Here is something I was told before it may help you understand somethings. You may call this core images or visualizations sent to you but most you will are just illusions. I was told this long ago after I first start getting attacked. Witches know alot about the illusions. Matter of fact I think alot of people that are schizo probably are attacked by thoughtforms. I have also come across someone else that has this theory. From what I have experienced and what my attacker told me at the time of these feelings and visions I know they are illusions. It's the same effect that a hallusionogentic drugs has on a person. You feel it with your extra sense or ESP but it's not taking place on the physical level, which might not be happening on the astral level either. This is what is mean by the illusion. Don't mix this up with something being done to your etheric body. It has more to do with what Robert calls planting core images. It's a mental image sent to you to upset you and instill fear in you.
I at the present time deny everything that has happen to me. From the time I was born to now, I consider it as just a core image that was implanted in me. This helps with guilt that might be used agianst you. I been going through a conversation of whether I have a psychic ability or not, to avoid an arguement I just say it never happened it was just something implanted in me, as a core image. I mostly go through a mental challenge, my attack once told me physically that I don't like mind games. Although I have been attacked through physical illness and other energy attacks. Ones that where forced upon me.
One thing a magician learns, I'll call it that because that's the label used when I found the information, is to stablize his or her's emotions or body reactions. I can understand this because I know that strong emeotions can be sent to you. I have experienced this before and was able to control it until the last time. Know we are being attacked gives us an advantage. Before I knew I was being attacked I did somethings that my attacker sent me. After the full attack started with my awareness of it I realized looking back what was forced upon me.
Here is something I have learned, some was told to me by people with knowledge and some I have heard through the news. When incidents happen you may hear the term The Devil made me do it or God told me to. I questions this due to psychic experience. If the devil made you do then question the influence around if there is some attack going on. If you hear God told me to do then people should question the God. If you believe in a good God he wouldn't have you harm someone that's the devils doing. I myself am still having trouble with the spirits attacking people or demons. Here is one reason. I have a book I won't say what one it is. There is a ritual where the person has his etheric body shape into a God or Godess. I'm full aware that if you can do this with a God then you can do this with a demon. When you shapeshift you take upon the qualities of this God.

One of the person's there knew I was beening attacked, knew I was taking meds at one time because of my aura and seen my attacker had a dagger in my chest which I felt a sharp pain at the time. I have been to two other people that know this person that is attacking me. In no way have they even tried to deny he was attacking me. I had one person online see a cord going from me to this person.
Does anyone here know anything about alchemy. I know what is believed is that you turn other metal into gold. I don't believe that's what alchemy really is. It's the use of atoms. Everything is energy but it's also in the form of chemicals or molecules. I belong to a group and one person said they was able to bring into the aura a mild form of pain killer. This would be alchemy. This example here is used for a positive reason. When being attacked alchemy can be used to harm someone.

Was strucking in the throat with a zap of bad energy. Ended up with a sinus problems and chest cold. Not to long ago I had an absess tooth due to the energy sent to me on the left side of my face. This is for the rape topic. How can you say responsible. People that think like this are close to the way rapist think. If i want to get drunk I have every right to get drunk without some guy trying to take advantage of that. I have every right to go anywhere I choose to go. For one thing read Dion Fortune's book on Psychic self-defense she tells you to close the victims aura. I know your chakras can be attuned, they are attuned for different reason's and are done from either in person or done from projection. If you don't believe this i'll give you an example but in no means am i accuse them of doing this.
Look up at the top of the screen the topic says Psychic self-defense.  We post here because we are being attacked. Robert Bruce has a book out on self-defense because he experienced attacks. Our problem isn't go out in public and pick up some bad attitude energy and have it for a day and it's gone.

Maybe if you knew black magic you would know what it's about and could help. All magic is based onyour aura and chakras. I was told I was preauratized, this is a word that was told to me. You can assume what ever you want by this word and me using it. Many people use different words but the concept is the same.
If anyone does energy work or opens or closes there chakras they should feel it. I have someone do something to mine. I once seen my attacker send me a scarab beetle to my heart chakra. I seen this with my eyes open. I see dark shadows out of the corner of my eyes. I see my attacker here with me at times.
Maybe this will help you. Most of us beening attack have our psychic channels open blown open that means we experience every sense on another plane, astral, spiritual what ever. We recieve what our attackers send us.

I got a question for anyone that can answer. Most mediations and visualization tell you to close your eyes to visual what you want. In my experience I have been able to visualize with my eyes open and to project this image in front of me. I have done this more since my attacker interfers with my visualization when my eyes are closed. I was onced told that most people close their eyes so they have a screen to project an image on. Does anyone know whether your eyes have to be closed or if they can also be opened too.

