Yea it's ridiculous now, I've never had such lively OBE's and I am even better at projecting to astral planes, I think the cheese keeps me conscious enough to have OBE's.  Its awesome.  I'm eating big chunks of American Cheese!!  Knife, plate, chunk of cheese.  then I do alittle bit of energy work, and fall into a light sleep.

Theres one thing I got to say about this topic, and how people (wow!) found this dusted up planet hovering around our solar system.  See if our people, And I'm saying the whole world, would stop trying to figure out HOW the universe started, and big bang this goolash, and went on to more simplier things, like finding a rusted up planet out in the middle of nowhere.  We'd actually be getting somewhere.

Will I see the meaning of life? will i now know there is no death on earth? the only thing people say is 'WE CANT handle it BLAH!

All I got to say if I teleport other than 6 feet away, and I teleport 6 thousand miles away.  I'll just call my parents. and figure it out from there.  But if I teleport into the astral world, and face demons and stuff, Hell I'll die fighting.  I'm not affraid to die. lol  But I WILL know that I teleported and when I reincarnate,  I'll engrave 'teleport' as a birth mark or something to let me know wut i can do my next life time.

Anger, hate, and envy will point you in the opposite direction of inner peace.  Why must people prove they are right, and someone else is wrong?  Why must there always be a superior and subordinate?  Why must we constantly jockey for a position of authority?  Why must somoene strive to establish a pecking order, when none is needed? why must someone be one up or one down?  I am not suggesting that in situations where you may have concerns for you own or someone's saftey you should not stick to your convictions.  However, when the stress of being incorrect is far less than the stress of proving correctness, why choose the latter - especially if neither outcome has a long-term effect on your life?
 One more reason why we shouldn't hold such inflexiable views is that we don't all think the same way.
It frequently appears as if we all create and operate in simultaneous yet flightly different realities.  For instance, two people can be exposed to the same situation yet perceive and recall the event differently.  
 A cool rule for life are simple stated by this basic credo, which helps people to balance there existence, in the body and out.

Judge, and you shall be judged.
Hate, and you shall be hated
Lie, and you shall be lied too.
Cheat, and you should be cheated.
Cursed, and you shall be cursed.
But Love, and so shall you be.

If all people would adhere to this simple yet challenging guidance, no doubt we'd all be charting a steady course toward spiritual enlightenment. whatever you put toward your experiences in life, is ultimately what youll get out of them.

Sit baCK and think of all the various things you do and you dont even think about.  Theres tons of them around.  For example, your driving your car.  You wanna turn left onto this street, so you flip your turning signal, and you get into the turning lane without even thinking.  Lets not forget you check your blind spot on the car before turning also, right there, theres 3 different things you dont even think about.  You dont turn  left on the far right lane, you KNOW from doing it several times that you have a turn left lane.  and you put on your signal without thinking about it dont yea?  Now with telekinesis, if you actually listened to what i said. you would read the link i gave, and read what I say.  

Its like trying to have a OBE, in order to perform an OBE, you have to clear your thoughts.  That means ANY distractions, EVEN if a thought about telekinesis arising in your head, clear it. you dont think left, or think right, you dont think any direction.  You must learn to 'feel' for the direction the flywheel (for example) is going to turn. you stare at one point in the flywheel, and imagine it turning a particular direction, and if you need assistance, use your first two fingers, but dont get too close to the flywheel.  your fingers, and you directing energy will help.  but thats not a very good way to trach yourself telekinesis.  Just follow this, and it will work. no more questions til you fricken do it.
