listen the best way is to close youe eyes
sit queiyly for 5 mins with 1 hand over the other like holdinga ball
imagine a water swirling into your hand
make the water come from the earth through ya arms and into the arms then try to think of it turning to a circle
then you should feel a tingly thing or you might feel something there that you cant see dont be scared that you think tht your minds playin tricks coz its not
then you should think that it is there you will feel it it might take 15 minutes at least but one major point you have to stay relaxed and not tense remember that STAY RELAXED