I went to the first book. Master Keys (something like that) I worked on the first exercise and plan on doing it for a week then going to the second. I plan to finish this one first then go to another book. I am also working on alternative healing from a library book that i need to get back. I'll give you more feed back when i read more.

You need to understand a lot of what i posted was told to me by my attacker. You wouldn't believe most of the things this man has told me you would laugh. I now laugh about the warped crap this man told me. Talk about psychic experiences wow i could fill a book. Look back at what i wrote where he told me things lol. I am presently working with someone to find answer to the two of us and others. This persons attacker told her about him having the keys to the doorway of the subconscious. Does anyone know what this means?
from my understanding he has the keys to her subconsciousness. Which leads me to believe this is also my experience.
I was also told that my attacked has me out of line. I would assume this is my chakras, not only that it would have to do with the alignments of the planets.
What is being done to us isn't some simple magic. These man are experienced. They have done this for atleast 30 years. As soon as something is undone they are doing something else. It's a constant battle for us.
Another thing you need to understand this is more of a possession for us. I can feel the energy this person sends me. I aslo believe this persons energy is with me. Until this is taken care of many techniques are not going to work for us.
One night i felt my attacker run through me, he was in my aura close to my chest. He came from the feet up. Robert talks about entering someone when they are out of body this man did it while i was there, it was probably on a different level but he still went through me.
I have been searching for ways to close the aura to keep them out.
Not only that my two boys have felt the energy in their feet. I was told that this is how this man got in.
This isn't a simple matter or just a vampire attack for energy.

I had this person make me hear balls running through my head and see colors. I assume with good cause the colors where for the chakras. The balls are still in question. I found a few topics on sound and tones. This would be like tuning your chakras to what they want or having control over them. I have talked to other people going through somewhat the same situation I am. They also appear to have had soemthing done to their chakras. We are all trying to undo what has been done to us. I read enough about magic to understand it's all based on energy and energy runs through your chakras. There is also somethign else, it's not only me that has been told this. My attacker told me he preauratized me. Another person told me that her attacker said he blanketed her and has her fully covered now. Some might call this overshadowing or it might be known as another terminology. I had my aura dragged by this person. I could feel the energy and it felt heavy, it felt like i (aura) was being pulled down. This person may have open my aura up to him. I had cords to this person and they where removed. It's hard to find help in the area when he is known by the people you would seek to find help.
I was wondering if you have experience with this things do you have any suggestions on what might a person do to stop this. I have experienced many things, not only does this person do magic on me I see how he can do it to other people around me. Which I assume he is using remote viewing. Most people aren't aware of energy.
I know what it is like to be drained of energy, I almost passed out several time from this person. There is something else, that would appear to be a drain of energy but I wouldn't say it was, yuo would have the appearance of not having energy but you can feel the energy sent to you but the energy is a heavy feeling, there are no negative thoughts sent with it just a feeling of being weighed down. Does anyone know what this would be. It's not draining my energy, it's close to a depression energy. I have also been pumped with energy that has kept me up all night.

