Days before the ash cloud could even reach Germany the airports were already closed down, the excuse was that airplane-damaging particles would already be here.
Meanwhile it's been costing airlines (and the the people) billions per day as dozens of test flights have been done even directly into the cloud revealing not the slightest scratch to any of their systems however I think that it was clear since the beginning that the criminal governments responsible for this unreasonable and irresponsible act are doing their best to trash the economies on purpose by every means possible. Even those people who still do not accept the obvious fact that it is happening on purpose, they must still face the fact that what the government is doing - is  effectively destroying the economy. Still, the brainwashed TV watchers here in Europe do nothing to take the maniacs, in power out of power, for the media is still convincing them that illegalizing airplane flights was a reasonable safety measure just like they believed giving government, banks and corporations billions of dollars for free was a safety measure.
Why are they trashing the economy on purpose? It is generally understood today that the elitary establishments do this in order to generate crises allowing them to swallow smaller countries and creating multi-national unions reduced under one rule and thereby centralizing power.
It is was funny when here in Germany there was crystal clear sky the whole time since the beginning of the lockdown, yet the supposedly present and dangerous sulphurous particles held airplanes grounded.
Then yesterday, a few days into the lockdown, a number of planes were allowed to go under special permits and since then the "chemtrail" cloud seeding planes continued their operations aswell. Now, the sky in germany is completly bedded in a dead flat layer of artificial clouds again.

The most mutually benefiting step now would be to suspend by force the governments responsible for these maniacal and unconstitutional actions and charge all ministers involved aswell as charging all central banks and federal reserve (who amongst other criminal organizations fuel the many criminal gov. establishments with money) and illegalizing their ability to create money from nothing and giving it to anyone they want and of course, returning to the gold standard.
This however is an unlikely occurance given the enormously degenerate state of mind, many people are found in today. Noone in their right mind would elect the kind of leaders that are in charge nowadays. Republics have been reduced to democracies.
The citizens of the world are being robbed of their money, their rights and their minds but most of them seem to be in hopeless slumber, still for decades.
What a shame it is to see this bio-chemical, spiritual and social degeneration of humanity, considering the enormous natural potential they once held.

Now I understand it's not really a belief as much as it is concrete knowledge but when speaking of it what do you usually call it?Astralism?Cause everytime someone asks what religion i believe in I am at a lost.I tire of having to explain the whole concept of layers and the soul and dreams and stuff. And I dont wanna say I'm atheist cause i'm not.None of us are really. So what do you call it?Is there a unified name for our philosophy? What do I say when people ask me that same old question?

Dear tetrabane,

I think what you mean is spiritism & spiritualism.

Okay, so I'm at a point in my life where I really need some peace. Awhile ago I was very into meditation and it really did wonders for me - but with the busier I've got the more and more I've dropped away from it. I've tried it a few times recently and... nothing. I used to be able to get that nice peaceful feeling in minutes, now I'm sitting aimlessly.

Are there any meditation techniques that I would benefit from? I'm laying down and just monitoring my breath, if you need to know.

Also, I have a Wiccan friend who constantly talks about meeting his spirit guide... Now I'm not a super huge believer in very much past alternate dimensions, but I can probably buy off on a spirit guide if it was really just my higher self. Is there anything I can do to meet my spirit guide somewhat sooner? It took my friend almost his whole initiation into the craft to finally meet his guide, so about a year. And he's still not great at it - he only gets results about 1/4 sessions.

At this point I'd just like someone to talk to, some peace, and to be completely honest... I'd like to know that there is something else there. Something beyond this hole of a world. I'm not searching for an afterlife or anything - just a place to go that I know is actually well off. Somewhere where things are right.

Thanks for reading, please, if you think any information you have would help me, post it. I really do appreciate it.

Dear Dusty2010,

after all my experience in meditation I have concluded that there is really no substitute to
cleansing one's aura, the letting go from all attachments in order to be patient, focused and free in that moment.
This is absolutely essential. If there is the slightest mental discomfort one will not get very far. One has to release all major blockages first in order to be able to arrive in altered states of consciousness.
In most people, there is more activity in their subconscious minds than they can even realize, spiritual dirt has accumulated in their minds causing them to be unable to relax but themselves being oblivious of it.

QuoteIt took my friend almost his whole initiation into the craft to finally meet his guide, so about a year. And he's still not great at it - he only gets results about 1/4 sessions.
The time it takes to answer the question "Who Am I and what are my connections" is simply a matter of one's own willingness to let go, as it were. It doesn't have to take a year.

In my opinion, one of the greatest things with meditation is the continual realization that it's practice connects oneself to the divine more than anything else and how unneeded all the things in the world that money can buy are. Over time the meditator becomes very Zen but as soon as he stops meditating, he'll go back to where he started from and life may become dull and mean again.

