  Your girlfriend should do the self-exorcism from Robert's book Practical Psychic self-defense. I also suggest the egg spell for three weeks in a row.
  She should work upon her core images and see how things go after that. I would suggest rosemary oil behind the ears since that is one of the areas targeted. You can also get oil with garlic infused in it that could help if the rosemary doesn't seem to be helping. It is used in cooking.

  I would say that the apparitions are trying to get people to move so they are left alone and have the house to themselves. There are ways to deal with ghosts and the easiest is to sprinkle where you are living with bay leaves and angelica.
  It will make it so the apparition can not enter that space when the herbs are prayed over and blessed.

  Everyone has mentioned most of the simple methods someone else can use. I also want to mention banishing a spirit with blessed water. You bless salt and then the water. You mix a little bit of salt with the water and banish everything evil from the room by sprinkling water in all the spots.
  Herbs between the mattress's help with problems sleeping. Essential oils that are good for this are rosemary. Garlic is also good and can be made into a cream or used in olive oil as a skin moisturizer.
  Saying a prayer of banishing and exorcism in the shower is good. Using herbal shampoos and soaps especially with rosemary, thyme. mint, angelica or camomile is also good. Prayer must be used at all times to set the intent.
  Everyone has given really good advice here. It is just you trying the different things and seeing if they will help or not.

  I have heard this for years. Negative things do not stay away from positive people. It doesn't matter how consciously positive you are do you have a moment in your life where you were hurt? Where you were sure something could harm you? Negative energies and spirits attach to these points. You may not believe in them but they believe in you because they can spot and attack those spots.
  I have astral projected for many years and I have always had complete faith that anything I encountered I could handle. I have never had anything able to attach to me or hurt me on the astral plane. Part of it is study, control and knowing what I am doing.
  Belief alone is not enough. You have to have faith and knowledge along with it.

  You find that where the cords are attached there is a core image to be removed. The cords attach to these so you can find the core images by the places they are linked too.
  Once you undo the images the energy changes like you noticed with your friend. The hands Robert is talking about is a mental construction to turn over the images and then to remove the cords in the way that he suggested. It really does work and I have used it on quite a few people to undo the blockages and attachments that they have acquired.

  99% of the time it is someone who knows you that is attacking you. It is for personal reasons such as anger, hatred, rage or envy.It is always involved with them telling you what they will do to you. Your mind then accepts it and helps them along if they do it in the correct fashion. The acceptance is the problem.
  They then can cause effects that are what they want to have happen to the person. Most psychics don't do this and never would do it. A magician would never do it unless he or she doesn't mind the fact that they could be hurt for doing it. A person can reverse these things and undo them. You should never listen to someone who wants you to take out revenge on a magician because of what they did to them. The only thing that should be done is undoing the energy and maybe at the most reversing the energy. The reason for this is that you are taking the karma and responsibility for harming a person who never did anything to you. A advanced person can link what they did to a person to the spell. If the person is lying or just wants revenge then they accept the blame for what is done to the other person. You should never listen to anyone without first checking where the energy came from and what it is about. It takes years to develop a lot of these talents.
  A good question to ask is if the other person knows spells and doesn't do it themselves why do they need someone else? A lot of times you discover that a person who claims to be a victim is their own worse enemy. The ones with the real problems are normally confused and upset. They aren't out to get the other person.   I hope that you have bought a fountain and are trying to use the holy water. It should help quite a bit since negs are trapped by Holy Water and the circulation of the water removes them.
  I also hope that you have bought some of the rosemary oil or herbs and sprinkled them around your room. Garlic also works great for this. Your Mother might be a part of the problem in a lot of ways because she causes you to believe that these people have power over you.
  A lot of times the person worse problem is the belief in the fact that others have this power over them to cause harm.It is known as forming schema of larvae of thoughts and actions. It is similar to a thought form but the person brings it alive by their belief. Nothing will work against it until the person quits believing. A person who has been thinking of their family or any other person that way is able to cause immense suffering in their lives and the lives of others.

