Re you saying this turbo boosted your projection ability or ability to fall asleep?

My ability to fall asleep, not my AP.  And also mealtonin gives a much deeper, refreshing sleep.

Try 10mg, I guarantee you'll sleep like a baby

I've tried using it and I still have some. Never really had any positive results from it

I had the same problem, thats until I upped my dosage from 2mg to 5 to 10 mg.  That was like turbo boost!

I take it every night to get a deeper sleep and havent noticed any effect on AP, whether negative or positive.

Some people claim it actually helps AP

(since you brought up the bible & walking on water, I use this as an example)  Jesus said we would be able to do greater things than him. We just have to realize it. It's not something we have to struggle to obtain, we already have this inside of us

We might have it inside us, but finding it and actually walking on water are 2 completely different things

He's saying that we are God. So why would we want to ascend to be with ourselves.

I think our potential is to become God (or Gods). Even the bible supports this.
But unless he can walk on water, can cure cancer and move mountains I'd say he's probably still just a human, wouldnt you?!

I have a question for you if you don't mind. The question is, does Astral travel have any religious connotations associated with it? I'm reading a book where the author is claiming that our mission is to return to God (source) through numerous incarnations where we constantly strive to better our consciousness and make it worthy enough to return to the source. Have you found the same to be true in your travels?

I believe thats one of the reasons why we were created.  Some people call it the "Ascension Process".
Really what you're doing is ascending back to God.

I don't always enter my OBEs into my diaries unless they offer new information. This was one of them and it demonstrates how placid and adaptable the energy on the next dimensions actually is and how easily it can actually transform a person's shape. I just read it.  Its definitely weird, especially for me since I only had 2 OBE's so far and neither we're more than a few feet above my body.
So really I have no clue what most people on these forums are talking about.

Another question for you MDM, have you ever been able to figure out what the meaning of Life is??
I believe we're here for a learning purpose and also to be tested.  But the main reason for existence to me is a mystery

Is it universal law that we must reincarnate X amount of times, or do we have free will and can we decline our next reincarnation??
Cause once I've experienced the higher astral planes I highly doubt I'll wanna come back to physical world

Imagine you're playing an RPG. You can have as many characters as you want. Each character can have lots of different skills, atrributes, access to different areas or whatever. But when you create a new character it has to start from scratch.

Think of the higher self as the actual person playing the game. Even though the character is starting from scratch the higher self already knows most of the game inside out from all the other times its played it. It probably even knows entirely different games.

I hope that analogy helps.

I rarely play vid games. But let me try this, me right now in this physical world is the "new character".  "Higher self" is the guy somewhere in astral world with all the knowledge and playing the joystick, correct??!  If Higher self already knows all the games inside out, then why the heck is he sending me down here to the physical world??

That part will be vastly reduced with "time" and "practice".

The point is that, eventually, "lying still" will be something that you're good at.  Just keep at it... it does take a lot of determined time and effort to do it properly and quickly, but you CAN do it. 

I'd like to get to the point where the Buddhist monks do it, they lie still for 5 minutes and boom they're out.  That would be amazing.

Also I heard those guys can stay out for days at a time

No, what I meant was the actual meditation part is time-consuming.  
I literally have to lie still for 45 minutes before I notice some kind of body separation.  I'm a very energetic guy, lying still is not something I'm good at

I agree with rest of your post though, you have have to give it a serious effort if you want results

The one thing I hate about AP is its so darn time-consuming

I had a dream last night I was flying on the Concorde and we hit a swarm of birds which caused engine failure.

Interesting since this is exactly what happened to that Concorde in Paris that crashed, it also hit some birds

Well....success is relative I suppose.   There's a bit of a paradox at work, America is financially and militarily obviously very successfull.  But they are also some of the unhappiest people I ever met (I'm generalizing of course).  They wrote the book on school shootings, office shootings, serial killers...etc.  They are also one of the highest drug consuming countries in the world, both pharma and illegal drugs.

So in one way they are very successfull, and in another way I believe them to be spiritually unsuccessfull.
I'm generalizing but I think you know what I mean, right?

What do you define as success, Fresco?  I'm guessing your definition greatly differs from mine that that therein lies the problem

Look, Nay, I don't care who gave what to whom.  If Fox resonates with you  -- great.  But honestly,  I don't recall Soros claiming to be "fair and balanced" like Fox.  And how much did Fox give to Democratic candidates after the million dollar donation to the Republican party?  I'm just tired of the partisan BS from all sides.  Nobody seems to want to work together for the common good

They dont wanna work together because their ideologies are completely different.

The Left wants socialism, the Right doesnt.
The Left hates big business, the Right doesnt because it realizes big business creates jobs.
The Left wants wealth to be shared so long as its your wealth and not theirs.

I could go on and on but let me end it by saying the USA has become one of the most successfull countries in the worldd through capitalism, they would be foolish to change that now into socialism.  If it aint broke then dont fix it.  And just because you hit a pothole in the road (recession) does not mean you have to replace and rebuild the entire highway.