Meditation should be as uncomplicated as possible. Techniques should be avoided. I tried all sorts of techniques that could possibly make it easier and it led me right nowhere. Initially one should focus on relaxing mentally and physically but staying alert at all times to avoid falling asleep or being swept away by random trains of thought. If one does this, one will eventually slip into a focal point automatically and effortlessly where he can remain comfortably for dozens of minutes. It appears to be a balancing act.

In a realm where many things are possible, delusion and insanity receives a whole new meaning.

It is true that many if not most people encountered in the astral are whacked out of their minds for what they have gone through in the astral and physical.

Remember that pile of humans, moving mindlessly to try and unable to satisfie their sexual desires whom R. Monroe found in the astral.

Another book describes Opium victims, lying mind-erased in dark cave-like structures in the astral realm after they had previously killed themselves by overdoses.

There is indeed great danger in the astral - of losing one's mind. Sometimes a horrible death can be enough to have the victim re-living the same thing for centuries (in physical time) after their deaths unless they are very lucky and somehow manage to learn to let go, so i I suppose this applies to reflecting about tea pots aswell.

In the physical body one's mind is protected by chemical balance to some extend but in the astral those boundaries are non-existant.

I love Steve Roach's Structures From Silence. I used to listen to it every night while falling asleep.

It would remind me of something like purple-colored surf waves made of sound rolling in and washing over me.

I personally much prefer silence and tranquility and most of the time I don't even like to run entertainment in my head just to please my body mind. I did it all the time tho when I used to walk back home from school, i created movies inside my head and this would move me out of body awareness very much and my body would just simply be heading home in autopilot.

I really don't see it being an individual phenomenon tho. The body mind seems to be programmed to wanting to be entertained by it's 5-sense system but to the spirit, silence is just simply more healthy.

Let go mate, don't push it, let it happen.

Advanced meditators should be able to go to a state where they are completly passive that is - free from expectation and desire with only a tiny thread of awareness that keeps them from falling asleep. This should feel like a void, a mental vacuum.
When this is done for a while, the astral body should be loose very soon and one should be able to exit in one move.
I think that many people struggle way too much, not taking their time to detach from their bodies in the first place. The times when I were succesful I had found myself loose enough and simply visualized an object over my forehead and this would suck me out of my forehead up towards the object and i'd be floating 1 foot over my head.

It's nice to hear that you meditate a lot, it really makes a better man.

But before you expose yourself to that kind of vile treatment I would like you to consider an alternative.

I think that's the general idea behind why we're not supposed to talk "drugs" on Astral Pulse in the first place. ;)
If someone does... they can then point to the Astral Pulse as "where" they found the information.  Adrian then becomes liable.

needless to say the US legal system is absolutely insane, what they're doing is like A) says: "there have been people jumping to suicide from this cliff over there" and then B) jumps from that cliff and then A) gets charged for B)'s responsibility to take care of himself. It's absolutely ludicrous.

Apparently, on salvia divinorum one loses mental and physical control over the body. When your energy bodies are forcibly loosened from your physical body by drugs, this means that this body is as foreign to you as it is to the next ghost which means that if astral beings know how to take hold of your body, they will take over, stealing your body. This happens by general anaesthetics administered in hospitals all the time, look up "surgery personality change". Be warned!
I will deeply regret having started this thread If it ends up encouraging people to use salvia divinorum.

I picked up this method few days back and this is the method that I'm mostly trying to do. But I'm still having trouble with it.

[Note: I recommend using a MindFold and foam Earplugs. If you don't have a MindFold, you can use a sleep mask or bandanna. These create a "make-shift sensory deprivation chamber" which really helps me.

Forget your technique.

Forget that you're trying to project.

Intend to go to sleep.

Listen for ringing/whining sound in your ears.

Feel trance sensations.

Stare into the blackness behind your eyes.

Hold this state as long as possible. This is the Quiescent Mind State, I call it Q-Mind.

To get an idea of what this Q-Mind is like, imagine seeing lightning in the sky. After it flashes, you stop to listen for the subsequent clap of thunder. In that brief moment between lightning and thunder is Q-Mind. You are completely still and your mind is completely silent and focused, all your attention directed to listening.

Look into the blackness and imagine you just saw lightning and then you listen to the ringing in your ears, waiting for the thunder.

Don't fret if you doze off.

When you get close to projection the exit sensations will rouse you.

Wait for vibrations. When they come you will instinctively know how to raise them.

Leave the body.

I'm going to try the phase method today. combine it with this one and see if it works this way.