you have never been attacked before, i think i can assume that from what you speak. Ask someone that has. I have been attacked for the last 5 years. I assume you are not advanced in your knowledge in magic and most importantly the effects of magic on yourself. There are tpyes of magic and I would also say there are levels of magic also. I use this term to explain in simple terms for people to understand. The first level I would call sutle. This is where energy in the form of thoughts are sent to you. I say thoughts because you think they are your thoughts. Whether negative or positive thoughts. Some negative thoughts are good as- this causes me pain so i don't like it. But the thoughts you get are more complex as this sometimes you get a negative thought when you should have a positive thought and vice verse. The you can the emotions, this is a stronger form and the feelings you feel are within you so you think it's coming from you. until you gain knowledge of yourself and your aura you know what is coming from inside you and what is coming from outside. I have seen energy bounced to several people before and they repeated the thoughtform that was sent from the energy. I know this from experience. Then you have telepathy, this form of energy is distinquishable due to the voice. Here is an example that i call a strong level. A couple weeks ago I was working and had some problem at work. I was ready to quit and decided it was my last day. I had a talk to the plant manager and after the attack I was talking to a couple guys about the metal I asked them if They had goo gone. They started laughing in my face. I felt this very strong energy around my face. Then all of a sudden my hands whent down to my hips and I said that's cause your not the female and they started whooing me. This actiiing and words where not of my own. This was the power of the person attacking me. This isn't the first time this has happened I had to keep myself on my toes because of some of the attempt and successful ones that where made for me to react the way this person wants me to. If you have read Robert's book he will tell you about this when he said he started to lose control of his arm movements. In all honestly there are people out there that know more then what they tell is possible. Some maybe due to the occult or what ever name is fit that you use. I in all honesty believe that most attacks comes from people that have knowledge. I have read much on the subject due to my experience and everything that I have come across appears that it comes from people that have the knowledge. I read many website where people would think a negative thought about someone and then suddenly something happens to the person they was thinking about. This just isn't true and from personal experience I can say it isn;t true. Now with people that have a certain ability and they think something negative about a person, like an attacker then something negative will happen. I hear negative thungs around me we all do, my attacker now thinks he can cause things to happen to people around me for saying something negative. He feels as though he has a right to play out karma on people for saying things. It's a contradiction to him attacking me and causing no karma to himself for what he says to me and no pain for what he sends me.
People create there own reality, in a sense that is true. One doesn't create an attack, and it's not easy to see through the bright side of it. If you don't like a physical event you can walk away from it. You can aways change the way you think. When someone places something on you there is a struggle on creating your world and your perception of the world. You spend more time struggling with your right to be alive let alone what you want to create in life. It's not easy to go through life knowing you shouldn't be going through what you are going through. This is just about beliefs here many people don't hold the belief of attacks but it's true. I tried to get help once from a psychic in the area. I talked to his wife and told her about the attack. She told me she didn't believe it could happen. I don't believe this woman could spend years with a man and not know about the ability this man has. My attackers wife knows he does candle magic but doesn't know what else the man can do? Talk about sheilding the mind, this isn't a real shield. It's self denial and self denial only helps when you are on the wrong side.
You give them power, many will say this but it's not true either. They have power but there is also more to this. I'm not sure what was all dne to me. The power over me has to do with what has been done to me.
I just now come across nita's website, there is much I have learned. Even more is what may have been done to me. One think is I was hexed by my attacker. He told it himself. My daughter called him after my attack thinking she could get him to help me. He told her someone must have hexed me over the phone.
My attacker is using the qabalah to attack me. He sending me energy to these chakras. The hips is just one way he has done it. I get energy sent to my eyes and temples.
White magic channels can be used to harm people. You can send energy to help people to their chakras or channels instead of sending positive they send negative.
Most people that have a negative attitude have them because of what they learn when growing up. We are to learn to get over some of the negative attitudes in live this is the lessons in life. When someone does magic of this sort on you it's no longer a lesson in life you are to learn.
I understand the people here looking for help fron real attacks. Your first instinct is to survive and most are having a hard time doing this. It took me almost two years to get over the instinct.
I now have to work on the energy that is sent to me. It's not easy having energy pouring into your head and the energy is heavy and hurts. Before I had the energy feel as though it was frying my brain.
It's more then thinking whether something has power over you or not I don't feel my attacker has power over me. He has had power over me. About the only thing he doesn't have power over anymore is my mind. He was able to influence my thoughts in a sutle way in the past but isn't any more. He has also been able to put words in my mouth. But not my thoughts. It's a little hard for some people to understand until you actually go through something like this.
Not everyone out there that has a bad thought come to them is being attacked. We all have negative thoughts according to our likes and dislikes. Look at it this way. I think that it's my right to not be attacked. I had physical problems because of this attack and so has my family. We have a right to feel negative about what has happened to us. With this negativity it also tells us that we deserve something better, thus we deserve a better life then what we are living a positive behind the negative.
If you want more understanding, I'm more than willing to share my experience and my knowledge that I have gained. I in no way know everything and I can speak mostly from experience.

Hi, I didn't get to read the whole thread. I like to share this story with you. When I was around 12 to 14 I had dreams of santa claus trying to kill me. I was always running upstairs then to the corner of the hall way. In my house there was only one flight of stairs but in the dream there was many fights. This was a reoccuring dream for me. The only thing I could connect it to was that my great grandmother died on Christmas day, the very next year my niece died at 4 weeks old on Christmas day. I remember thinking that either me or my mother was going to die the next year.

Here is something of interest, I found it in a reiki book. i aslo found there is sound therapy. Someone may want to look into this for more information. Classical music helps the heart chakra open. Pop music is good for the root and sacral chakras, it also energizes you(motivates, Sitar are for the higher chakras, and religious and mantras are used for the higher chakras.

