It is said that Crystals are enhancing your power and not plastic! so how do you think that plastic might encrease energy in your third eye if it's not crystal?!
It is said that a 'excrement' crystal in 1$ may make the work fine but a quartz crystal is much effecting and fulfills your third eye with energy much faster.
I will try tonight with a Crystal quartz and give my brother a '1$' crystal and let see if it works.

I heard that jing has a physical effect so what you are saying is that sexual energy has a physical effect?

The only thing that has to work while meditating is your Psycho (brain), so be sure that a mask actually can't help you very much, It will not increase your concentration power.
I believe you just have to close your eyes and meditate while you are relaxed and with no worries.
Don't worry about the mask, I just don't suggest you this trick!

I agree with you very much! I forgot to say that auras have 3 special layers (and a lot of sub-layers). the first one is the 'core', the shining line you see, it's the brightest part of energy while it is on a body.
The second layer is the light layer, it's a little bigger than the first one but it is with fullfills the aura inside of it, like when you lit a lamp so you see the shining light inside the glass and then you see the light coming out.
The third layer is the shield of the aura, it's the part that protects you from other energies and this is the part that you may control easilier.
If you want to practice auric vision then I suggest you just keep practising on objects until you master the technique and then start to try it on animals and plants, when you reach to see a plants or an animals aura that means you opened enough your third eye but for seeing a human aura you need more that just mastering the techniques on plants.

Let me correct you. First an aura is usually just one foot out of your body but it grows higher and bigger in some situations.

What you've seen might be an aura, if you want to check it out then I suggest you to try to see first an unliving aura of an object with a certain colour. If you take a blue object and see yellow aura then your vision is right. here is the list of colours and their auras:
Blue - yellow
Yellow - blue
Red - green
Green - red/pink
orange - pale green
purple - gold
gold - purple
white - black/grey
black - shining white

After mastering the technique you can start to stare on plants's auras it will always be green and then look at humans auras and see that you are right! Good luck!

I have just one more suggestion for you: just practise the ki ball exercise a lot of times it may help you a lot to understand ki!

It's the best way after meditations believe me

You said you've just stated to work with ki so don't think that you'll learn to do a Fa-jing in one day lol! It's very hard to master and even ki is a little hard to master.
You didn't say what exactly you wanna do:
If you want to learn how to control you ki and feel it than Kakkarots suggestion is right for you, reading the guide of MR. Bruce will help you a lot.
If you want to learn the techniques for doing all the exercises then you can add me on your program and I will send you all sorts of guides or you can just invent things by yourself.
When you master your ki you can do with it whatever you want and control it in all kinds of ways. Just PM me or add me and I will help you.

Well your friend is right if you can see colours around objects then it's their aura.. I mean if you stare on colours and see their negative colour like "blue - yellow, red - green, purple - gold..." then it's the aura surrounding the objects. If you can see it too on living things like humans and plants then you have a good auric sight. You said you don't wanna get crazy so let me fix you out! - nothing is crazy with using your energy! just ppl who don't know the reality think it's strange and crazy and I call them "normal ppl" because I am sure that energy practisers are much than normals.. some of us are abnatural it's amazing.
Anyways, never don't think you'll get crazt just by practising your energy. If you heard about ppl who got crazy from psychic exercises that means that they just thought difference then "normal" ppl but at least they thought in the RIGHT way!

Sure! the aura can be manipulated like all energies in the universe! don't forget it! it's still energy and it's all like your ki. You can manipulate it with your mind and make it bigger! there are some ppl that can enlarge their aura to about 6 meters Hight! And like said before, The aura is really the "skin" of yourenergetic body (the astral body) when you'll learn to manipulate your aura it will be much easy for you to astral project.

Well I will tell you from my info what is the third eye and I'll tell you that if you want to understand it more it will not happen until you reach to live it's experience by yourself and see how it works.
The third eye or in it's original name "the 6th/brow chakra" is located between your 2 eyes a little up directed to the brow and 7 CM's inside your head. The third eye like all the chakras "energy stations" is responssible for all your psychic abilities and psycho skills and believe me there are a lot of skills that a human can develop. You have probably heard of telequinesis or telepathy, empathy etc.. they are all manipulated by your third eye. when you reach to open it you will first be able to clearly see a human aura, by the time you'll be able to see it in 3D.
The third eye is fed by concentration and imagination or visualization. Work on meditations it can help a lot. In my opinion, opening the third eye is really nothing especially if you are doing it by auric sight practice because you don't have to concentrate at all just relax and put your focus down.

Not really dimentions but they are areas in the astral with strang changes.

Hmm.. I never tried it. But it seems logical, Fruit have a lot of possitive ki so after energy manipulation exercises you sure can feel the energy with the taste much better.

OK we all know that OBE is very difficult in the beginning but you shouldn't stop to try!

So, you need a motivation practise? hmmm... well I'll tell you about my way:
It took me 2 months to actually project, I practised in my room quitely with a bit of light but still in the darkness. I first entered the hypnogogic state and I must say it was really hard for me too because in the beginning I always fell asleep so that's why I suggest you to make sure it's not too dark, do it in the day - afternoons when you are nnot too tired.
Tell me how you tried it and I will try to give you more details

If I understood it right that I guess you meaned by Kong-Jing - A way to use your jing.
There are a lot of sites about how to create jing and manipulate it you can look in the undergrounddragon site, just make sure you mastered all the basic ki techniques before moving to jing because it's really "heavy" and unstable in the beggining and you can get a burnout.
Anyway there are 2 good ways to convert ki to jing.
1) make your ki flow in your bones so it can get a quick flowing in all your body and then reach to a certain level of speed and power that will convert it automaticly to jing

2) You can also just use your visualization or increase a lot of ki and compress it until it gets a mase and then you'll know it's jing. but in the beggining it might take you like 15 minutes so be patient.
Visualize your ki becoming strong like stone.. it helps and so I hope that I helped. Good luck!

I already know what is ki! I know what is the astral body! and I know what is an aura!
But I don't know if there is a difference between them. Like: is the astral body built from ki too? and the aura? is it built from ki too?
Is the aura part of the astral body? I search the differences.

You have to know first that the chakra that is responsable for all your psychic skills is the 6th chakra or the third eye chakra.
Learn to open it and develop it. after that you'll be able to learn psychic skills much easily.

You'll not see ghosts! opening your third eye means enhancing your psychic powers.
You can see ghosts just in the 2nd dimention and you have to astral project if you want to reach to do that.. in astral projection you can use all your psychic powers in 100% and really wasily like you were born with that so it will not be a problem.
And I don't wish that I haven't opened my 3rd eye! I am happy and glad that I reached to do that!
