Hi,
I have also been trying to improve my eyesight. I was doing the circular motion all around my eyeballs, nerves, sockets, inside my eyeballs. Later that day, my vision went totally crap. I could see about 10 feet infront of me and behind that was a blur. I had tunnel vision, about 90 degrees, normally about 210 degrees. Past the tunnel vision blind spot, was loads of coloured blurs. Once I had eaten and had a drink, I felt a lot better. It wasnt dehydration as I had had my breakfast. A lot of breakfast.

Hi,
I have recently came to the stage where I no longer think teleportation is possible. Even if you convert your whole physical body into energy, some of it will be lost like a Ki shot, thus deforming you. Physcial matter cannot travel through time and space as it has no capabilities to.

This is the last time im going to say this...

I am going to get a digital camera for my P.C at christmas(25th December)... so if you can wait til then, I will gladly record myself instead of pictures so you lot cant criticise me for something else.

I Ran up the stairs to my bedroom to get worn out so I would be more relaxed.
I then lay down on my bed WITHOUT my pillow. Then I done the falling exercise(in breath=climbing ladder, out breath=falling down a hole). After doing that for 5 minutes, my WHOLE body completely paralised itself. I tried not to concentrate on anything else except what I was doing(like you guys said). I then started to do the rope technique. The next bit was awesome. I started to vibrate and it felt like I had two bodies- one outside and one in. I was really amazed at this as I had only been doing rope for 5 minutes. I then said 'Astral sight now!'. My closed eyes seemed as they were completely open even though they were closed. I was still lying on my bed when doing this. What I saw when I supposedly opened my astral eyes, was the window in front of me, but from a bit higher up. I then got up from my bed to try and move my astral body. Then I felt like something had just plundged into me. When this happened my whole physical body shook. I then was standing up, with my eyes closed.

Shortened version: When I tried to get up, my astral body returned to my physical.

Hi,
No, it does not feel painful and it does feel like electricity. I have recently been trying some electrokinesis so that might be it.

The reason im not going on tv like freddhead suggested, is because I dont want to be like david beckham and such scared to venture outside because of journelists ect.

I usually TRY to have an OBE after school. This is good because I dont have anything to eat/drink for 3 and 3/4 hours. Half of the time I get distracted by the gurgling and squelching sounds in my belly. When you know your out, how do you walk and stuff? Do you just walk normally?

Edited: Oh yeah, does your whole body supposed to get heavy and paralysed or just a certain area? Because all of the sensations only are felt from my waist down. I feel no sensations at all above my waist.

Hi,
The technique I use to go into a good trance state is:

Tense all of your muscles in your body and stop tensing them. Do this for about 5 times. Then you have to lie on a bed or sit on a chair. I, personally use a bed as it is more relaxing. Then do the falling effect and you should start to feel heavy. You should have your eyes 3/4 closed while doing this. Then you should be really rlaxed and go into a trance.

Im not sure if this is a trance or something else, but it helped me to relax and concentrate on doing an OBE.

Rodentmouse, do this exercise once a day for a week.

Stand upright and visualize your body filling up with pure, white energy like a jug.

I had what you had and doing this helps it to get normal again. This will also help the energy to flow, so if you want to do NEW after this, it is fine.

I know how to steal other people's energy but I havent tried it yet.

First, you have to relax completly. Then you have to put your arms out straight like a letter 't' with your palms facing the person. Close your eyes and visualize their energy flowing like a river to a place where you want it to go (e.g yourself).

Hi,
You notice that your energy is being drained because you start to feel weaker(tired,drained,dizzy,sick ect.).

You know if people have bad energy because when you go near them you have a feeling of a wierd energy. To stop them getting bad energy to you, you could either encase yourself in a ki sheild or look at the next paragraph.

Visualize a black globe spinning slow counter-clockwise above the persons head and it is brushing up and down with the person. Visualize that the black globe stops moving and then stops spinning. It then turns into white energy brushing up and down the person spinning clockwise.