Dear StarChazer,

way too complicated, in my opinion.

I think what he was trying to suggest is a passive form of meditation where one simply lays there completly inactive mentally and physically while holding on to a tiny thread of awareness until his astral body gets loose enough to jump/fly/shoot/lift out of the body into the ether zone.

However, I'd like to add some don'ts:

Don't wait for or expect exit sensations.
Don't wait for or expect to raise your limbs out of your body.
Don't desire to leave your body.
Don't believe that the vibrations are necessary for you to leave the body. I know this because I've projected out from my forehead without any kind of vibrations other than a physical earbuzz.
If you feel any kind of pain or disturbing sound don't fight them, accept them and let them go, then they can't disturb you.

In truth passive meditation is really the easiest, most direct method of projecting, the real difficulty however is that the mind is tempting and encourages overcomplication.

Dear folks,

I was wondering if anyone has managed or knows a story where it was achieved to directly manipulate time and enter a conscious state of real slow-motion through willful meditation.

I'm also wondering if it is possible as like in some movies where the character walks around in virtually time-frozen environment, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o3UM1EQKt8k

Dear Melchior,

it is not a good idea in the long run due to it causing you to be dependant on it.

Practicing passive meditation is the ultimate and best way in the long run.

The dream world and astral are two seperate dimensions running two different operating codes.

Compared, the etheric is like a world made of hard dough, the astral being softer dough and the dream world is like a hologram, the most dynamic and fluid you can find. It obviously vibrates much faster than the common astral dimensions. All these dimensions reflect down into the physical mind that can really make no distinction between them itself as it can not realize an existence beyond its own. That is why 1-2 days later you can't distinguish your projection experience from a dream anymore.
And the differences between these dimensions are subtle and people in the astral have forgotten that they do still dream.

Dear folks,

do you not find it amazing how the most dissociative drug has become a quite hip party highlight and is actually legal in many states - a drug that even drug veterans say is completly off the scale compared to the all the other commonly known hallucinogens that are widely illegal across the planet?
Why LSD and shroom videos are prohibited to put out on youtube but then one can watch thousands of videos showing individuals consuming salvia divinorum, seeing people end up screaming, losing body control and hitting their heads onto the floor and struggling on the ground is really beyond me... I have yet to see someone claim that he has had a positive experience from it but I have seen someone saying that he's never had a positive one.
Ironically, salvia divinorum is used with even less caution than any other hallucinogen, people even use it to prank another (like passing it on and saying it is regular cannabis).

What's wrong with this picture?

And can you ly to long in the trance state? cause I seem to bounce back and be fully awake and conscious, almost refreshed. and it hasn't gone more than perhaps 40 min.
But I'll keep practicing, thou I almost feel that I would like to be in a full SP mode so that I can actually literally struggle myself out. But maybe that will just wake the body up? ah well.

Dear G01kur_Kisel,

it simply shouldn't be a struggle. You should manage to lay there as passively as possible until your astral body gets loose enough. When you're loose enough you should be able to simply rise out of your body at ease and with no astral limbs hindering you.
Sleep paralysis is not required nor are "the vibrations".

It has been my experience that the proper trance state is not simply marked by alpha or theta brainwaves but also a feeling of heaviness in your body that like your eyes and teeth are turning to stone.

It seems that many people stay locked in their physical body because they expect at some point that they could simply raise their astral arms over their physical arms. This is a bad idea because this will turn attention back to the physical arms. One can not expect to move the astral arms like one moves the physical arms it should be an act of imagination/visualization at best. But above all, you're better off if without the astral limbs and just be a free floating camera rising out of your body.

Dear astralcow,

1. it's for a reason the astral body has been called desire body. It is one's residual self image. If the ego is not much present in the mind of the projector, he may pose no astral figure. In my last projections I was nothing but a free floating camera either.

2. Anomalies and fluctuations coupled with a relatively solid environment are signs of being in the real-time-zone an inbetween place between the astral and physical.

Keep in mind that it is natural for the body-mind, the brain to become skeptic to memories of other realities because it is incomprehensible for it can not exist there.

QuoteOK, weird things keep happening tonight. Twice now I've tried to type out a new thread about some recent goings on in the world and some personal thoughts about the poop getting ready to hit the fan on a global scale and each time the window I am typing in just disappears. I'm just throwing the thought out there because open windows just don't disappear for no reason and the fact is there are many spiritually advanced people on this board some low level entities (CIA comes to mind) may view as a threat due to their knowledge. So what I've been trying to say is check out the warning Israel has issued to its citizens to get out of the Sinai peninsula. Also Iran has been telling its citizens in Tehran to get out because of the potential for earthquakes. We all know the war is coming, it's just a matter of when. The status quo of the world is not sustainable. The world is bankrupt, most people haven't realized it yet. When they do, things are going to get real interesting. *sigh* The post I was working on that mysteriously disappeared was so much better. I was on a roll. I even had quotes from songs in it. Screw it. I'll try again tomorrow....

