The thing why this work is because you go through all the mudras
and watch at your nose and slowly go up to the 3rd eye and then
again fast down to your nose. But of course it is more neat to
do it with visualization and stuff []

Maybe they don't even say that, that happens. Though everything is possible in the end.

But I know for certain that it IS possible to really move on to the life after this life with own will. The only problem is that your body
will die and you will not likely return []

If you activate your full light body you would move there for a while
not just project like you do when you AP.

The whole you would move, even the physical part.

But for the overall the meditation gives a good protection and
removes negativity from yourself.

First time I saw this thread and read it's questions AND answers
I got a 'clicking' feelings that yes this is right.

I've also read other channelings and they do not seem that correct and accurate. But this one really astonished me because it was
pretty much down to Earth answers and no flying in meta-space.

Then I wanted to test this out and asked some questions firstly
about personal matters and then about some other matters, this
time I REALLY got surprised.

I had a hard time writing any questions because all the questions
I wrote I got an answer the second I thought about this. First I
thought the answer came from my subconsciousness, then I started
digging a bit into this and noticed that no they came from a part
of myself. (I've before also gotten answers like this but only from
an ancient friend that I've known for an eternity)

Also this had a specific feel to it. Then when I saw the answers
to the questions I got flooded with images and feelings regarding
the answer. These came also from the same source, which was a
part of myself.

To every personal question I got this but not to questions that
didn't directly have to do with myself.

The special thing about the answers were that they seemed to fit
very very accurately. Almost like they had been specifically tailored
for my own being.

But still every answer goes through SDs own filtering system so they
get a bit altered, but Michael can probably foresee very well the
'impact' of his answers on SD so that it comes out pretty accurately.

Please do also note that this is only a PART of Michael.
Probably a very small part.

I find it a bit funny to read the fears of other people in this thread, firstly you probably don't know a minor part of SDs own
experience in this. Secondly you only interpret the answers through
the internet and through text format so no all the subconscious impressions are gone from that too. A bit like saying that you
know someone from having chatted with him/her for a couple of years,
without seeing him/her in person []

MerKaBa just activates the Light Body inside yourself and links you to global consciousness. It is a very effective meditation, I
strongly recommend it to anyone as it also gives protection []

Probably one of the most effective way of programming
yourself to something is Ice cold showers or electrical
shocks.

If we say that there are different Spiritual paths to trod:

I would say the path of the shaman would be a path full of spikes
and death traps. You would go on it with your feet bloody, hurting like hell, dying from thirst and you would be laughing at the brainfuck in the whole situation. []

I think it is better to work with the foot first(toes included) as they are the in/out point of the energy flow. So if you put your energy flow up through your feet. Though might also be that it has
got no difference whatsoever.

The secondary pathway work is more for cleaning out small blockages
and refining the energy pathways. As for raising the energy level
I recommend using the fullbody circuit, it is nice []
You can also use it to 'draw' energy from the Earth for example
or some other object.

Here are some questions:

1) Is the common information about the so called Twin Flames correct?

2) Do Twin Flames share the same Higher Self?

3) Do they keep their own consciousness/awareness or do they at
some point merge together into one?

4) Do parts of you follow the questions put into this thread before
they are read by SD? I seem to be getting answers to some of
them the second I ask and am wondering what the source of this is?

I did question people at first, but got the distinct impression I literally should not speak.  That's difficult if strangers keep on coming up to you and trying to strike up a conversation.

A lot of what happened I feel somehow I shouldn't talk about right now, but no way was this just a hallucination.

For me it was neither a hallucination, it had was just impossible
and it was something that I knew would end. It was sort of a
mind-test to see how strong my mind is. I have however no idea what
or who did this all. Oh yeah, other people looked also at these guys,
which seems to point out that they were physically real atleast at that moment.

I would look into the subject of what matter and energy is. (And light). They say matter is frozen light.

Then just start training from there []

I wanna know if I'm the only one who has experienced this crazy stuff?

It seems to come in waves with last months being by far the worst so far, and I get the impression we are in for an even bigger one towards the end of the year.

If other people start to experience this weirdness I just wanted to try and put together a few thoughts about how I should have dealt with this stuff better:

1) Mobile phones - at the start of this phenomenon I got weird cross talk on a mobile phone conversation with like a second voice of my friend sounding really distressed.  Don't use mobile phones.  Stop using them now.
2) The TV programs went crazy - don't watch TV if this happens to you.
3) Confusion - this is the biggie.  You are in danger of becoming so confused that you wander around aimlessly, possibly causing harm.  For me it was like whatever I did was also having an unseen effect elsewhere.  Doubling back on yourself seemed to be the main thing to avoid.
4) If what you are doing appears to be having a positive effect maybe you should keep doing it.  If it isn't maybe you should stop.

I hesitate to put down any other points in case I'm wrong - anyway it would be preferable if it simply didn't happen to you.

Someone on a different thread talking about the 'Astral War' said that by talking about it we were inviting it to happen - I'm sorry but seriously weird stuff is going on whether you want it to or not.  You may not have invited the Gulf War or 9/11 into your life but they happened anyway.

There is incredibly strange stuff going on focused on this little planet, and it seems like every type of entity speculated about in this forum has come to watch the show.

I had this last spring. I was almost all the time in a semi-enlightened mode. Couldn't sleep because of the energy that was
in me all the time. For me it was more of an initiation to my path.
However it evidently lead into a kundalini-psychosis as I didn't know what the hell was happening []

Atleast that walking thing sounded somehow pretty close to what happened to me. I also saw some weird guys with blonde hair and sunglasses always watching the clock and then at me and then at the clock and then at me and again until I passed a 'line' and then they nodded towards me. Felt like Men In Black almost lol []

I would advice you to look up grounding meditations and exercises and
do those regularly. They will help. I didn't ground myself and in
the end I was VERY confused and in a very delusional state. (Many
shamans/others(?) go through an intiationary episode like this where
they go completely crazy, I don't know yet why but maybe you could look up on this subject)

synthetic drug. Hmm.. Actually I wouldn't take ANY DRUG for the purpose of trying to gain AP skills. It is best learned the natural
way. I would only use some naturally occurring psychedelics for OTHER uses. There is no 'easy' way to learn all this since you have to do it yourself, no one can do it for you, sorry []

When using drugs I recommend you look a bit into the ritualistic use of them in native tribes. Since it is best to take them with great
respect or you can get f****d...
