Greetings Xephyr and welcome.
Some people are extremely fortunate as they attempt an OBE with little or no knowledge of induction methods and they are successful and manage to get out of body. For other people it happens completely by accident. However, most people need to know and consciously attempt at least one deliberate OBE method. Fortunately there are many such OBE methods to be found here. Hopefully you will find the one that works for you.

It appears that you do have a talent with dreams and OBEs. Astral Pulse is a very good place to acquire the skills needed to become lucid in dreams and deliberately induce OBEs. You might want to start by reading some threads in the "Welcome to the Astral FAQ" forum as there's a lot of info there. Then you can post any questions in the many other forums.

Welcome to AstralPulse.
Lionheart's advice is good as there is a lot of info in the astral FAQ forum. You should be able to find several OBE induction methods there. I suggest that you try one induction method for 2 or 3 weeks. Hopefully you will have an OBE but if not then select another method.

9 OBEs is Very impressive. To your credit you were able to seize the opportunity and make the most of it. Apparently you visited one or more non-physical locations. That museum-like building probably only exists in the astral (non-physical) and probably does Not have a physical world counterpart. Chances are that the museum is part of a larger Belief System Territory (or, as some would like to call it, a higher Focus Level (F15 or F23??).
As OBEs tends to happen in bunches (they do for me anyway) you might be fortunate to experience a bunch more in the next few days.

The experience that you mentioned probably Was an OBE, or at least the beginnings of one. If it happens again I recommend trying to stay calm and rolling over onto the floor. If you can do it then you will be fully out of body.

I DO Distinctly remember hearing (on radio) about the death of Nelson Mandela. Now I can't remember where or when but this was Way back, at least 8 or 9 years ago!
Could this be a "false memory"??  Or maybe only partial recall of an otherwise forgotten dream??
Maybe, but probably not.
BTW I also Distinctly recall hearing/reading about the death of Dom Deluise. So does anyone know if he is still with us?? because I also remember hearing something about him very recently.

Regarding the experience that you described   -  that certainly appears to have been an OBE.
It Can be hard to distinguish an OBE from a lucid dream. However, if you are fully lucid and aware then Intent is the determining factor. Meaning that if you want to have an OBE then you can shift your consciousness into the out of body state. If you want to remain lucid and basically create your own story line and dreamscape then you can choose to remain in the lucid dream.
Just remember that creating people and objects is more difficult in an OBE as reality is more objective whereas in a lucid dream it is more self made and subjective. So if what you create soon disappears then chances are you have gotten fully out of body.

Being able to talk to someone about going out of body is important as it offers support to what is a very little known and understood experience. So being a member of this site Should help you there. Many people here realize that it can take weeks, months or even longer before a person manages to have that very first deliberate conscious OBE. So try to be patient and positive and hopefully your first OBE will happen very soon.

Fascinating theory. Yes, matter going into a black hole has to go somewhere. Perhaps some black holes open out into white holes, either in this universe or into a parallel/alternate universe. If so then it might one day be possible to send information (via quantum 'entangled' subatomic particles), or even physical matter, through a black hole into another galaxy. Or maybe into another universe entirely!. Today this is only science fiction (or cutting edge theoretical physical) but it might one day be accepted scientific practice.