Dear vipassana,

I feel just as you do, this can not go on any longer.

The federal reserve and other central banks stabbed the economy right in the heart, back in 2008-2009. They keep this economy artificially afloat but it's bled out dry from the inside. Here we are again, just like 80 years ago it would require nothing less than a world war to rescue the economy.
The bloodhound Israel is only waiting to lash out at it's neighbours, Obama has just warned of terrorists aquiring Nukes, unemployment skyrockets, internal conflicts rise and here's the latest "An Israeli strike of Iran's nuclear facilities could spark a nuclear conflict, which could spiral into a global catastrophe, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev told ABC on Monday" - sounds like party time
The big endgame is about to be commenced but I just don't understand what they've been waiting for.

The only ones who are paranoid are the ruling elite and their organizations like the CIA when their plans are threatened in the slightest.
This is especially true with their extraterrestrial masters but that's something that is far beyond the horizon of most people.

I've found news from the 6th April saying that Ahmadinejad warned Israel citizens to leave Tehran due to a coming earthquake there.

This is very obviously saying "my faction is about to strike yours with seismic weapons"

http://www.trcb.com/news/israel/general/iranian-president-ahmadinejad-urges-evacuation-of-teheran-citing-25512.htm

Then yesterday Israel has warned it's own citizens.

http://www.onenewspage.com/news/World/20100413/10040679/Israel-tells-its-citizens-to-get-out-of.htm

This is nothing less than under-the-surface war.

This thread only goes to show whose heart is empty. Those can definatly see no truth for their souls are hollow on the inside.

These empty, soulless ones can never experience the subtle vibration of truth that the spiritual children can recognize and vibrate with.

I hope they will never be able to fool those whose hearts are still faithful.

This spiritual degredation is painful to witness.
But soon the day will come when there will be no more way for this kind of falsehood to exist.

QuoteNot everyone, no. Some people have contracts, some were fooled into incarnating, some are outright slaves, and some (albeit a small number) incarnated out of their own free will. I've studied this a while and realized there are no universal rules of incarnation.

And this is also the reason some people have a natural death wish and some like to be close to death such as climbing the mountains unprotected and then jumping into the waters hundred feet below.

But most people won't accept it for they cling to their hopes that somehow, some way...life MUST have a positive purpose and spiritual gain for the individual in the end. It's so sad, these people might just end up shattered eventually when they are forced to see how things really are.

Nice to see someone, who is tired of the lala-land lies aswell, speaking the facts afterall.

Dear folks,

in Astral Dynamics Vol. 1,

Robert writes

Quote17. The Trance State
A trance is a very simple and natural state of being, the state entered when the physical body goes to sleep while the mind stays awake. Very simply, the frequency of brain waves changes in response to the changed level of mental activity

This stuck in my mind for a long time and I've tried to live by it.

he goes on to suggest...

QuoteEntering the trance state requires..., a clear surface mind,...

...but my experience has shown me that this simply can not be true!

I've always had very little success inducing trance by trying to empty my mind and still my thoughts and I will explain to you below.

I've come to understand that the trance state is not achieved through stillness but in fact happiness/mental & spiritual comfort and increasing mental activity!
Everytime I find myself unhappy for some reason I find myself unable to enter trance no matter how hard I'd try to quiet my mind, likewise when I find myself rather happy I'd also find myself slipping into trance easier and the more active I would keep my mind, such as playing around in thoughts, daydreaming etc. the quicker I would find my body-mind entranced! On the other hand, if I try to hold my mind clear and silent, most of the time I only find myself hitting the wall! (locked in full waking state!)

My experiences align with the observation that people watching TV are actually quite entranced even though their mind are quite actively absorbing the enormous visual and auditory input. It has also been shown that school children have an easier time focusing on their homework while loud music is running in the background!

I've had experiences where I entranced myself by wandering in pleasant thoughts and phased (as I believe you call it) directly from there into a astral or dream-like state.

Hence, my experiences and observations show more than the opposite of what Bruce and others have claimed! This is, even for myself quite baffling after having accepted the quietness-doctrine but I'm learning to accept the fact that the trance state has 0 to do with quietness!
Let there be no doubt that tranquility is a noble quality but it simply isn't required to hit the trance state and I think people should not supress themselves, trying to quiet their minds if they don't actually feel quiet within themselves.

Discuss!  :-) Has anyone made the same experience?

kind regards,

Paul
