When i woke up in the morning when we were camping, they were amazed that i didnt wake up after they hit me with a belt, threw stuff at me and one of them jumped through the air and landed on me, i said a few words to them and i talked to them for a minute, but then i fell right back asleep, I dont remember doing any of this, but when i woke up they told me about it.

That kind of stuff happens to me all the time, i get the feeling, and its as if the feeling produces an image in my head. Heres one of my expieriences, A month ago in school i was sitting down talking to my friend, and my other friend is susposed to be at tech. Out of no where i had the feeling that my chair was going to be torn out from under me and i sorta saw a picture of myself falling, since i had these feeling before i decided i would get ready, then my friend came running into the cafe and ripped the chair out from under me, i used it to my advantage, i had my hand already down and my feat in position so i didnt fall. Also once one of my friends had a bad crash on there go ped and on the block they were racing on i felt an extreme feeling like that but i was telling my other friend that someone was going to fall before he did.
Is there any way i can increase this awareness? If there is i would like to know so i could possible use this to my advantage like i did in the cafe. I was just wondering if these expeiriences only happen when you need it or if they if they just sorta sneak up and tell you when ever?

I have a strong belief i got abducted once with my 2 of my friends, your lucky you arent me, cus i woulda been dead, i kinda watched too much TLC and Discovery channel when i was about 12-14. I still watch if i can. Back on December 29th, me and 2 friends went to a wooded area at night, it was about 645 pm when we got there, when we were there, my 2 friends were breaking the ice to get a bike out of the water, i just laid down and looked at the stars because i was trying to see if Sagitarious and the little dipper was around, i was also looking at the stars seeing if they were triangles. I laid down for like 5 minutes, i didnt even close my eyes, then i heard footsteps walking away from me. I jumped up and went to my friend. I asked him what time it was and it was 8:15pm. We just got there at 645, i laid down for 5 minutes, heard footsteps walking away and it was 845. I dont think this is related, but we also saw a green comet fly across the sky, it was a bright one, it lit up the whole place we were in. We also looked at this one star, this star was moving somehow, it wasnt staying in place, but when i saw it moving, my friends saw the same thing, it was as if it was a star moving back in place. I also saw a red blue and green 2d triangle in the woods when i looked in. I got a fever and im sorta sick, so some/most of my words are mispelled.

I was just wondering, is trance where everything goes black, ur minds wondering, u hear voices sometimes, and see stuff? Or do you just have to try to reach a point where images are coming in strongly? Whenever i hit that stage where everything goes black, my minds always wondering and when i think, im going to astral project comes in because thats what i was trying, the blackness goes away. Last night for some reason i got to that state, and i heard my door shaking violently and it woke me up, but the door shaking violently was just one of those sounds that i hear sometimes when everything goes black and my mind wonders.

aw crap, im 15, and i just made my decission to run away from alcohol.

Im not too good at it, but i made one just before, i use inner energy, which is also y i became dizzy for a week, i made psi balls too often, like 5-7 a day for 2 weeks and i was dizzy and had headachs. But, try to feel energy or any feeling through out ur body, and then try to feel it go through your arms and to ur hands and picture a ball of any color floating in between your hands. Im gonna try making the psi ball make sounds like tom said. Btw, look for your hands feeling numb, hand twitches, any kind of disturbance in the air behind ur psi ball, any kind of heat, coolness, and also feel if you can feel your hands being spread apart. Try to relax your self, meditation isnt necesary to a full extent because psi balls are easy, very easy, i made one for sure on my first or second try. If anyone could explain to me how to use external energy i would use that, but for now i risk being dizzy for a week so i only make psi balls once every day or 2 days.

when your mind is wondering and you see these images, how do u project? When i thought good i can possibly project now, it was still all dark, but a second or 2 later when i tried again it all went back to myself in the physical. I also heard alot of voices to. The next time i get aware at that state, should i just keep my mind clear and sit up?
