Aaahhh the knife slid off the ball and shaved a chunk of meat off my finger!! Blood everywhere!

Well.. I was "blinded" on one eye but could still perfectly see with the other... I'll try some more to see if I can get both eyes to work

As if cutting my fingers wasn't enough, I tried to walking around with the ping pong balls on my eyes and stubbed my toe on a piece of furniture... :[

Anyway... All I see is white... The whiteness of the inside of a ping pong ball...  Perhaps I'm using a light that's too bright? Can anyone post more on getting them to work?

i'm currently attuned to reiki two atm..  do some chakra clearing with it before i go to sleep..or just on my body in general... really does work though.. can really feel the heat off it.. and the waves..mmmmmmmmm

The sound is a bit muddy, would it be possible to have a slightly higher quality file (like 64 or 96kbps)?

If not, that's fine, I'm listening to it right now, it's just that it takes that little bit of an extra effort to understand what is said

Hi Ben,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I just checked and right now the conversion program that I use is set at a minimum of 32kbps and a maximum of 128kbps.  Maybe I'll change the minimum setting to 64 and see how that goes.  Do you think it might have something to do with this new file hosting website which I just started using?

I've been meditating for a year and a half and have experienced much of what you have.. although i've seen a few odd things like people at the end of my bed and had two lucid dreams and i think a obe also..

anyway the reason i strarted was to contact my guides(directly speak to them) but have been unsuccessful

I think you just need to keep plugging away and pay attention to your dreams you might be missing something there..

i suppose writing them down is the frist step,, or repeating that you want to recall your dreams before you go to sleep. I always remember my dreams..esp the important or really odd ones and my lucid ones(all two of them)  

I'm looking for a way to induce lucid dreaming... I think like yourself tehres lots of answers that can be asked in the dreaming state and its not as scary to ask stuff when your awake, like waiting for a spirit voice in the pitch dark at 3am lol

I'd think people who wander in forums like this, have learned already, or will learn quickly that nothing is certain, and you can't really call anything BS. ..I've been reading these forums for some time aswell as posting.. but some of the stuff i've read sounds nuts.. like its easy for someone to register and babble on about something like..say..time travelling to the future and scripting off some stuff they "saw". I'm not saying its not true but I take everything with a pinch of salt on these forums and try and compare them to what i've experienced...

This is an amazing place for some very interesting and valuable material thats made free for all, maybe we should make more of an effort to keep the "real" information at the top and let the BS sink to the back