I just finishing reading Natural Healer's Acupressure Handbook G-Jo Fingertip Technique By Michael Blate, I got it from my local library. I found there are several pressure points for pain control centers, there is also fear control, smoking control, thirst control, breathing control ,temper control , sneezing control,warm-up control, stuttering control, hiccup control, stamania control  and sleep control centers. There are also a few Bioenergy control centers I believe they are the heart through the root chakras. I also found one for Possession by Devil here you put you hand at the tip of your should go down another hand length, 2 hand length's from the tpi of your shoulder. Hand length is measured by YOUR hand from your knuckles across. Use your thumb tip and apply pressure for 20 to 30 seconds moving in a counterclockwise circle.
I found an article on demons, the lowest level of demons are suppose to be viruses and bacteria. I believe this is also the astral level or plane 1 demons.
Last week my attacker sent me a pain to my throat chakra and i ended up with a sore throat and mucus in my chest and sinuses. This was a sharp pain and it came from outside my body. If you are aware of your aura you can understand, I have had energy pumped into my heart chakra and could feel it outside my body. If anyone would like to know pressure points for the bioenergy and control centers let me know. If you have any symptoms you need to easy i can also give you theses.
I also posted somewhere esle about reiki. Most book will tell you you have to be attuned for reiki. The attunement is to open your own healing center within yourself. I found one book Power of Reiki by Tanmaya Honervogt and she says you can still give yourself reiki without an attunement, the flow of energy just is as strong as when you are attuned. This book also tells you how to harmonize your chakras "if there is a block of flow it may lead to an imbalance and to mental-spiritual or physical disorder".
I suggest to try these to help alleviate some of the symptoms of attacks.

It odd that you say this. I was able to do readings for peopel when they wasn't present. I'm going to look into that word you said. See if I can uncover anything. I thought the cards where predicting what was coming or what is around you. I even used then to uncover past event to understand them better. I have also come acroos information that you can use them to cast spells. There is a book at the bookstore I go to. I really haven't look at. I think it may have to do with the lay out.

Here is another way to look at karma for you. You must get through this. I found out that in a past lifetime I was a victim of my attackers black magic. I will get through this completely. It is my karma to be free, totally free then my future live times I will not be a victim to other peoples black magic. Get through this and you will be free not only that you may free other people.

1.Mostly your imagination. This is so far from being true. I'm not sure where you have gotten this from, I have seen it several places. To me, this is what is taught so people believe that attacks don't occur. There are many people out there preforming magic and many people aren't aware enough to know it. Thus they aren't aware of what is being done to them. I went through this stage and can look back and realize it. I'm not into imagining people are attacking me and threating my family and other people. That's a little over board. i can understand questioning other people's motives for their actions but to dream up someone is threating my family isn't my imagination.
Projection- I know what projection is, I not the projectioner. I'm not far from a degree in psychology. I know about the self-defense mechanisms. I don't think I'm that bad of a person or have a big ego to project my fualts or feelings onto another person.
Need of occult knowledge- there are many people out there with occult knowledge. I have found much on the internet along with people telling me information. I know somewhat of prana and bouncing of energy. I seen energy bounced to a person and cause them to say something they wouldn't have said. This is all fact.
When someone does magic whether it is  good or bad and it goes against what you want it is still a form of attack.
From my experience i could tell you how to attack people. There are some people i have come across that are learning how to take people's voice from them.
Physical exam- I don't need a physical I had one last year. I have no physical problem that would cause what I experience. The problem with modern medicine is that it doesn't cover the astral plane. People that experience attacks are labeled with a mental condition. They will say you have a chemical imbalance. Unless they can prove to me by a test that my brain is malfunctioning I'm not believing it. If a test can prove that my chemicals are imbalanced to cause me to have fear this also prove my point that this is happening also. A chemical imbalance isn't going to happen over night.
If you are a neophyt getting into magic then you will also know that you can communicate telepathically. Then to psychic attacks occur.
Not all attacks are from discarnates. I would say most are from incarnates. In some form whether mild or strong.
All you have to do is open someones aura and you are in. It doesn't matter if it is strong or not. I come to beleive when this person asked me if they could drag my aura to take the negativity out he  opened me up to him.
There is also the believe that when you are attacked you allow it on some level. This is far from the truth also, I believe this also comes from the theory of those that attack people to justify what they are doing. Most people don't know about aura or even believe it. I didn't find out until 5 yr.s ago. It did help me understand many things.

Salt and water is a purifing agent. When spells are cast most people put salt in a circle to keep out negative energies while casting the spell. Salt is also used to cleanse crystals. People will use salt to enclose their home so no negativity can enter the home.

Holy water blessed by priest. I found out to day that anyone can bless anything. Just dedicate it to the father, mother and son. I was told that it just sounds better coming from a priest. It's something we are taught to believe. Some will tell you that's it's the words which is considered formula. You will also hear it's the intent which blessing it in their name is for a good purpose.

Hi Iris, I just read through the post here again and I found it odd that the psychic you seen didn't offer to remove this from you. They should be experienced in this. Unless this person isn't advnced in the field there maybe some reason they didn't remove it for you. You may want to get another opinion from someone.

This is a normal procedure now in case rolled coins come up short. If you have a bad feeling about the energy cleanse the pennies and container in salt water and bless them before you pass them on. You may be picking up on negative energies of people who had possessed them at one time.
