Hey fellow OBE travelers, last night I had another crazy experience. I don't remember exiting my body though, but I'm pretty sure this was an OBE. I found my self outside in the dark standing next to someone. He said not to be afraid, after that we walked through my front door and then made my way into my room. He then said stick your head out the window After he said that, I was like I REALLY DONT WANT TO SEE NOTHING SCARY LOL. He didn't give of no bad vibes, so I think he was a good entity trying to help me get over my fear of projecting out side. I also remember going through my door, and making it through then winding up in the dark. After I woke up I was breathing heavily because I started panicking when he said stick your head out the window lol. 

I remember when I looked in the mirror once all I could see was a mixture of coulers making a form of my head.

What really? I seen that to before. It's really a trip isn't it? It also makes you look like you have three eyes lol.

Firstly, I must say that it was really very interesting OBE. There is one more person here on this forum who have transformed into a woman in his OBE. I know that it was a crazy experience. But don't be apologize because someone is also there who have the same experienced like you.

Well, I had another crazy experience. I don't know how to say this without sounding weird lol. About a month ago I had an OBE that seemed different from the rest. I walked through my wall, and then shape shifted, I didn't know what I became, so I went and looked in the mirror that was in my bathroom. When I looked in the mirror I seen that I had long brown hair, and had tan skin. I was pretty young, and I was a female. I didn't know how old I was, but I'm guessing around 19 or so. I then touched my "hand" it felt so real. I then started panicking, because I thought my bathroom was always haunted. Turns out it wasn't lol. So now I'm gonna make n' attempt to transform into the same person, and try see if what as past life of mine. I think the person in the mirror was Japanese, but I'm not sure. I do speak Japanese, and I learned it quite quickly. Sorry, if this post is a little crazy I apologize in advance. I just don't know why I transformed into a woman. I thought I was going to be an animal or something cool.

Sounds like you had a disturbing sleep paralysis  i hate that feeling when somebody touches my neck.

Yea, that's what I thought as well. Sleep Paralysis is really scary lol. I wasn't 2 worried about it though. 

Hey guys, a while ago I woke up in my bed, and someone was touching me. They where like pushing their fingers against my chest, and neck. It felt so real. I think I was in an out of body state. It started to get really scary, but I kind of liked it, you know me lol. I remember where the entity touched me, n' even how it felt. I believe I was out of body in fact, but half way stuck in my physical since I was lying in bed.

So I had this completely random thought when thinking about this and I think I'm afraid of asking anyone to meet me in the astral. I don't wanna get astral raped. o_o;

Lamo I will totatly meet you. Astral Raped ha ha so funny.  I just got to get over a fear I have of seeing other entities and spirits in the astral world. I've seen some pretty scary stuff lol.

When I pass through walls, doors, and such I always lose my vision while I'm passing through but it only lasts for a second or two. It's the little details like this one that you can find some validation in. I know that I don't consciously think I'll lose my vision when I'm passing through walls, I just do.

Of course, on some level we know that we shouldn't be able to see since there is no light inside the walls. It's entirely possible that we create this effect so it's really up to you as far as what you choose to believe.

Congrats on your successes to the both of you.

Dark, don't forget that you can always fly to the red light district in the astral to fulfill your interesting goal if you can't find any takers. Just remember to use some white-light protection. You never know what the astral working girls might have.

This morning I had another OOBE. What was weird about this one was the fact I was listening I headphones on my head, while listening 2 music. After I realized what was happening I immediately looked towards my window, and rushed outside. I then began 2 fly, but everything was black. I don't know why everything was black. This happens a lot when I pass through solid objects.  In the OOBE it was early morning, and when I woke up. It was morning!

Put it this way... It wouldn't even cross my mind. Don't worry about white light. You have a goal and an intent!! It is however completely up to you if you wish to waste your energy worrying about such fallacies. I don't and never have yet I get many replies to my experiences that say "I wish I could do what you do...etc" I think the simple answer is I simply don't believe in such things so they never become barriers.

Why bother going to her house? Why spend the next however many experiences getting wrapped up in a separation and travelling process? 

Well, I figured if I can reach out 2 her some how. Like enter her dreams, and  let her know how I truly feel about her then she might think that there is some magic still left in this world. I have already successfully traveled to Japan, by using instantaneous travel. That was by far the best AP I ever had.   

Aaaaaah.

When you are in SP.. in the vibrational state... and you feel that phantom limb thing. Imagine with intent your nonphysical hands cupping a breast or feeling a female form... kissing. Imagine it as though you were doing it. The feeling and sensation of deliberate movement is very physical in sensation but not in practice.

Not only will the motivation of this probably glean results... but it will anchor you.