  Just a few comments. Prayers do help with negative attacks. Sage should be prayed over before it is used. In this case cinnamon, cloves or other things will also work. Ammonia in bowls will not do anything except stink up the house. Holy water in bowls will trap a spirit.
  Salt will work as a parimeter but only if it has been prayed over first. In combination with agrimony or mistletoe it is protective and will release negative energy. Salt all over everything only works if it is holy water that has been prayed over and then sprinkled not used to scrub.
  Citrus helps remove many negative vibrations and there are floor cleaners and surface cleaners that incorportate orange and lemon smells in them. Again you have to pray over them. You can use a tea made of herbs and use it to scrub the floor with the cleaner in it. Strain the herbs out first.
  The self-exorcism in the Roberts book can be used in the shower. A interesting fact most people plaqued with demons and incubus do not like to take a shower or be in water of any kind. They develop a aversion to it.
  No one needs help to seal their aura. You get up every morning and visualize a rope tie at the top and the bottom. Tie it in a big loops and close off the top. There are a dozen different ways to do this. They all normally work.
  No one can steal someones aura, overshadow it or make it theres. They can damage it but it is energy and can be repaired by mentally combing the aura out with the same sort of mental hands Robert uses for gathering the energy.

  Any psychic torture involves the person fixtating upon the problem. The spells and negs use these problems to make it so you don't notice the good things and nice things. Classical music is great and going to a church is great. A lot of the older churches have saints blessings on the altar stones. It will ease problems.
  The reason that you feel no will to do things is because it would help and everything that wants this happening to you is working against the good things happening to you.
  Core image removal is the same things as removing cords but it does it permanently using Roberts methods. You have to realize that you could have three eyes and a wart on your nose and the people on this forum would still be supportive. It shows that people can like you no matter how you feel things have changed. Concentrating on a problem nonstop does not fix it. Relaxing, meditation and removing yourself from the problems mentally is what helps.
  A prayer is one that is for protection that you feel comfortable with and can say with heart felt emotion for blessing the fountain. Use only distilled water in it and change the water if it starts to look yucky. You can also get holy water from a church and use it in the fountain.
  A water bed is not circulating water. Worry, anger, anxiety, depression and upset are the enemy. It feeds whatever is causing your problems. It is why you are feeling so low at the moment. You are not co-operating with the neg in one way so it is trying another.

  Herbs under the mattress helps when there are negative spirits around. Holy water in a little cup or bowl will also trap spirits in the room. Running water is also useful. The fountains that they sell in stores are helpful when prayed over.
  Voices and the things that irritate, and discourage are meant to do that for the entities to have the energy to feed off. The best thing to do is to distract yourselves.
  The thing to realize is that there is always someone who is having something worse happen. Suffering is different for everyone and anything that occurs is to destroy and harm. It makes it so the energies involved keeps the curse going.

  I would suggest that every time you go anywhere that you put a spot of ground cinnamon on your breastbone and then pray for protection. Another thing that can be used is rosemary oil, carrying herbs upon you in a small bag such as garlic, rosemary, or any of the herbs that are protective. A list of them was just posted in another topic. All herbs should be prayed over before you carry them for protection.

  It sounds like she was so envious of you that she reversed places. She tried to make herself a duplicate of you in some ways. She probably never thought of it as doing you harm but wanting to be what you are. I would get a bloodstone ring or necklace so your energy stays grounded with you.
  I would then do some research on spells and make sure that I did one to restore lost things. I can't think of anything quickly but I do know Freya, and Hertha could both be used for this type of spell.

  You do not exchange your aura with anyone elses. What happens is that you attach or cord to the person. You can have your energy synchronize with theirs and take on more of their qualities but you do not exchange auras.
  A lot of times where there is anger involved and longing a incubus or sucubus can be attracted to you. It will happen because of all the left over emotions not because of any aura exchange.
  Herbs sprinkled in the corners of the house, and reading Roberts book on self protection will help. I also think that the self-exorcism is really useful when done in the daily shower.
