I tried this technique and my opinion is that it may be a good methode except the part that you have to collide your fingers each other.
That makes the enegy feeling a little harder because you get a physical feeling that makes you not feel well the energetic spititual feeling.

Well, chakra meditation is quite easy but it takes some practise and time.
You just have to concentrate on the chakra while laying or sitting in a comfortable possition and chante their mantras.
there are 1001 ways to develop the chakras but the basic is just to concentrate and visualize well, mantras can still help you a lot when you chante them in the right vibration.

Try to tell it to Kakkarot here lol!

Nope, it's safe for you to start working on it.
Like you said, the root chakra is needed because it's really the "root" the basic for everything especially grounding and getting energy so you must know to get energt if you want to work on high spiritual chakra like the crown chakra.
Your third eye is the basic for all your psychic and lucid abilities so you can start with this naturaly

Psy and Ki are the same thing except their way of usage!
And Lightpikachu, what you have done is alright even it's since July.
I know ppl that couldn't even make a ki ball after a few months of training.

Well sure, If you want to understand the physical and mental effect you should probably work with someone.
I usually train alone but sometimes I train with a friend too.

After starting to work out with energies then I read that if a normal human Increases and uses 100 ki unites per day then a human that works out with ki and trains on it can use 200 or more unites of ki.
When you start manipulating energy then your body increases more ki and then you don't need as much ki as needed before because you body increases it much rapidly.

I use just Ki balls as weapon. It's the fastest way! After all you can't make a Genki-Dahma for a battle! It can take you half an hour so don't think you can fight with really big amounts of energy.
I would say the saster you create a good ball, the better it goes in a battle.
But don't think just about fighting with energy. It has its own interest and meaning.

Well the best exercices for the Anja chakr for me is meditation with a lot of using visualization and chanting the mantra "Aum" but just know that you have to pronounce A=Ah and M=mng... and it will be like "Ahumng" but yoiu have just to create your own accent for this chant..
Well just concentrate and train a lot on visualizing you third eye or maybe try auric vision it's easy and it worked for me very good.

I think that what we see is pure ki, but I am not sure.

Fill in you hand with ki and then use your Auric sight. If you can see it well then maybe it's really ki.

Psychics are ppl with a strong ability to use their psi power from their born.
But totally, anybody is psychic, I mean anyone can use his psychic power but not from born.

To create a psy ball you don't have to be psychic from your born, it's an easy technique.. you just have to practice.

I have the basicest question.
How do you make a psy ball?? I know this question was asked a million of times but I still don't understand how to do it.. I can feel the energy in my hands but not as strong enough... someone told me he could make a so strong psy ball that he can't push his hands each to other cuz the resistance is soo strong... so I wanna know just how to make a basic one that I can feel clearly.

My normal daily breating practice is "Ibu-Ki" You maybe heared this name once but it's a ki breating technique taken from the Karate art.

Hello members of AstralPulse,
I was wondering if anybody ever experienced seeing light behind their eyes? Because sometimes at night when I try to go to sleep after manipulating energy a little bit there is this blue light pulsing and shifting in front of my eyes...sometimes it is green and other times it is red. Anyways I was wondering if anybody knows why this happens?are my eyes screwed up or is it because i recently started energy work??? any help would be great and thanks for your time.

Well Vegeta! It's all normal, It can have a connection to your third eye if you see it clearly and then feel a pressure on your brow center.
But usually it's the brain that is functioning naturaly, when your eyelids are closed then the brain ignor the sight sense and starts to use some waves instead of working on sensing light and translatting it into a coloured picture. What you see normally may be Red, Blue Or green, these are the 3 singles colours that you can see without using your eyes.
If it's connected to your third eye then you usually have to see it kinda purple, like thinking on a purple flame or eye (like the eye from lord of the ring) brighting and shining there like an afterimage.

The first thing you must use is your belief and then when you believe on it in 200% you can start to use your 'will power'.
You have to think about it as like it has already moved a little  and then think you reached to do it by yourself.
It's like all your senses, you just have to believe that you can move an object with your mind like you believe that what you see, smell, touch etc are real and possible and not an illusion.

First of all like Vegeta said I think that you really made a ball of negative energy but I have never seen the colour of a ball of negative energy.
Did you think about negative things? like destruction, hurting, or bad memories? If yes then that is the answer for you ki-ball.
The energy will obey your mind thinking. You can do anything with your mind remember. If you thought about bad things then the ball will be made by negative energies.

Well I didn't say I am a telequinesis master or something like that, I just said what I know from my own info. but I still reached to move a pencil twice for a few CMs.

Well it took me like 3 months to do that, I always focused on the object (the opposite of auric vision when you have to get off all your focus), You must first visualize the object in your mind and think about it moving until you really see it and feel it in your mind, then you open your eyes and stare and focus on the object, try to visualize your energy blending with the objects energy, If you know to use auric sight you will even see it. then when you feel connected to the object think on it moving. It might take a long time to master it but it's patyed in the end.

First of all a psy wheel is not manipulating energies to a form of a wheel so don't think wrong.
A psy wheel is just called like that because you make a wheel of paper and spin it with you psy power.
Psy can do a lot of stuff.. You can control other objects with your mind and use Telequinesis, Moving objects.
A psy ball can cause a small effect (unphysical) on someone. It can harm his thoughts and make him dizzy or weaker.
It don't have a really strong phisical effect at all.
