projecting, but I have had a few dreams in which I was rather aware and I changed into a wolf and werewolf (being part human and wolf at the same time).

As far as taking over another's body, either human, animal or whatever, I am not sure it is possible. I have read many posts about it not being possible to take over a human and we are all in agreement on that. I get the feeling that it is probably the same for all creatures. From what I have read about those who allow spirits to talk through them, it takes a great deal of effort on the spirits part to communicate in such a manner and it can only be done if the person allows them to do it. So unless some animal wishes for you to take control of them you probably cannot, and I doubt an animal would really want that.

James S, I think there is nothing wrong with the statement of not being of this world. It depends on how it is taken and used. On the one hand it helps Christains to see that there is more beyond the physical and that they should strive to be more spiritual. But unfortunately it is usually used in a different way. I have mostly seen it used to elevate Christains above other people, animals, basicly everything on the physical. It is used as an excuse for not taking action or getting involved in world affairs or worse as an excuse for abusing things on the physical. We are very much of this world, but there is more to us than just the flesh.

I have to agree with Adrian's statement. There are enough places to discuss beliefs and religion. This new site seems to be one that is to be about experience into the spiritual. He does not want the entanglements of religions or other organized beliefs that are based only on faith where arguments can arise with no one having proof of being right or wrong. I look forward to this site and what will be discussed there in an objective manner.
