Anyone attempting or successful at OBE I would sugest taking photos of your home for ORBS.

I have alot of nights like this.  It saves me alot of money on movie costs.

No it's on the negitive.  The pale image is the hall wall.  I was confused by that myself when I first saw the image. I can take the ORBS but the energy immages are more conserning,actially I hope they are just film abnormalities. If they are development errors wouud they be on the negitives also.

if someone told you you were in a burning building and the only thing you needed to do was climb up 12 steps would you?  Well are houses are on fire.   The OBE, a simple program for complicated people.

That could work fine.  I have a friend who I will ask to draw something.  I know what I would really think would be ideal is to be put to sleep during Anastesia and have a doctor in confidence place a image on a shelf.  That would throw someone into the RTZ as fast as a NDE.  I do not know why parashyciology studies are not doing this. I would volenteer.I have been put to sleep twice as a child and looking back to the second time I had a short RTZ OBE but did not know about OBE then and just considered it a strange dream.  I do not know weither anyone else has had this happen but I suspect so.

yes I have the negitives and the ORBS and energy patterns are on then as well. Also as to the energy patterns in the bedrooms no lights were on.  I had to look closely myself as I thought it was caused by the ceiling fan light but it was off.

These photos were all taken with a Kodak disposible.  The photos were taken on two seperate occations. All the photos I have taken are with disposible however I was looking into purchasing a digital to see the results.

Thanks for the enthusiasm for my small efforts so far.  The team will be at my home Saturday night at 19:30.   I put a candle with the a photograph of the Virgin Mary in the area along with some wind chimes and stated I was doing this out of friendship for anyone in the area.  I made an attempt to capture EVP with a small recorder last night where I most often photograph ORBS. It was a good recorder but did not have an external microphone as is suggested.  I seem to have captured small knocking sounds.  One thing strange that did occurred this morning as I was awaking a mans face appeared very clearly in my vision.  This man had the appearance of the person Seth from the drawling I saw in the book Seth Speaks by Jane Roberts. I could also hear what sounded like small children singing for about 5 minutes.

What would consider proof ?  How about a physical planet circling a massive star in a physical multi dimensional universe we can just barely understand.  How about a site called Astral Pulse where we can question the Astral and spiritual nature of our beings.  If we are here once why is it so difficult to believe we can be here twice and if twice we need a soul?  Without getting into religion too much Jesus was either the greatest liar who ever lived or he was telling the truth.  I always remember the scene from the movie Ben Hur when his mother and sister are in the cave and have Leprosy.  His girlfriend goes to take them from the cave to see Christ.  His sister is affraid and his gilrfriend tells her "Don't be affraid Ester for the world is more then we know. The universe has a prime directive to not just create life but to create intelligent life.  It is good to question because it keeps us growing but lets get past the wondering and start discovering.

Hi Nay,  Very nice picture even when you are squashed.  I have all these photos of ORBS and energy in my house that I wanted to post photos of but the files are too big.  I gave up trying to post.  I have a Paranormal investigation group coming to my home on the 19th and will get a link from there site then so I get them here.

I have found that instead of fighting the paralysis to close my astral eyes instead.  This will cause me to immediately wake up.  I understand that when we awake in paralysis that our eyes are not really open, we just perceive the RTZ.  This was really hard for me to believe when I first came to this discovery but I think it really is the case because I observe doors that are closed that are no closed when I close my astral eyes and awake.  The so called "seeing with closed eyes" effect that so much has been written about.  By closing your astral eyes you in effect issue an astral command to return to your physical body.  If you believe that there may be spirit entities in your sister's house have you photographed any anomalies.  You should look on the web for a reputable N.Y. based paranormal ghost hunting association and perhaps have an investigation. I have seen documentaries of Indian Yogis who can poke a pin through there arm and control the blood flow, slow there heart to such a faint pulse it's undetectable.  I mean they can really do some amazing things.  Just the dumbest person with no spiritual training can cause an erection just by thought.  ThinK about it, it's true.  I have been thinking about studying some of there theories and methods myself.  I have seen people walk on hot coals in Bali with apparently no feeling. The mind is more powerful then I thought it was.  Ever since I was a child I have always been fasinated by space travel.  I always knew however the only way for humans to really travel was the spirit of the Mind or Soul.  

I am always learning something new and interesting here.  Thanks.  I know today I awoke and for about 10 seconds could remember traveling about various locations in the world by going to the stratasphere and returning.  Then the memory quickly faded.  I am going to start doing the energy work from now on directly after awaking.

I have not experienced anything exactly like that but in the last few days I have been waking up from what I felt was a lucid dream and can not remember what occurred.  It is really odd.  I wake as if an important conversation just ended and my memory of it is blank.  It's like the memory does not get downloaded to my physical brain.  This has had me wondering on and off about the mind split.  Another thing that makes we wonder about the validity of the mind split is when I just become aware in the RTZ with no memory of exit at all.  I have done this twice. Not even a memory of the return to physical after I issue the command wake up. I just find myself back in bed.

This is classic sleep paralysis that Robert talks about. I do not know for sure but my experience whould lead me to believe they are not external.  They are being created by your subconcious mind.  After you seperate in OBE they stop rignt away.  That is probally the case.  I get all the same type things myself.  Voices, bangs and a recient post were I wrote of being touched sexually.  I have had sleep paralysis for over 20 years on and off and sometimes even see enities who just stand and look at me.  I have never been attacked.  I would however read the section here on Protection becouse that is something I do believe in.  Even if it is a creation of the mind it is a portion that you can not control at this early stage of your OBE development.

Yah, I tell you I am going to do some recording right at my house.  I am tiried of photographing ORBS all the time.

Thanks nitetravler Me and a coworker are looking at that site now.  Very good recordings.  The ones of the children I find most interesting.  Thanks.  It really makes me think of the children I have seen during AP.  I need to get this equipment and check my house. I like your site better.  I would say the evidence for life after death continues to grow for those seeking the truth.

I always expected to see my physical body if I exited to the RTZ and after it happened I could not see it,just like I am reading accounts of here.  There is alot in common happening between all of us.  I however have read the the RTZ is what can be discribed as a energy replica of the physical open to reality fluxuations.  I however have found this not to be the case so far.  I perceive it as the same as my physical environment.

Meaby now that you have had this experience with a person you can try to have a conversation in the future.  Like I said in my first reply if your were not 100 % lucid and were slipping in and out of lucidity it might not have occured to you to strike up a conversation as in the physical.  This is what happens to me alot.  The couple of times I have been completely LUCID and the people actially came up to me and said 'I want to talk to you".  I was so supsised I said get away and walked away quickly.  Now I wish I had the opportunity to see them again.  If they ever say I want to talk do not be afraid but see what information they have.  Very interesting AP.

I get wind tunnel noise, buzzing, a type WAWAWAWA sound and ofcourse voices.  The worst is when I travel in my car I doze in the frount seat and awake in paralysis hafe out of body with a high pitched ringing like the soung of a hearing test in both eares times 100, really painful.

Is this the first time you have encoundeted a human looking person in the astral and did he talk to you?  I always seem to be a little preoccupied with sex in the astral to.  Not all the times mostly when I am drifting in and out of lucidity.

Both thelou and Phong give good advice.  I started out having nightmares and decided to keep a Dream Journal. Alot of the nightmares stopped after that and I seemed to become more of an observer.  Like I would dream both in the first person and the thind person. Some nights I sleep through without a recallable dream and other nights it's like being at the movies with 15 of 16 vivid dreams one after the other. I never know however what i'm going to get.
