I would like to show you guys an article i took from a 2011 newspaper article i wrote down last night...

So many words - I'm interested in how you remember all this?  I would struggle to remember that much in physical reality if I'd just read it, let alone when projecting - you sure must have a fantastic memory.

And also, how do you read when projecting? I have trouble reading one word, let alone a newspaper article.

So how do the ears equalize air pressure?

it uses a liquid substance in the chochlea i think.. or just above it.

or maybe she was just dreaming in her sleep.. and her third eye was active

could be just a strong electromagnetic feild in the area you live also

i've heard alot of people mention F3 up to F10... this is such a noob question but what the hell are you all talking about,.. i know its in relation to states of mind etc but where can i read up on these.

i don't see why things would end on 2012.. were are only starting to get going. Things might seem worse now but thats just looking at all teh negative stuff... and tbh its nothing new.  I think theres too much to learn and once we are ready we can leave

But I see these the whole time... over trees..on bright and sunny days to dark days.. i see them in my room aswell.. although outside they look much bigger.. almost like comets

just occupy your mind on your breathing..  like when I'm doing my meditation at the start I'll mentally be saying "breathe in...breathe out" After that the surface thoughts usually stop.

That's weird. I've lived in Ireland for two years now and the winter solstice was just like any other day. Did I miss a parade or something?

well..it is like any other day.. its not  a major day

my odd dreams still havent stopped and i cant sleep  

I've been meditating for a year now and have had some odd experiences and some lucid dreams.

I've always had dreams some prophetic others just strange.

anyway over the last two weeks its been coming up to the winter solstice which took place on the 22nd(in ireland and britian its a big deal) I've been having very strange dreams, stuff that doesn't make alot of sense.. although lasts nights dream was more straighforward, i was helping this family get in contact with their dead grandmother, I could see her and talk to her and she came in through the front door like a normal person I remember joking with her aswell.

Is anyone else having more dreams than usual over the last two weeks?
Is it been caused by the winter solstice do you think?

i've been trying to get in contact with my guide for a while now during my meditations.

I know I'm close, I've gotten strange feelings in my left ear while meditating but I'm still abit afraid of making contact.

is there anyway to stop this fear and make the leap... or follow a kinda 7 step programme to no fear  

hah that happens to me aswell sometimes.. like i'd be waiting for something to download on my pc and to waste some time i'd look out the window at people walking by.. most people look straight at the window when i look at them.. but we have lace curtains so they can't physically see me. its strange really..  

over the last few days I've heard while meditating what sounds like someone talking to me also.. but its not muffled.. i can only make out the draws of breath..its like the sound is been heavily reveberated..  v. interesting

i hate that..just when you want to try something you wake up haha..

i had one the other night and i was just starting to realise i was dreaming but for some reason i slipped back into the dream..  aahh well