Don't try to actively 'get out'... this will only retard you from progressing to your goal. This isn't like actual physicality where you have to actually travel to a location. In the nonphysical there is no 'location'... no physical place. The information contained is IMMEDIATELY accessible. It's just shedding your habitual physical expectations that is the hurdle.

Instead of making your way to her 'haunted house'... just be there.. because essentially you already are.

Ok lol. What do I do in case I run into bad entities? I know about the white light ect. It's just my body trembles when I wake up from events of that nature. It like magnified 10 times. Last time I tried 2 face evil spirits, and I got wrapped in this weird thing. It's almost like it was protecting me. I think I will try and go to 2 her house tonight, It's probably the best way 2 face my fears.

What do you perceive as 'close'?

I hear this quite a lot and sometimes wonder what newbies mean. Sometimes their perception of close is shortsighted and they are actually sitting on top if it ... they are there and don't know it. 

I was close 2 reaching one of my goals, and you know what that is lol. I really wanna go see my friend out of body, but her house is haunted. She also said that's why she's moving out lol. So yea...

I've been having them 4 about two years or more.

Well, it's 5:49 in the morning and I successfully exited my body 'consciously' for the first time. Usually I find my self floating around my house. I also had some of the same feelings I had before when I projected. When I woke up I was breathing heavily. I don't know if this is normal? If so, can someone let me know?

My Experience:

In my dream, I asked someone if they wanted to have Astral Sex. After that I found my self back in my bed, and I thought, "This is odd." I then quickly realized that I was stuck in my body, so I put all my intent into exiting it, and BAM it worked. My entire body was vibrating like crazy, it was such a cool feeling. I remember lifting the upper part of my body out, and then my whole body. I then proceeded towards the door. After I went through the door it ended. I wanted to have astral so bad lol. Awe well, looks like I'm getting there.  

 

On Robert Monroe's books , its been many years since I have read them .  He did adress astral sex a little .  On the Llewellyn book some is written in ch 7 .  As I stated in another post there are many posts allready hear on astral sex . p.p.s. On a side note , it is a common belief that we all go out of body during sleep , but dont remember , or as a dream, many guys wake up with an errection , I think this is the body reacting to some form of astral sex .

Yes, recently I have been blocked from AP. It's because of what your doing in your life. Like if your doing something bad, like hurting someone else ect. you wont be able 2 project. A way around this is you have 2 meditate and clear your chakras. Cause you attracted so much negative energy. I hope this helps.

Oh I get it... it's not that you want to just have sex in the astral. You want to have Astral Sex.

What confuses me... and has done for years... is the 'astral' bit of 'astral projection'.

I seem to be devoid of any experience I would term 'astral'... like... lotus guruness or angelic starriness or angelic spirituality.

I must be either retarded or hang about in the wrong places.

I simply can't relate to the term 'astral'.

Don't forget that I only held the beings hand. It was more of an emotional feeling of unconditional acceptance and trust. In hindsight, this was overwhelming and I may have felt like i did not deserve this trust. I have a hard time describing my physical sensations but it was a definite tingle.

I have yet to be able to a.p. my self , but it covered in Llewellyn"s a.p. book ( isbn # 0-87542-183 ) . In the book there is melding , 2 people joining astral bodies , and sex with one person in there astral body with some one in there phy. body . Robert Monroe avoied sex at first , being that he was marred , but later hod no problem with it , as written in his books .           It has been discussed on this forum many times , you can do a search .  desert rat

This is just some advice. You should say which gender you are and to which you are appealing. If it doesn't matter to you, that's great and shows you have a much better and open mind than I do because I am still only open to the idea of sex with the opposite sex in any realm, space, time, dimension, universe, or combination thereof.

I only say this because my view may have cost me a great opportunity a few years ago. My view of astral sex was doing the nasty as it is here in the physical. I encountered a large group of glowing energies that would merge and glow brighter than the sun.

When I asked one of them what they were doing, the energy took the form of a beautiful woman and told me they were engaging in astral sex. She asked me if I wanted to join and I said sure and she took my hand. Just that touch was great. As we neared the larger group I noticed that men were holding hands with men and I flipped out.

Not because I cared about the personal choices others make but it wasn't for me and I felt like I was being tricked. I backed out and I have always regretted it since.

I see it more now as just a merging of energy but my current mindset will probably not change enough any time soon.

Did it feel like static? Cause once I projected, and I found my self in an orchard. There are orchards all around my house, that's why I'm so scared to go outside. While I was in the orchard there was this person walking. when I seen her i sent some energy towards her. It literally shocked me, and I was like ok. Then she came running at me, after that it ended.
